A solar update from the SolarWatcher...

Newly numbered Active Region 11513 unleashed an Impulsive M2.4 Solar Flare yesterday, this blast was followed up with several halo coronal mass ejection's (CME's) all of which are not earth directed. Solar activity is now picking up with impulsive C-Class flares while the Xray background increases strongly as this new active region shows sign of growth and magnetic complexity.

In June of 2012 on the way to the Sacramento UFO Conference, we had the good fortune to interview Norman Bergrun the 91 year old author of "Ringmakers of Saturn". Norman is a scientist/engineer who worked in an above top secret capacity (his level of clearance, way above the President) for Lockheed. Prior to that he was at NACA a precursor to NASA.

Upon leaving Lockheed, he wrote "Ringmakers of Saturn" about the enormous craft spotted in the rings of Saturn and became something of an outcast in the scientific community. This interview covers his views on time travel, the nature of the vehicles that he says are creating the rings and much more... His conclusion is that the Ringmakers of Saturn are now creating rings around other planets and they are on their way here....

Groundbreaking and a real wake-up call for the mainstream scientific community not to mention the World.

One thing I don't understand is why Searl talks about future generations wondering how we managed to green the deserts and perform other seemingly miraculous feats with his technology. Why would he assume that such knowledge would be lost to future generations? That seems to be a very pessimistic perspective for such an otherwise optimistic individual.

S y n o p s i s

Recounting his remarkable story, Prof. Searl detailed how he first conceived of the device via a series of recurring dreams. Years later, he assembled the early prototypes of the invention and saw that it mysteriously floated, non-stop, upwards. Eventually, Searl managed to develop a means of controlling the device. It was during this time that sightings of his experiments in England were dubbed 'UFOs' by an unsuspecting public as well as the newspapers who knew of his work but desired to keep it under wraps. Should the technology ultimately be used to create a vehicle, he claimed that it could travel from London to New York in 15 minutes and a trip to the moon or the ISS would be the equivalent of "a bus ride." On why the device has yet to be harnessed by companies or governments, Searl explained that one issue surrounds ownership of the creation because "once they see it, they want to own it." As such, Searl said that he has to "protect the technology so the whole world owns it, not a particular group." To that end, he has resisted getting a patent on the machine in order to keep the precise details of the invention secret. Additionally, he noted that, despite seeing the invention at work, experts simply could not believe that it was a magnetic powered device. "They are brainwashed to a particular concept," Searl lamented. For those that do believe, Lockerman observed, there is a different kind of effect: one of sadness that such a device is not being put to good use.

[Bare Feet & Quiet Heart]

I arrived at ECETI ranch five days before the conference started. An amazing thing happened the very first night: I met someone from my hometown. It was eerily serendipitous. (Of all the gin joints in the world, he walked into mine...)

Considering the driving distance between ECETI and home is over two thousand miles, I was impressed.

This is my third trip to the ranch and the first conference I attended. I always seemed to miss it the other times. Although there were no dramatic sightings during my nine days there like I’ve experienced on the other two trips, I now realize there are many ways to feel the magic at the ranch.

I met all kinds of interesting people and learned new things. Mel Fabergas is articulate and passionate in his quest to find answers and pass them on. Brooks Agnew is funny and quick and sharp.

I missed one lecture because I spent the whole time sitting in the sunshine and talking to Gio! It was worth it.

I very much enjoyed Jon Kelly’s presentation. He showed video of the previous night’s sightings. It was almost like instant-replay up close and personal: an extraterrestrial home run where all the umpires agreed. He shared very interesting data on speech analysis. I wish his segment could have gone on longer.

I guess my point is that the really special interactions didn’t happen between human and alien. Rather the conference seemed to thrive on mystical synergy between like-minded people. I found it comforting and enlightening. Even with all the visitors there, there was an essence of peace and tranquility, a kind of reverent aura one might find on a religious retreat, except better. My soul felt replenished when it was over. I think the natural surroundings of Mother Earth contributed a lot to that fact.

More than two women told me that they couldn’t stop the tears while they were there. I can identify with them. I felt like weeping, and I’m not sure why. Like them, I‘m not a crier, especially in public, and they said the same thing, too. During a panel discussion featuring all the speakers, James himself shared an emotional response with all of us. It was moving. Very moving.

Personally for me, my moment of clarity and confirmation happened when I checked in the very first day of the conference. I received a very poignant affirmation when someone walked up and shook my hand. It probably meant nothing to him. For me, I think it was why I was there.

ECETI is more than a field of dreams and more than spacecrafts and pretty mysterious lights. It’s permission to believe what your heart tells you is true. Once you’re convinced, no one can take that away from you.
