Nice, but its all rigged anyway with the voting machines and organizations... from the ground "ROOTS" level on up. I wish it was a level playing field where someone like him would have a chance...

Default Ron Paul - Delegate Counts Hard to Predict.

Anybody forgot about the US Presidential Election and Ron Paul?

The MSM counts of delegates are way off. If that's the case (as this video shows), Ron Paul could actually win. Do some searches on Ron and you will come up with some interesting stuff.

    More Hopium.

The Republican establishment lost big in Maine on Saturday despite its best efforts to spike the process.

The election held in Augusta, Maine, catapulted Paul supporters to leadership positions, including convention secretary and convention chairman, and shifted the convention away from Romney.

Obama may be a smooth talker, with his magic threes and his charm, but the substance in his words has not translated into substance in action.

Ron Paul may be getting old, and may not have the slickness of Obama, but he is a genuine man.

This is exactly why I don't trust Obama. He's too smooth. It always makes me feel like he is up to something.

Ron Paul is straight forward. We need that in a president.

Unfortunetly, or fortunetly, it depends from what side one looks at it, No honest human being can survive this political, corrupted and self interest elitist system, what Ron Paul is even doing there is beyond understanding. probably serving some unknown purpose, but he does not stand a chance and this system does not deserved of him. an old rotten pipe system needs to be replaced, otherwise the sewage will overflow, no cleaner will prevent this accident from happening. change and replacement of current systems is the only thing that will work, I feel the urge to write it again and again, when seeing Ron Paul's being supported of becoming a US president by the 'awakens', within the old system. another FALSE HOPE, together with the fears of FALSE FLAG.

Extremely good explanation of just what is going on here ...

    ______________________________________________

Ron Paul Could Still Win Enough Delegates To Deny Mitt Romney The Republican Nomination

Despite what you may have heard from the mainstream media, Mitt Romney does not have the Republican nomination locked up. In fact, he is rapidly losing delegates that almost everyone assumed that he already had in the bag. To understand why this is happening, you have to understand the delegate selection process. Each state has different rules for selecting delegates to the Republican national convention, and in many states the "voting" done by the public does not determine the allocation of delegates to particular candidates at all. And the truth is that delegates are the only thing that really matters in this race. In state after state, the Ron Paul campaign is focusing on the delegate selection process with laser-like precision, and it is paying off big time. At this point, there is still a legitimate chance that Ron Paul will be able to win enough delegates to deny Mitt Romney the nomination on the first ballot at the Republican national convention in Tampa. If Romney does not have the 1,144 delegates that he needs on the first ballot, then it becomes a brokered convention and anything becomes possible at that point.

Sadly, most Americans have no idea how this process really works.

For example, originally we were all told that Mitt Romney won Iowa.

Then, later on we were told that a mistake was made and that Rick Santorum actually won Iowa.

Well, it turns out that Ron Paul actually won 20 out of the 28 delegates in Iowa. That is because the process of actually selecting the delegates occurred long after the voting by the public was over.

So what happens if the Ron Paul campaign is able to produce similar results in state after state?

The Ron Paul campaign is very organized, very motivated and they understand the rules of the game. As a recent Politico article detailed, there are huge amounts of unbound delegates out there that are still up for grabs....

Quote There are roughly 30 states and territories where delegates aren’t bound to a particular candidate. The majority of the other states, according to a number of party officials, call for delegates to be bound for a first round of balloting but not the ensuing rounds.

“The dirty little secret is: At the end of the day, these guys and gals can vote any way they want,” said a Republican who has attended national conventions for decades. “Each state has different (laws) on pledged delegates.”

In many states, the "official" results of voting done by the public mean next to nothing. The talking heads on television often tell us how many delegates are "projected" to go to a particular candidate, but as we have seen in Iowa and in so many other states, those "projections" are basically meaningless.

A recent Salon article discussed how the delegate selection process really works and how the Ron Paul campaign is using these rules to shake up the game....

Quote In many caucus states, the “official” results that most people saw this winter were from nonbinding straw polls conducted in conjunction with precinct-level caucuses. But when it comes to choosing national convention delegates, the real action is at district caucuses and state conventions. In the past, this distinction hasn’t mattered much, but for the Paul forces – who lack the numbers to win statewide primaries but have the devotion to pack any room, anywhere, at any time – it has offered an inviting loophole. When turnout is small and no one is looking, the Paul folks can win, and that’s what’s been happening in a number of states.

To Paul die-hards, this will all culminate in a surprise for the ages in Tampa, with the political world suddenly realizing that Romney actually doesn’t have the 1,144 delegates needed to win the nomination, thereby allowing Paul to extract major concessions or even steal the nomination for himself.

So could Ron Paul really deny Mitt Romney the Republican nomination?

At this point, nobody really seems to know what the real delegate count is.

Websites such as The Real 2012 Delegate Count are more accurate than most sources in the mainstream media, but even that site has been underestimating the true number of Ron Paul delegates.

Right now, Mitt Romney is not anywhere close to having the number of delegates that he needs for the nomination and Ron Paul just keeps picking up more delegates with each passing week.

For example, a Washington Post article that was posted on Sunday reported that Ron Paul just achieved a stunning delegate victory in Nevada....

Quote Despite former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney’s overwhelming victory in the Nevada caucuses, Texas Rep. Ron Paul has won a majority of the state’s delegates to the party’s national convention later this year in Tampa, Florida.

Thanks to organized Paul supporters, who have been working to increase their candidate’s support at state conventions around the country, 22 of the 25 Nevada delegates up for grabs will be Paul supporters. (Another three are automatic delegates.)

That was a state that Romney supposedly "won".

It looks like Romney has a real problem.

In state after state, Ron Paul is gobbling up delegates. The following are quotes from a recent Huffington Post article about what the Ron Paul campaign has been able to achieve in the past few weeks....

-"Sure enough, Paul has already won 20 out of the 24 delegates allocated in Minnesota, by winning a majority of the congressional district contests."

-"In Maine, Paul is expected to be in the running for at least eight of the state's 24 delegates heading into this weekend's district caucuses and state convention."

-"In Louisiana, Paulites "dominated" the congressional district caucuses this past Saturday, according to the New Orleans Times-Picayune. Paul's supporters carried four of the state's congressional districts, and are guaranteed at least 17 of 46 delegates in the Bayou State, with the potential to pick up more at the state convention on June 2."

-"The other state that Benton likely has his eye on is Colorado, where the Denver Post reported in mid-April that Paul supporters and Santorum backers combined forces to win a "stunning upset" at the state convention, guaranteeing that about half of the state's 33 delegates will be for Paul in August."

But even so-called "pledged delegates" for Romney could end up playing a huge role.

In some states, Ron Paul supporters have been getting elected into delegate slots that are supposed to go to Romney. This is highly unusual, and it could really shake things up at the national convention. As a Salon article recently explained there will be quite a few Ron Paul supporters that will actually be going to Tampa "disguised" as Romney delegates....

Quote Besides the pledged delegates he’s won so far and the extras he’s collecting through caucuses and state conventions, Paul will also have some supporters disguised as Romney delegates. To understand how this works, just consider his campaign’s mischief in Massachusetts, where Romney won 72 percent of the primary vote – and with it, a monopoly on the state’s pledged convention delegates. But to determine who would fill those pledged delegate slots, the state GOP held caucuses recently, and the Paul crowd came out in force, gobbling up 16 of the 19 available positions. In how many other states will this happen, or has it already happened?
But those delegates are required to vote for Romney, right?

    Not so fast.

The Ron Paul campaign could actually ask those "disguised" Romney delegates to abstain during the first round of voting in Tampa. If Romney did not win on the first ballot, those delegates would then become unbound and would be able to support Ron Paul.

In fact, Ronald Reagan considered using this tactic against Gerald Ford in 1976. The following is from a 1976 article entitled "Reagan Forces May ‘Steal’ Ford Votes"....

Quote “In secret strategy sessions, Reagan aides have toyed with the idea of asking delegates to abstain as long as their state laws require them to honor the primary verdicts. This would prevent the President from riding up an early-ballot victory. Then, in subsequent ballots, they could legally switch to Reagan.

Delegates have abstained from voting before. Back in 2008, at least 14 delegates abstained from voting at the Republican national convention.

So what would happen if the Ron Paul campaign was able to get 100 or 150 "Romney delegates" to abstain from voting during the first ballot in Tampa?

That is a very intriguing question.

And remember, Rick Santorum and Newt Gingrich also have significant numbers of delegates pledged to each of them.

So Ron Paul does not need to accumulate 1,144 delegates himself to deny Mitt Romney the nomination on the first ballot. He just needs to keep Romney from getting to 1,144.

The race for the Republican nomination is not over.

You can find a state by state breakdown of delegate voting rules right here.

It is not too late to get involved.

If nobody gets to 1,144 on the first ballot in Tampa, it becomes a "brokered convention" and anyone can become the nominee - even someone that is not running right now.

So if you are not satisfied with Mitt Romney as the Republican nominee, don't lose hope yet.

The game is still being played.

It would be a challenge, but if his supporters get energized enough, it certainly is possible that Ron Paul could still win enough delegates to deny Mitt Romney the Republican nomination on the first ballot in Tampa.

And if that happens, anything is possible.

Default Ron Paul Is Hosting A Hearing On Ending The Federal Reserve Right Now

Have you heard about this? It's interesting how distracted we have been considering what is going on and what has been swept under the rug (Breitbart secret information on Obama)

    From Prison Planet:

    Grace Wyler
    Business Insider
    May 8, 2012
Texas Congressman Ron Paul will once again face off against his central bank nemesis this morning, during a Congressional hearing on monetary policy and the Federal Reserve.
The hyped-up hearing is titled “The Federal Reserve System: Mend It Or End It?,” and will be hosted by the House Finance Committee’s Domestic Monetary Policy and Technology Subcommittee, which oversees the Federal Reserve and which, incidentally, is chaired by Ron Paul.

The hearing will feature testimony from several economists and lawmakers, all of whom have some problem with the central bank. No one who works for the Fed is scheduled to testify.

The subcommittee will also consider several bills, including Paul’s Federal Reserve Board Abolition Act, which would abolish the Federal Reserve, its Board of Governors, and eliminate the Federal Reserve Act.

“More and more people are beginning to understand just how destructive the Federal Reserve’s monetary policy has been,” Paul said in a press release. “I hope that this hearing will kickstart a serious discussion on the need to rein in the Fed.”

The data as to the only two avenues to get rid of that monster:

Quote According to Section 4, part 2 of the Federal Reserve Act, 1913, it says of each of the 12 privately owned Federal Reserve Banks:

To have succession for a period of twenty years from its organization unless it is sooner dissolved by an Act of Congress, or unless its franchise becomes forfeited by some violation of law.

Since the Federal Reserve Board’s site shows that all 12 original Federal Reserve Banks are still in operation, their 20-year charter must have been extended.
A 20-year charter was also granted to the First and Second Banks of the United States, and both had their charter terminated. Yes, there was a time when privately owned central banks had time-limited charters, and for good reason, due to the havoc they caused.

    12 U.S.C. § 341 : US Code – Section 341: General enumeration of powers shows:
Second. To have succession after February 25, 1927, until dissolved by Act of Congress or until forfeiture of franchise for violation of law.

Again, since the Federal Reserve Board’s site shows that all 12 original Federal Reserve Banks are still in operation, this provision was either changed with some other time limit, or was never changed.

In fact, it was never changed, and, therefore, their charter doesn’t expire in 2012, and there was never a 99-year charter for the Federal Reserve.

Default Re: Ron Paul Is Hosting A Hearing On Ending The Federal Reserve Right Now

What Paul ought to be investigating is the information concerning Bernanke and the FED documented in this thread

    from the link here:

(I realize his help in getting an audit of the FED done showed trillions given to Europe Banks, don't know if these transactions are related or different)

Quote The consequences of what Noble Lord James was seeking to expose are far reaching. He was offering a key to the Pandora’s Box of the uncontrolled Cabal and corrupt US agency, with activities carried out not in the interests of Sovereign protection, but for the usurping interests of corrupt banking, political and agency greed. The extent of the fraud may be too great for State Agency staff to understand, as Sassoon has shown by failing to look into it, so perhaps someone needs to help them all understand our real dangers and risks. This may help a significant group of international leaders and governments to finally grasp what has been and still is happening. What follows will expand consciousness of this very nasty reality to focus on the key issues and to assist prosecution.

The “agency” Lord James previously raised concerns about in the House of Lords, which he prudently referred to as Foundation X, is in fact the Pureheart Investment operation run by General Lorin William Rossier and assisted by dubious Chief Attorney Marlon McCall. This “agency” is claimed by McCall to be a subsidiary of Homeland Security, a fact supported by the UN and Homeland codes interjected into their SWIFT transfers for the identified 15 Trillion USD raised by FRAUD, with no Congressional awareness, oversight or permission. Why is the US Congress not getting this? 15T USD was heisted on YOUR watch Congressman Issa! Where is our Standards Committee now?

What took place was, in effect, a massive money laundering scheme. The US Treasury had run dry, so they defrauded the global monetary system by illegally creating additional money, which was subsequently stolen. WE NEED TO DEMAND THIS MONEY BACK AND PAY THE GLOBAL SETTLEMENTS. There is enough incriminating evidence to hold them all accountable. The scale of collusion defies belief, yet it happened and still continues. Congress and the House of Lords need to establish a Joint Task Force to immediately recover this money, and in one swift action, rebalance the world’s economies.

Pureheart functions with no direct oversight and with investigating parties being told “hands off” by key Central Banks, the Treasury, and by major intel agencies. In an operation created by Pureheart, utilizing the notorious Wilfredo Saurin, the well-known international fraudster; a scam was set up to wire a total of 15T USD in three separate tranches of five trillion dollar SWIFT transfers from the Federal Reserve to the account of LWR, GOT S.A., Pureheart Investment to HSBC London, for further credit to Royal Bank of Scotland Global Plc. The attached SWIFT transfers and confirmations reveal the smoking gun, including the SWIFT regarding the bogus gold. This was a very sophisticated cross-agency and bank criminal operation known and colluded to at the highest level. All the money can be traced.
On the 20th of April 2009, the first tranche of five trillion dollars was wired using USD SWIFT transfer N: 400930153. The onward transfer from RBS to RBS Group used SWIFT transfer No: 8163708748 with confirmatory tracking and onward SEQUE 851962 at 4.53pm.
On the 27th of April 2009, the second tranche of five trillion dollars was made USD SWIFT Transfer No 4319901756. Confirmatory tracking SEQUE 924573 at 1.28pm.
On the 4th of May 2009, the third tranche of five trillion USD SWIFT Transfer No 1186308258. Confirmatory tracking and onward SEQUE 259043 at 2.14pm
On the 11th of May 2009, a 50 billion Euro transfer was made by SWIFT Transfer No: 4027105584. Confirmatory tracking and transfer SEQUE 275903 at 2.25pm. (This was later to be pursued for release from HSBC by no other than the Fed Chairman himself coming out of the woodwork.)

    .....

The Fed’s accompanying instructions for the transfer of these funds, all personally authorized by Mr. Benjamin Bernanke, included instructions to utilize part Euro funds already lodged with HSBC for the Pureheart account. This was the delay in processing this 50 Billion Euro portion of the transfers, perhaps “fees for the boys,” which caused Mr. Bernanke to fly to the UK and personally walk through the execution of this transfer. This may possibly have been with the knowledge of Lord Stephen Green, who was the Chairman of HSBC at that time. Euro funds later appeared, perhaps as pay offs, in the accounts of fraudsters Sandip Goyal and Wilfredo Saurin for assisting in executing this fraud.
