    Greetings, Friend!

I apolgize if I have wearied you, but let me give you an example of what I mean. Let's say you are on an operating table in the midst of some surgery, and suddenly you are observing from the vantage point of one floating near the ceiling, watching the goings-on below with utter detachment. You see what you once thought of as yourself, now as simply a body on a table.

Before, you might have been firmly convinced that you were that body, but now you see that you are observing that body, and so you must be prior to that body. Wow! Before, if anyone had talked about a reality far beyond that described by modern science, you might have accused them of being a religionist, but now you have seen for yourself, and so it appears you are going to have to revise your estimation on such matters.

That's the first thing to notice, that you are not the body, but from there, things get even more interesting. You may find that you now have access to a kind of universal knowledge, right at your fingetips. You may come to understand, for example, that what you once considered "good and bad" is merely a kind of software program running in a classroom for slow learners and/or repeat offenders -- those who have yet to learn how to behave; you know, the basics -- like seeing through and letting go of unskillful habit patterns laced with greed, hatred, envy, judgment, and fear, for example.

Now, rather than making demands on life -- that it prove itself to you, that it clarify its mysteries for your personal edification -- you come to understand that you yourself are responsible for your own awakening. As one of my teachers pointed out, "Liberation means that you stand free of making demands on others and life to make you happy. When you discover yourself to be nothing but Freedom, you stop setting up conditions and requirements that need to be satisfied in order for you to be happy."

That's a big step. Before, you might have wanted to blame religions, or political conspiracies, or money, or aliens, or whatever, for the sorry state you perceive the world to be in, but now you begin to recognize that what we have called "the world" is more like an ingeniously customized virtual reality program, and that it has been our stubborn ignorance piled on ignorance which has blinded us to the fact that it is, in the end, our own creation. Nor are we here to change the world as much as we are here to be changed by the world, to understand, and move on -- for many, there's a hard lesson there, depending on how much we cling to the toys of our childhood and resist growing up.

Moreover, the further you explore this expanded vision of things, you might begin to notice that there are many bright beings normally unseen and unknown by humans, busy doing all sorts of things throughout the cosmos, upholding and preserving and destroying, performing all sorts of incomprehensible functions, and constantly intervening and serving our greater awakening, and yet, remaining totally unappreciated by the very ones they have been ceaselessly serving. I thank them again and again!

Now, if you are returned to your body, you might approach the whole matter quite a bit differently, but you'd likely eventually find yourself in the strange predicament of folks demanding proof (some artifact from beyond, perhaps), that you've indeed been out of the body and have seen a bigger picture. You just might find yourself saying something like, "Well, you would have to have been there, to see it for yourself . . ." Of course, that's when they might accuse you of being a religionist, and demand to know what good it does for humanity anyway. Funny how things go, eh?

Let me condense that for you. Your argument is that all this is true but until and unless one experiences it first hand, one can never know. That is just simple tautology and gets us nowhere I’m afraid. All you’re saying, with due air of evangelical solemnity, is that yellow is yellow and you will never know it until you see the colour yellow for yourself.

Well what can I say? I have to agree because it is not possible to argue with a tautology. And incidentally, these off-world people of whom you are so sure and adamant are doing all sorts of things to help us; just look around, they’re not doing a very good job are they, so that argument doesn’t really work.

Let me repeat again what I said earlier. Show me one provable fact that says all this abduction and private viewing business has led to a single universal good that has come to the world. Other than opinions, conjecture and a lot of emotion, I have seen nothing in that direction.

Thanks for your input and insight.
Hope springs eternal in the human breast; Man never Is, but always To be blest: The soul, uneasy and confin'd from home, Rests and expatiates in a life to come.

Well, Friend -- what do you think: if one is shown in an undeniable fashion that this world is actually nothing more than a dream stage populated by fictional characters playing various dream-like roles, would the concept of some "good coming to them" any longer even apply?

Likewise, Thanks for your insight and imput!

I read "In League with a UFO" some years ago and found it fascinating. Like him, my girl friend remembers having an engineered body and seldom (if ever) talks about it with others. She was allowed to keep her memories entact for the most part so long as she cooperated with "them" and did not talk openly. Since she has been talking with me "they" have been wiping her memories. She nor I agree that animals are placed here for food. I personally believe all abductees/contactees are programed to a point and Lou's seems alone the lines of a less spiritually involved group of entities than some of the others.

For whatever reason certain groups of "them" want to keep experiencer's stories under wraps for the most part, my memories are now rare since I've come forward as well. "They" promised I'd be able to keep my memories if I no longer talked openly about my experiences, they lied and that's the reason I started talking again. For some reason it would seem we "threaten" their control if it is known to the general public. I observe what I'm shown and told but realize it may simply be staged information to control an undesired leakage at this point. NEVER trust everything they tell you.

Consider all the other abductees who have come and gone, with some of them still lingering around decades after first appearing on the scene. What has it brought to the people of this planet? Has it added one day to anyone's life or ended a single disease? I can think of nothing of any universal value that has come of it; absolutely nothing.
Although neither you nor I are really in any kind of position to authoritatively judge what is "good for humanity", I can say in all honesty that those who have taken Lou's message to heart -- which is to live life with integrity, and without greed, envy, and hatred, realizing that every thought, word, and deed counts -- are far better off as a result. And isn't that how truly positive change happens -- one person at a time?

Wonderful to read all that, Bob. I like the description of the software program to see through all those habit patterns. It does appear that when the program is complete, they do an upgrade and throw in a few extra lessons

And this truly is the message. I find the UFO stories fascinating but really it is down to the self to do the work and it sounds like Lou has brought that message back.

    Hiya Sister!

I thought you especially might resonate with this quote from Lou:

"Enlightenment is not achieved through meditation of any kind; enlightenment is earned and forged in the furnaces of life such as we have on earth. Many who spent their whole lives in meditation hoping to escape reincarnation are back on good old planet earth----and are now working for a living. The road to enlightenment is filled with blood, sweat, and tears----those who attain it have callused souls to prove their worth."

i just finished reading "A day.....", and indeed it was very fascinating. so simple, and yet so complicated....... it occurred to me that perhaps the orbs that others have photographed and videotaped are people similar to Lou. visiting here too see whats going on here on this planet. hmmm.... makes me wonder just how interwoven all of our souls are. great read, thanks Gary.

I'm really enjoying this book and have been umming and ahhing all the way through as to whether it's fact or fiction. I have just reached a point that has forced me to conclude it is fiction...

The ET on Uranus asks "Are you from Earth? Do you speak English?"

That is a major giveaway for me and a classic stereotypical American mistake (apologies - I do hate to generalize and don't wish to insult the Americans here but I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about)

Why would an ET presume he speaks English because he's from Earth? English is the 3rd most used language on the planet after Chinese and Spanish.

Nevertheless I'm really enjoying this read and it would make a great movie! I've never heard of this guy before so I'll be checking out his interviews when I've finished the book!

Awww I'm reading on and it's getting worse. I'm getting a bit disappointed now....pool table in red-neck bar? Duke box playing Sinatra? : S

This is wayyyy too Americanised to be real!

I did enjoy this immensely too, even with the authenticity concerns raised by IndigoStar above which when thought about hit you scare in the face. Is it true? Perhaps but I think there could have been some padding added to sell it better? I also read David Wilcock's latest blog on financial tyranny. Wouldn't it be great that the with the next article on alien contact\abduction or spriting away that these 'higher powers' mention that we are living in an illusion and our governments are holding us to ransom etc. instead of a hub and spoke effect with differing ideals on the spokes, we have a nice neatly packaged explanation of everything. Of course we would no longer be here in 3d on earth, but I am tiring of this current situ

    Greetings, Friend!

As with any such report or testament, pay attention to the themes that truly resonate at the core, because they are coming up and being presented for you to inspect personally, to thereby expand into fuller awareness of your true essence. The rest of the yack can be viewed in the same category as the background stuff that is always streaming in one ear and out the other in tune with the neural parade -- just let it go its merry way into quiescent extinction without second thought. Hey, if you can find even one nugget of pure gold anywhere these days during this time of deceit, trembling, and bewilderment, you're a fortunate one indeed! Be kind to yourself and don't squander it.
