This is how the elites talk to one another. What we know for sure is that all the alphbets like FBI. CIA, and NSA all have two teams at least within their own ranks opposed to one another. Essentially, this guy is saying my advice of the 70s was not implemented by people who knew what they were doing and those that followed that agreed with me wasted our opportunity and now America is a lesser power and player for it. If we continue to stir up this hornets nest we will rue the day because one we cannot in any way afford it, and two we have no support, and finally three, there is no way we can win it in any way that really benefits us.

Hope the Neocons heard this.
