Stuart Wilde ... irreverent spirituality!
I don't know how well known or popular or otherwise Stuart Wilde may be on this forum, but I love him.
I am not pushing him as a guru, whistle-blower or anything of the kind. Indeed, I realize that to those unfamiliar with his work he could appear somewhat silly or crazy. For my money though, he does this on purpose, because he understands how things work at a deep level.
I don't think he cares what people think, so long as the people who want to get something out of his teachings do. That's courage, I'd say.
One thing I love about him is his irreverence and fun. As far as I'm concerned, anyone who comes along to talk about a spiritual message and is grand and straight-faced about it ... loses me. I feel that the truly spiritual are the most child-like in their good humour. Not childish, child-like. For instance, the Dalai Lama ... look how often he seems to be smiling and laughing! I love that.
Here are two funny little clips that really made me smile, and if anyone doesn't know Stuart and is interested, he's easy to find on the Internet and has a blog where he posts his visions and observations. He does talk about some very odd things, so I'd better warn you about that ... but I would love it if anyone on this forum discovers him through stumbling upon this post.
Again, I'm not pushing him ... take him or leave him!
And please feel free to discuss!
best wishes,
Borden
