Default Raw Vegan Blood Tests, Woodstock Fruit Festival!

One value that this is often talked about in is b12. B12 levels in the general public are unreliable to base averages off of these days as most grain products, many dairy products and other “foods” are sprayed with supplemental b12. What most people don’t know is that this b12 to the greatest extent can be in analogue form. That is in a form that the body recognises as usable but in reality cant be used by the body. Because of this mix up b12 receptor sites get clogged up by analogue b12 and can result in poor absorbtion (one of many reasons for this) of active b12. The reality is b12 deficency is common in all types of diet, reguardless of vegan vegitarian pectatarian or omnivor. Absorbtion is as big or bigger a issue than exposure. 7 years as a raw vegan, no supliments, eating simple often one food at a time when hungry till full has for me not only ensured but been proven optimal.

Delicious, nutritious raw food prepared at Finca de Vida. Farm of Life offers raw-living, vegan and vegetarian meal service and catering. Guests prepare their own meals, salads, juices and smoothies in the Communal Kitchen using our farm’s harvest - this is included in the nightly rate. However, for an additional cost, guests can order from our menu and daily specials, which we can tailor to meet your dietary preferences. We feature fully-catered retreats, many of which are shown in the photos below.

Yummy. Looks very tasty. I wish there was a raw cafe where I live.

Thanks for this video. Raw is the way. I am in the transition myself at the moment (amongst many meat eaters I add) and I know that it is essential to go all the way to bloom the way I am meant to.
