Step Four - Transition to Human Self-Rule and Prosperity

Avalonians, this is my first draft for “self-rule and prosperity.” This comes off a bit as socialistic and Orwellian; that was not intended. The goal is to provide a roadmap for your revisions and proposals for human self-rule and determination, as quickly as possible. Please add on with our posts, revisions and comments. Hopefully, this will get the start the domino effect, to start the avalanche to within our own governments to step out, to do the right thing, to tell the truth, to go public and start the process of returning the power, wealth and enjoyment of life, to the people:

Step Four –Transition to Human Self-Rule and Prosperity

I. Reassignment of Qualifying World, National, State and Local Officials

This proposed process is reassignment of qualifying professionals for Human Transition to Self-Rule, subsequent to and simultaneously with removal of CABAL / Illuminati (hereinafter “CABAL”) officials from military, intelligence, security, government surveillance, central banking systems, corporations, media, entertainment, and all other organizations that have been suppressing humanity from all aspects of life, consciousness and development.

A. Military, Intelligence, Security, Government and Surveillance Organizations. Officials will be considered to be allowed to transition to new positions within new government or private life based upon the following measures:

1. Nature and Extent of any crimes committed against humanity.
2. Timing of Whistleblower action against all CABAL activities
3. Disclosure of all actions by that organization, including, but not limited to correspondence and documentation, demonstrating the history of all funding, held in all active and closed accounts worldwide, actions taken against all human beings, including false flag actions as a means to commence military actions; and all records relating to all private contractors in every activity funded with taxpayer funding.
4. Plan / Proposal for restructuring and or elimination of that organization with the removal of current CABAL leadership and its Service to Self (“STS”) agenda.
5. Private Contractors, their history, relationships with all public officials, and political contributions, known or unknown.
6. Disclosure of all underground, above ground and outer space activities, bases, equipment and operations.
7. Disclosure of all Extra Terrestrial beings (“ET”) activities, cover-ups, misinformation, and relationships with malevolent and benevolent ET.
8. Explanation for not coming forward with public disclosure sooner.
9. Explanation for purpose of the proposed future position.

B. Central Banking Officials will be considered to be allowed to transition to new positions within new means of human currency / consideration exchange based upon the following measures:

1. Nature and Extent of any crimes committed against humanity, including, but not limited to, all history of funds transferred by the Federal Reserve, International Monetary Fund, World Bank, private banks and all other B.I.S. entities, past and current assets, accounts and records.
2. Timing of Whistleblower regarding all banking activity, including all records disclosing the planning of all investments in public, private and secret actions for crimes against humanity, including false flag operations, military actions, wars, assassinations, and campaigns and organizations of disinformation, including, but not limited to Outer Space Vehicles, Operations, Abductions and the Occupy Movement.
3. Return of all remaining funds to the sources.
4. Explanation for not coming forward with public disclosure sooner.
5. Explanation for purpose and proposal future role in life.

C. Corporations and Individuals working with the CABAL will be considered to be allowed to transition to new positions within organizations and efforts based upon the following measures:

1. Nature and Extent of any crimes committed against humanity.
2. Timing of Whistleblower action against all CABAL activities, including all programs, actions and profits against humanity, that should have been refused, and disclosed to humanity.
3. Explanation for not coming forward with public disclosure sooner.
4. Explanation for purpose of the proposed future role in life.

D. News Officials will be considered to be allowed to transition to new positions within organizations and efforts based upon the following measures:

1. Nature and Extent of any crimes committed against humanity.
2. Timing of Whistleblower action against all CABAL activities, including all directions for the generation of disinformation and suppression of actual truthful news events that should have been disclosed to humanity.
3. Explanation for not coming forward with public disclosure sooner.
4. Explanation for purpose of the proposed future role in life.

E. Entertainment Officials will be considered to be allowed to transition to new positions within organizations and efforts based upon the following measures:

1. Nature and Extent of any crimes committed against humanity.
2. Timing of Whistleblower action against all CABAL activities, including all directions for the generation of disinformation and suppression of quality entertainment that should have been supported, promoted, funded and introduced to humanity.
3. Explanation for not coming forward with public disclosure sooner.
4. Explanation for purpose of the proposed future role in life.

II. Emergency Funding and Home Rehabilitation

A. Recovered Central Bank Funds and new printed government currencies shall be utilized to return every family to a home, providing for food, healthcare:

1. Foreclosures of all Homes shall cease immediately.
2. Foreclosed families shall be returned to their homes immediately.
3. Current sovereign currencies shall be utilized to insure all immediate needs of citizens are met until the new communities, their infrastructure and systems are in place.
4. All homeowners, including those placed back in their homes, will not be forced to relocate to the new homes and communities until they choose to on their own. That relocation should happen willfully on an availability basis, provided the quality of living within the new homes and communities is substantially increased, the cost of living substantially decreased.

III. Design and Construction of Decentralized Government, Communities and Systems

A. While General Governing Guidelines will be restructured pursuant to this outline, all organizations will be structured on the basis that “Less is More”:

1. Health and the quality of life shall be increased substantially with the local development, production and distribution of organic foods.
2. Cost of Living shall be reduced and the quality of life increased substantially with ecologically friendly “free-energy” systems and technologies that may be utilized at all scales of fixed and mobile applications; transportations systems, communication, and entertainment venues.
3. Education, programs, facilities and instructors of humans of all ages will be reevaluated, reeducated and restructured based upon the latest technologies, methods and human consciousness.
4. Healthcare programs, facilities and instructors of humans of all ages will be reevaluated, reeducated and restructured based upon the latest technologies, methods and human consciousness, but perhaps most important, the removal of all toxic sources as previously inflicted upon humans.
5. Production and Commerce of all items required and desired by humans shall be restructured on the basis of resource and need with the basis for the greatest extent of human fulfillment, consciousness, love, health, safety, and pleasure that is possible for all human beings. Distribution and commerce within and without the Earth shall be pursued and encouraged.
6. Freedom of speech, self expression, privacy and the pursuit of happiness, shall be forever preserved and protected.
7. Governments shall be organized from the bottom-up, wherein regional organizations send their representatives to state, national and international entities. Any acts of tyranny and oppression against any human at any level shall not be tolerated.

B. The architecture of structures and planning of communities shall be encouraged to be 100% energy self-sufficient and plant perennial vegetation wherever possible.

1. Communities should be designed with solar, wind and geothermal systems for balanced offsetting systems, unless and until replaced by superior technologies.
2. Communities should provide for all local food production with individually owned or community fields, gardens and greenhouses.
3. Communities shall keep garages / vehicular access to homes to the exterior of the community pod, providing pedestrian, equestrian and bicycle access networking the community interiors with pervious surface pathways.
4. Architecture shall focus toward quality of life with beauty, merging of landscape and structure, with the focus toward privacy, human and nature interaction. Maintaining historical architectural vernacular shall be encouraged, reflecting human scale and textures of intimate textures by natural materials are encouraged. Competitions and distribution of celebrated designs shall be encouraged.
5. Building orientation shall be considered for so solar exposure for solar panels and greenhouses within each residence.
6. All art shall be celebrated and encouraged at all levels and locations of communities.

Further Comments to Military, Government, Corporate and Individuals that desire to do the right thing to start the avalanche of transition to honest and prosperity for all human beings on Earth: Consider the words of one of greatest human beings to have lived and died, Deitrich Bonhoeffer, pastor, martyr, prophet and spy:

“SILENCE IN THE FACE OF EVIL IS ITSELF EVIL: GOD WILL NOT HOLD US GUILTLESS. NOT TO SPEAK IS TO SPEAK. NOT TO ACT IS TO ACT.”

Further comments to all humans that strive to further the cause of humanity in the face of insults, cynicism and ridicule: Their attention to you is validation that you are hitting a nerve, making substantial progress, that as weaker humans they are trying to reassure themselves and each other that there is great wisdom in doing nothing. Please remember the words of Theodore Roosevelt in his speech, “Citizenship in a Republic” at the Sorbonne, Paris, April 23, 1910, known as “The Man in the Arena:”

"It is not the critic who counts: not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles or where the doer of deeds could have done better. Interesting, but if we don't keep sociopaths out of positions of responsibility they'll just make new cabals and put us right back where we are now. Also the nature of money has to change. Interest has to go, it forces growth and that in itself is fundamentally unsustainable. Money creation must be taken out of private hands or we'll still have owners.

Yes, it starts with currency. As the CABAL has known for centuries, keeping humans impoverished, dependent ignorant and distracted are the keys to tyranny.

Slavery cannot happen with strong decentralized communities, economies and energy self-sufficiency.

Prosperity and complete freedom is available to all of us if we simply refuse to give up our power.

We need to do that now in every way, starting with the demand of our elected officials why:

1. They have not taken action to dismantle and audit the Federal Reserve systems, all money trails and assets.
2. They have not taken action to stop all foreign wars.
3. They have allowed China to take such steps to eliminate our manufacturing, purchase so many vital properties and steal our technologies.

We need for the damn to start cracking, the avalanche to start rumbling, the first domino to fall. Perhaps that has already started.

It has already started. Their systems failed in 2007. They've been holding it together with string and bits of gaffer tape ever since. I think we'll see it go down fully this year if they don't start ww3 first. People are waking up all over the planet. The British Army considers the middle classes to be its most dangerous adversary.

Politicians come and go.

Military officials serve lifetimes of service; they love our country, our constitution, our outstanding loyal soldiers, and I would hope, the citizens they serve: Not Netanyahu and his Illuminati partners in their attempt to start WWIII:

That is a great plan. A wonderful undertaking to say the least. Something must fundamentally change in the foundation of humanities core, otherwise we are repeating the same program over and over again. Real change comes from the roots up! I feel this change will come about in ways that are unexpected
