    DHS inspector general investigator resigned after prostitution sting

    Washington (CNN) -- David Nieland, who helped draw attention to what he said were shortcomings in the government's probe of a Secret Service prostitution scandal, resigned from his job at the Department of Homeland Security inspector general on Aug. 9, months after he was caught up police prostitution sting.

    Deputies in Broward county, Florida, conducting an anti-prostitution operation on May 2 stopped Nieland after he was seen entering and leaving a location they were monitoring for prostitution activity, according to U.S. government sources.

    Nieland was an investigator with the DHS inspector general, who claimed that political interference appeared to cause the inspector general to hold back findings in an investigation of Secret Service agents involved with prostitutes in Cartagena, Colombia.

    The Office of Inspector General confirmed that Nieland "separated" from federal service in August, but added "As a matter of policy, the OIG does not comment on investigative or personnel matters."

    U.S. government sources said Nieland, wearing casual clothing including khakis, told deputies who stopped him he was there as a law enforcement officer working on an anti-human trafficking operation.

    His story prompted the deputies to stop their operation, for fear of conflicting with a federal probe, according to those U.S. government sources. Nieland told his bosses that he had been stopped because of a broken taillight, but his superiors found out from local authorities that he was caught in the local prostitution operation.

    CNN attempted to reach Nieland in recent weeks without success.

    He told the New York Times the story wasn't true.

    Secret Service Director Julia Pierson resigns

    1 Oct

    Washington (CNN) -- Julia Pierson, the first female director of the Secret Service, resigned Wednesday in the aftermath of a fence-jumper gaining access to the White House on September 19 and a subsequent congressional inquiry uncovering other security lapses.

    Homeland Security Director Jeh Johnson announced the resignation in a statement. He also announced that the Department of Homeland Security would take over an internal inquiry of the Secret Service and that he would appoint of a new panel to review security at the White House.

    When the rich and powerful find they have been used with the same tools as you and I they have only one advantage over us , lots of money . But when they realise that the blackmail operation used to keep them compliant WILL NOT PROTECT THEIR CHILDREN they find their loyalty stretched to breaking point and resort to that old trick of all illuminists , passive aggresive non compliance . In the military this is called dumb insolence or dereliction of duty . Failing to pull their weight they undermine the best efforts of the controllers who , never ones to tolerate any disobediance in the ranks , Pack a huge tantrum , execute a kill order in the hope of bringing the others back in to line and guess what , just undermine morale in the ranks even further.

    Never ever underestimate therefore ,the stupidity and self defeating methods of the controllers . They have arrogance down to a fine art and there is none so blind as those who believe themselves 'superior'.

    Sure they are good at manipulation and yes they have access to advanced technology and control the movers and shakers through fear and blackmail . But once you have taught your chosen underlings how to leave their body they know one thing the majority dont , that death is not the end . And when Death stares you in the face all you can do is look back and smile . Conquer death and you conquer fear . And death does not mean you cant still be useful.

    To understand is to pardon. Nobody obtains great wealth on this planet without selling their soul to the machine first . The casino is rigged . I know .They have tried to recruit me many times with the oldest carrot of all , money and the power it brings .

    You may be able buy the most beautiful whores on the planet , but as far as she is concerned you are just another trick . Sex without love ? where is the joy in that ?

    The illuminists completion dates for their 'Great work' have come and gone so many times now . My father and grandfather where and still are instrumental in stalling , end running and buggering up their best laid plans . How do they do it ? Easy . Greedy people are by definition blindingly incompetent and short sighted . WE just let them walk to the edge of the cliff minus the walking stick . Cern has failed to deliver despite countless trillions of dollars thrown at it . Why ? because the bean counters don't understand the math of love .

    A house divided against itself will always fall .

    When the court is arrayed in splendour ,the granary is full of weeds. Lao Tzu

    Ritual is the husk of faith and loyalty , the beggining of confusion. Lao Tzu again .

    Woolf in sheeps clothing... this really is unravelling for tptb.... it delays it all for the victims (and a cynic might say, like the other appointee, she was obviously wrong for the job, so what were they playing at), but on the other hand theres a groundswell standing up and making such a noise that the politicians cant push through a compliant chosen figure. And perhaps an unintended consequence is that the noise in the media and parliament and amongst child support groups gets louder and louder over this and Lord Brittans name gets mentioned again and again...

    31 Oct UK

    Fiona Woolf quits as head of child abuse inquiry

    The head of the inquiry into child sex abuse resigns after concerns emerged over her links with former home secretary Lord Brittan.

    Mrs Woolf, a City lawyer and Lord Mayor of London, stepped down after abuse victims met the panel of inquiry into historic child sexual abuse to discuss the case on Friday.

    It follows claims that a letter setting out Mrs Woolf's contacts with Lord Brittan and his wife was redrafted seven times, with guidance from Home Office officials, before being sent to Home Secretary Theresa May.

    The links with the Brittans have come under scrutiny because he is likely to be called to give evidence to the inquiry about his handling of child abuse allegations.

    The former cabinet minister denies failing to act on a dossier of paedophilia allegations he received while in office in the 1980s.

    Hearing victims' voices
    In a statement issued by the City of London Corporation, Mrs Woolf said:

    "When I took on this important inquiry, I was determined to ensure that the victims' voices were heard and that, as a society, we got to the truth regarding the repeated failure of institutions meant to protect them. Sadly, it's become clear that the inquiry as chaired by me will not have widespread victim support - and I am particularly sensitive to the views of victims, many of whom have demonstrated immense courage.

    It's become clear that the inquiry as chaired by me will not have widespread victim support.
    Fiona Woolf
    "As their needs must be paramount, I have decided to stand aside so that this important work can proceed without the obstacle of negative speculation and comment."

    The statement ends:

    "The whole of society needs to work together to ensure that the victims, and potential future victims, of child sexual abuse are properly safeguarded. Now we must all ensure that we seize the opportunity for change that this inquiry offers."

    Integrity'
    Theresa May said she had accepted Mrs Woolf's resignation "with regret".

    The Home Secretary added: "I believe she would have carried out her duties with integrity, impartiality and to the highest standard.

    "I decided to set up this inquiry because it's imperative that we establish the extent to which institutions in this country have taken seriously their duty of care towards children. Recent reports from Rotherham and Greater Manchester demonstrate the importance of this work.

    "As with Hillsborough, the best way to do this is through an independent panel inquiry. I believe we have a panel which brings a wide range of experience and expertise and one that survivors can have confidence in."

    Troubled inquiry
    Mrs Woolf was chosen to lead the inquiry following the resignation of Lady Butler-Sloss in July. Lady Butler-Sloss's brother, Sir Michael Havers, was attorney general in the 1980s, when some of the abuse is said to have taken place.

    Fiona Woolf's appointment as chairwoman of the historic child sex abuse inquiry was meant to restore confidence in the inquiry, but quickly plunged it into fresh controversy.

    Her installation was initially welcomed by campaigners who were keen for the investigation to begin and she was described by Labour MP Simon Danczuk as a "smart and capable woman".

    'Unanimous feeling'
    Peter Saunders, chief executive of the National Association for People Abused in Childhood, said victims would rather wait for a proper inquiry than rush forward with a "paper exercise".

    He said earlier that victims were "unanimous in our feeling that Fiona Woolf cannot remain as chair".

    There are one or two people who have said 'We've just got to get on with this'.
    Peter Saunders
    He added: "It has to be a statutory inquiry, the terms of reference need to be looked at the geographical spread.

    "There are one or two people who have said 'We've just got to get on with this'.

    "Well no, I don't agree. I think most survivors of abuse have waited a long, long time to get a voice and they are more than happy to wait a little longer to make the whole thing work rather than steam ahead with a sort of paper exercise with the sort of wishy-washy terms of reference that we have at the moment."

    Edinburgh-born, the former Law Society president was educated at St Denis School before reading law at Keele University and completing a diploma in comparative law at the University of Strasbourg.

    Mrs Woolf, 66, qualified as a solicitor in 1973 and became a partner at CMS Cameron McKenna eight years later. The solicitor told MPs she knows "thousands" of people in London but insisted she is not a member of the establishment.

    'Put children first'
    The chief executive of The Children's Society criticised the delays in the inquiry, saying "to make this a reality, this inquiry must get underway".

    Matthew Reed said: "This critical inquiry has already been delayed twice. Now, it is vital that, as steps are taken to find a new chair, its work continues. The victims and survivors of child sexual abuse have already waited too long to get the justice they deserve.

    "The inquiry needs to take effective action to protect, help and support the victims of child sexual exploitation and enable their voices to be heard. But to make this a reality, this inquiry must get underway."

    From my own position as enthusiastic onlooker, I believe that the tireless efforts of bloggers and facebook posters too numerous to mention, have contributed in no small way to this magnificent result. Their methods and tenacity have unearthed information that could not have even been guessed at and have educated those who sense the corruption of our ‘leaders’ but have felt powerless to do anything about it; the startling revelations regarding Ms Woolf’s ‘butler’ being a hugely important case in point. Some bloggers have had no input into this particular case but they have added massively to the campaign’s impetus by reporting with equal vigour on other inequitable situations, thereby alerting the curious public to the overall levels of corruption within Government and the establishment and by so doing encouraging this ground swell of resentment. I take great pride in stating that this eulogy has not required a single rewrite; thank you folks.

    Yes Sabrina I think your right ,things are unravelling fast and not before time . I really admire people like you who take the time to research all this stuff and get it out there . You are doing a very real service to humanity and its a real joy for me to watch such commited and sincere people on the forum sticking it to the establishment . Without knowledge and support most people feel helpless and give up. My computer skills are so basic I would not know how to do what you do . Well this type of computer anyway . Im used to direct interface stuff .

    I have seen and had to deal with the consequences of sexual abusers within the establishment . Its such a key part of their control mechanism that they cannot afford to loose it . When the victims realise they can bring this network down by refusing to be smoked with rigged enquiries the big players are going to be quakeing in their silk boxer shorts . Ha ha , Love it.

    There is not a single city town or village in Australia that does not have a well protected peadophile network . They poison everything . I have been offered various enticements if I would allow them access to my daughter . They have also tried to groom her . The worst though is when they use their own children as procurers . Every church ,every masonic hall , every other business front is a cover for these operators . And they hide it all behind their squeeky clean 'respectable' facades . They spy on everyone , smear anyone who does not dance to their tune . They make and break everyone they can insinuate in to their crooked incestuous network .

    The Dickens Dossier: Secret file on establishment paedophiles may be opened

    A secret file which is said to contain the names of paedophiles with links to the British establishment and which is rumoured to be locked away in archives at the University of Oxford’s Bodleian Library, could be made public as part of the Government’s child abuse inquiry.

    Inquiry panel members Barbara Hearn and Sharon Evans, along with Ben Emmerson QC, counsel to the inquiry, assured campaigners at their meeting last week – shortly before Fiona Woolf announced she would be the second person to resign as chair – that they would have top-level security clearance and access to restricted or closed files.

    Ian Pace, who in 2013 organised a petition of musicians calling for a public inquiry into abuse in specialist music schools, and one of 21 campaigners at Friday’s meeting chaired by Home Office official Usha Choli, asked whether the panel would have access to closed archives such as those belonging to the former Labour cabinet minister under Harold Wilson.

    “The answer seemed to be yes,” said Mr Pace. “We were told the panel’s security clearance would enable them to access things like intelligence files and closed archives such as a lot of material contained within the Barbara Castle archives where some people suspect she may have kept a copy of the dossier.”

    At least three people have tried unsuccessfully to access the Castle files to see if it contains the Dickens Dossier, but found a lot of the material closed. Some papers with restricted access include diary entries and correspondence with family members. All of her correspondence with the former Labour Home Secretary Jack Straw between October 1981 and February 1999 is also marked “closed” on the library’s database, along with a letter she wrote to Neil Kinnock in December 1999.

    The whereabouts of the “Dickens Dossier”, containing allegations of paedophiles linked to the British establishment and compiled by former Conservative MP Geoffrey Dickens, is unknown. It went missing after the politician handed it to the then Home Secretary, Leon Brittan, in 1984, as are more than 100 documents concerning child abuse allegations that had been held by the Home Office. It is rumoured it may be in the Barbara Castle archives within the University of Oxford’s Bodleian Library.

    Mr Pace said: “I do know of separate occasions where people went after a whole range of material where the Dickens Dossier was likely to be, but could not see any of it.”

    The Independent on Sunday revealed at the weekend that the inquiry panel will have “developed vetting” – top-level clearance allowing them access to intelligence files and information.

    Home Secretary Theresa May told the Commons on Monday that the Government was “in the process of working out the protocol” to ensure that access is possible “between all agencies and the inquiry, so that no stone is left unturned”.

    Due to the number of ongoing cases and historical sex abuse trials taking place in the coming months, campaigners have received assurances from the panel that witnesses could give evidence about people already on trial, with proceedings therefore sub judice.

    Angered by EU criticism of Italy’s proposed budget for 2015, Prime Minister Matteo Renzi has warned that his government is “going to have some fun” publishing details of the cost of European institutions.

    Renzi’s comments, made on the sidelines of an EU summit in Brussels on Thursday, mark the latest twist in a mounting row over Rome’s proposed budget for 2015, which has come under fire from the EU Commission.

    Earlier in the day, the Commission’s outgoing chief Jose Manuel Barroso had vehemently criticized the Italian government’s decision to publish a letter from the EU requesting clarifications on the budget.

    The letter, signed by the EU's Economic Affairs Commissioner Jyrki Katainen, was marked "strictly confidential".

    Slamming Rome’s "unilateral" decision, Barroso said the Commission preferred that budget talks with member states take place behind closed doors.

    The Commission chief, who steps down on October 31, said his team was "in consultations" with several countries over infringement of the rules and "it's better this happen in a context of trust".

    In Italy's case, the proposed budget complies with the EU’s strict deficit ceiling of 3% of GDP, but falls well short of required commitments on structural reform.

    Renzi responded to Barroso’s criticism with a threat to shed light on Brussels' own spending.

    "We will publish data on everything that is spent by these palaces. We're going to have some fun," he said.

    Renzi also insisted that Italy’s budget posed “no problems”, underscoring Rome’s decision to adopt a hard line in talks with Brussels.

    Anti-austerity front

    Galvanized by mounting popular discontent against the EU, Renzi’s administration has become more vocal in its criticism of the budgetary orthodoxy preached by Brussels.

    In so doing, it has lent support to France, another critic of austerity policies and a frequent violator of EU budget rules.

    French officials have confirmed they also received a letter from the EU, though they do not intend to publish it.

    The dialogue with Brussels continues "in very good conditions", French President François Hollande said Thursday, stressing France's commitment to EU budgetary rules but "with the maximum flexibility".

    France has forecast a budget deficit of 4.3% in 2015, far above the expected 3%.

    It has defiantly ruled out any further cuts to spending, claiming these would do serious harm to its fragile economy.

    The Commission has until next Wednesday to decide whether Italy, France and the other recipients of the letter are in "serious" breach of EU rules.

    But admonishing France and Italy, the second and third-biggest eurozone economies, and formally demanding a change to their budget would be a huge political risk.

    EU officials are wary of the possible fallout in both countries, where near-zero growth and soaring unemployment are fuelling support for eurosceptic and far-right parties.

    David Wilcock comments on Benjamin Fulfords latest blog:

    Comment by dwilcock on November 3, 2014 @ 9:04 pm

    It is always intriguing when Ben’s sources reveal data that is similar or identical to what I’m hearing. One of these is the assassination threat against the US President. There is no doubt that he is at very high risk now. Furthermore, I was able to independently confirm last week’s leak that there is high drama, including yelling, going on every day in the White House.

    Specifically, Obama is now being “sat down three times a day and told to stay the f- out of everything that is going on.” Up until now they gave him some semblance of control over the situation. They let him make certain decisions. Now he’s finally being told he has absolutely no power over anything. Just say nothing, do nothing, sit there and let us do what we need to do.

    There was a story a few weeks ago that Obama was “ignoring” the Presidential Daily Briefings and only getting them in writing instead of in person. This was used to reflect negatively upon him. I since found out that he wasn’t being OFFERED the briefings in person. Then when they need something against him, they blame him for it.

    Bear in mind that all of this comes from an insider who very seriously does not like Obama.

    There are two other things here that are worth mentioning. One is that two different space probes experienced fiery deaths last week, one of which was Richard Branson’s long-awaited project. Don’t forget that Elon Musk, head of Tesla, also had a space probe that exploded on its first major test run.

    Although we haven’t confirmed it yet, foul play is strongly suspected in each of these cases. Why? Because as soon as you get even into LEO (low earth orbit,) there’s so much stuff up there that’s not supposed to be there, they can’t expect the “masking” to work well enough to conceal everything. We would know too much too soon.

    Both Elon Musk and Richard Branson are powerful men who are not part of the Cabal, and who would gladly release any anomalous photos and films. All the Cabal would have to do is use simple torsion-field technology to zap the craft as they go up, and soften the matter until it comes apart at the weakest points.

    Then the controlled media goes on a rampage about “greedy billionaires” whose “ego” and “hubris” has taken them so far into never-never land that there is no hope for them. So there is the dual benefit of throwing them under the bus and taking the widespread public discontent due to the deliberately sabotaged economy and aiming it at public targets.

    The other important point is that Ben didn’t take credit for predicting the almost complete 180 on Ebola in the mainstream media. Although it was being talked about like the worst thing ever when he wrote that prediction a week ago, within a week it has become non-existent. The stories have all dried up and it’s like it didn’t even happen. The alternative media is still tracking it, but the number of articles about it have decreased by about 900 percent.

    I am sorry to hear that two of Ben’s allies have now been arrested and that he is threatened with the same. This is no easy game and Ben has kicked every hornet’s nest in sight.

    I have been asked repeatedly about Ben’s statement last week regarding the alleged Mars base. First of all, if that did happen it would be a great humanitarian tragedy. There are at least 200,000 personnel on that base, including 10,000 who are from our planet and the rest from elsewhere. It would be a huge atrocity if they got blown up.

    I am very confident that what we are seeing is nothing more than a lens flare. Notice the burst of light originates from the exact center of the object. Our atmosphere creates varying degrees of light refraction since light has to move through air to get to the telescope. This causes mirages and distortions just like you see from heat rising off of hot pavement, for example. This same effect is why stars appear to be twinkling. The amount of light that can actually make it to us is continually fluctuating.

    Lastly, it is very, very rare for anyone to be able to come back to our society if they have had any contact with this “breakaway civilization.” If you spend any length of time in an underground or off-world base, the likelihood that they will ever let you return to any life on the normal surface of planet earth is extremely small. You have to make a permanent life decision and there’s no turning back. They further guarantee this by giving you an injection that makes it literally lethal to return.

    Everything about the financial systems opening up is right on. It is becoming very obvious that we are going through massive changes, as I said in last week’s epic article, which you definitely should read if you haven’t already:

    http://www.divinecosmos.com/index.ph...0-cabal-defeat

    This includes discussion of at least five major Hollywood films that are all predicting the defeat of the Cabal and helping to foster it.

    I also point out how the Ebola image used by the mainstream media is actually very close to the secret Cabal symbol for Tubal Cain, which they see as Lucifer’s great-great-great grandson and the father of their bloodline.

    This, along with the name ISIS, shows how they have to put their “signature” on everything in order for the magic to work. There’s also a detailed discussion of how this use of magic resurfaced with Queen Elizabeth’s astrologer John Dee, the original OO7 or “Two-Ball Cane.”

    These are exciting times. I have had dreams suggesting there is still very high risk of new and disruptive events. The morning of the Canadian shooting I had a dream in which two empty school buses were about to be hit with missiles and I had just enough time to turn on the hazard lights before they were going to blow, as a warning to get people away from them.

    Interestingly, these buses were parked precisely on the street where I used to sell the gold coins I had bought from a modest inheritance in 2000, in order to keep myself going. This suggests the possibility of market turbulence in the gold supply.

    There are other interesting things going on I don’t want to mention at this point. Suffice it to say that this insider war is very real, and as I wrote in the article, it is becoming increasingly visible and public. I also am seeing a very strong and continuous push being made towards Disclosure, and the attacks on Elon Musk and Richard Branson’s space probes cannot stop this from happening.

    Voters adopt GMO ban

    Supporters expect a suit by corporations that were lobbying against the measure

    A controversial Maui County Charter amendment temporarily banning genetically engineered crops passed Tuesday night, but just barely.

    About 50.2 percent of voters -- the minimum needed to pass the initiative -- voted in favor, while 47.9 percent voted against. Supporters are expecting a lawsuit by corporations opposed to the bill.

    The voter initiative divided the community after the group SHAKA Movement collected enough signatures to place the proposal on the ballot. The charter amendment bans the use of genetically modified organisms unless the companies' practices are tested and deemed safe.

    A crowd of supporters cheered when the results were announced at the Akaku community TV station.

    "It's the triumph of the people over the corporations," said Mark Sheehan, spokesman for SHAKA Movement, who was at the station. "We're surprised and delighted and thrilled."

    Tom Blackburn-Rodriguez, spokesman for the pro-GMO group Citizens Against the Maui County Farming Ban, said in an emailed statement that the group was disappointed by the results, calling the proposal "scientifically unjustified, deeply flawed and irresponsible."

    Our forests have been saved - again! And together we played a huge part in that. (via 38 Degrees)

    The government was trying to sneak through plans which would have paved the way for our forests to be sold off. But at the very last minute, they backed down. They u-turned and made changes which mean our forests will be protected - in law. [1]

    This is huge. For months, forest campaigners have been fighting for this. [2] In the last 24 hours, over 150,000 of us signed a petition backing them. And it was carried into the House of Lords debate by Baroness Royall who’s been battling the plans. [3]

    As the debate started thousands of us took to Twitter. Together, we made sure they knew we were watching. [4] The government was well aware that they were fighting a losing battle.

    Baroness Royall wanted to thank 38 Degrees members:

    “This is a big victory for everyone that has campaigned to protect our forests. The 38 Degrees petition was a vital part of that. I’m grateful to all who showed their support.”

    A few years ago, when it looked like the government was going to sell our forests, 38 Degrees members fought long and hard to save them. [5] And we won. This latest campaign proves how much power we have when we scramble together quickly to stand up for something we care about.

    Ottawa False Flag Killings covered “huge scandal”: ITCCS Breaking News, November 4

    Senior Canadian cabinet minister exposed as participant in Ninth Circle sacrificial cult along with mafia-tied catholic Cardinal – Both men named at February 22 cult ritual in Rome

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TybP...ature=youtu.be

    Ottawa:

    Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s senior cabinet minister for Quebec and the head of the powerful Privy Council, Denis Lebel, was present at the cult ritual killing of a child in Rome on February 22 of this year, according to evidence given to ITCCS officials last week by an eyewitness.

    Lebel was in Rome at the head of an official Canadian delegation to the inauguration of Quebec Archbishop Gerald Lacroix, who was ordained a Cardinal by Jesuit Pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio, earlier that same day of February 22, 2014. (http://www.international.gc.ca/media....aspx?lang=eng)

    Cardinal Lacroix was also present at the Ninth Circle ritual attended by Denis Lebel, according to an eyewitness.

    The witness claims that the incident involved the serial anal rape and killing of “a little boy about five or six” and took place at midnight in basement chambers of the Jesuit-run International Youth Centre within the Church San Lorenzo Piscibus in Rome, less than a mile from the Vatican.

    Cardinal Lacroix is also believed to have been scheduled to participate in the Ninth Circle sacrificial ritual in Westmount, Quebec on August 15 that was disrupted by an ITCCS special action unit. (see www.itccs.org, August 20, 2014)

    “That isn’t the first child sacrifice at San Lorenzo” claims the eyewitness. “It’s right next door to the (Jesuit) Superior General’s (Adolfo Pachon’s) office. It happens especially in that month since February 21 and 22 are the ancient Roman festivals of Feralia and Terminalia, when animals and children were sacrificed in memory of the dead.”

    The same Cardinal Gerald Lacroix is a member of the notorious St. Pius X Society (SSPX) an extreme right wing catholic cult closely tied to the Ndrangheta crime syndicate and neo Nazis connected to rogue catholic Archbishop Bernard Fellay. The present Pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio, is in negotiations with Fellay to have his SSPX cult readmitted into the roman catholic church.

    (http://www.dailykos.com/story/2014/1...opean-Fascists)

    According to ITCCS North American Field Secretary Kevin Annett, this latest exposure of Minister Lebel’s ties to the Ninth Circle and Cardinal Lacroix was likely behind the October 22 staged shooting of a soldier in Canada’s capital, and the murder of an Ottawa police investigator by the Ndrangheta three weeks before.

    “I’ve learned that ITCCS Directors received the evidence of the February 22 ritual involving Lebel and Lacroix on Monday, October 20. The staged killing of Ottawa soldier Nathan Cirillo occurred two days later. The government’s talk of new police powers and the media hysteria that followed Cirillo’s shooting were an obvious distraction from this news of Lebel and Lacroix, that could easily topple the Harper government. Denis Lebel is crucial right now in Harper’s upcoming election hopes to win Quebec for his party.

    “Ultimately this is all about covering for the big money, which means the Ndrangheta syndicate, that provides the children for the Ninth Circle rituals and who killed Ottawa police inspector Kal Ghadban on September 28 after he’d helped stop the Westmount ritual in August. Apparently, Ghadban knew of Denis Lebel’s and Gerald Lacroix’s invovlement in the Ninth Circle ritual and he planned to bring charges against both men.” (see www.itccs.org, October 1, 2014)

    “Big money” includes as well Minister Lebel’s ties to those global resource companies affected by his decisions as federal Transport and Infrastructure minister: companies like Power Corporation, Cargill, Sinclair Oil and others whose officers have been named as participants in child trafficking and Ninth Circle sacrificial rites. (see www.itccs.org , September 28, 2014)
    The ITCCS and its Canadian affiliates plan to establish an ongoing inquiry into the Lebel – Lacroix connection, the murder of Officer Kal Ghadban, and the role of Ndrangheta and the Vatican in the Harper government’s false flag operations.

    An End to the Crown: Republic of Kanata convenes

    Pre-Convention Report

    by Colin Sullivan
    Secretary to the Provisional Council for the Republic of Kanata, Winnipeg

    Fellow patriots,

    Hundreds of new volunteers have flocked to our ranks in the past several months, and inspired by our vision of a liberated and sovereign nation, are being organized and trained within the six Districts of the Republic of Kanata. And many of these men and women have already taken the Oath of Allegiance to the Republic, and are actively breaking free from the criminal “authority” of the crown.

    We expect to see many of you as delegates and observers at our first Constitutional Convention in Winnipeg, between January 1-4, 2015. Not only will that event see a Proclamation of Independence declared and a Constitution for Kanata adopted, but the work of our regional groups will be shared and built upon, to unite more of our people under our banner.

    JPMorgan Faces U.S. Criminal Probe into Currency Trading

    JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPM) said it faces a U.S. criminal probe into foreign-exchange dealings and boosted its maximum estimate for “reasonably possible” losses on legal cases to the highest in more than a year. The shares fell in New York.

    The firm is cooperating with the criminal investigation by the Department of Justice as well as inquiries by regulators in the U.K. and elsewhere, it said yesterday in a quarterly report. The largest U.S. bank said it might need as much as $5.9 billion to cover losses beyond reserves for legal matters, up $1.3 billion from the end of June, and the most since since mid-2013.

    “In recent months, U.S. government officials have emphasized their willingness to bring criminal actions against financial institutions,” the bank wrote of the general legal environment. “Such actions can have significant collateral consequences for a subject financial institution, including loss of customers and business.”

    Broken Benchmarks

    Chief Executive Officer Jamie Dimon, 58, who led the New York-based firm through $23 billion in settlements last year, is contending with an international probe into whether traders at the biggest banks sought to profit by rigging currency rates. Citigroup Inc. (C) and Zurich-based UBS AG disclosed last week they also face criminal inquiries by the Justice Department into their foreign-exchange dealings. Citigroup cut third-quarter results to include a $600 million legal charge.

    “These investigations are focused on the firm’s spot FX trading activities as well as controls applicable to those activities,” JPMorgan said in its report. While the company is in talks to resolve the cases, “there is no assurance that such discussions will result in settlements,” it said.

    JPMorgan slid 1.7 percent to $59.87 at 9:52 a.m., the most in more than two weeks and the worst performance in the KBW Bank Index. (BKX) The shares have gained 2.5 percent this year, compared with the 3.9 percent advance of the 24-company index.

    Banks are facing foreign-exchange probes by authorities on three continents, people with knowledge of the situation have said. Richard Usher, JPMorgan’s chief currency dealer in London, left the company amid efforts to settle a U.K. probe into allegations of foreign-exchange rigging, people with knowledge of the moves said last month. He hasn’t been accused of any wrongdoing.

    Holder’s View

    JPMorgan booked $1.01 billion in legal expenses during the third quarter, tied “in large part” to the currency probes, Chief Financial Officer Marianne Lake said on Oct. 14. Cases could cost banks as much as $41 billion combined to settle, analysts at New York-based Citigroup, led by Kinner Lakhani, said last month.

    The bank separately estimated that fourth-quarter sales and trading revenue will drop by about $300 million, or 8 percent, amid a push to simplify the company. Costs in the division will be lowered by about $200 million as the firm sells units including its physical commodities business as part of that effort, it said.

    U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder announced in May that authorities were pursuing criminal cases against banks, showing that financial institutions aren’t too big to prosecute. The Justice Department later wrested guilty pleas -- once viewed as a death penalty for a bank -- from Credit Suisse Group AG (CSGN)’s main bank subsidiary for helping Americans avoid taxes, and from BNP Paribas SA (BNP) for handling banned transactions involving Sudan, Iran and Cuba.

    SEC Directive

    U.S. firms began disclosing estimates for possible legal losses after the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission told finance chiefs in 2010 they should provide investor guidance “when there is at least a reasonable possibility” costs will be incurred, even if the risk is too low to require reserves.

    JPMorgan said its estimated range, spanning no cost to as much as $5.9 billion as of Sept. 30, “involves significant judgment, given the varying stages of the proceedings.” It already has set aside money to cover several hundred legal proceedings, and it may boost those accruals further if additional expenses become probable.

    Canadian Defence Minister exposes NWO, UFOs

    A review of The Money Mafia: A World in Crisis by Paul Hellyer

    by Kevin Barrett, Veterans Today Editor

    Paul Heller has held high-level posts in the Canadian government. During the 1960s as Defence Minister, Hellyer oversaw the unification of Canada’s armed forces, and in 1968 he nearly became Prime Minister.

    Then in 1973 David Rockefeller created the Trilateral Commission to put an end to the “excess of democracy” that had allowed truth-telling independent-minded people like Hellyer to rise to power. As the New World Order tightened its stranglehold, Hellyer became one of Canada’s leading critics of globalization.

    By the late 1980s the Liberal Party was coming under bankster control. In response, Hellyer created the Canadian Action Party – one of the few genuinely alternative parties in Western political life.

    Then in 2005 Hellyer made headlines by stating: “UFOs are as real as the airplanes flying overhead.” It was the first time anyone of G-8 cabinet rank had ever publicly confirmed the alien presence on Earth.

    Hellyer’s 15th book, Money Mafia, takes on three interrelated existential issues: The New World Order bankster dictatorship; climate change and looming environmental disaster; and the alien presence on earth and resulting creation of ultra-secret national security states and even “breakaway civilizations”.

    We Have Just Witnessed The Last Gasp Of The Global Economy

    Submitted by Tyler Durden on 11/05/2014 -

    "... the admissions of financial danger by internationalists, the sharp drop in stocks at the beginning of fall, the reversal of the political theater, and the fact that mainstream investors now recognize the illegitimacy of the markets yet continue with the scam anyway, signals the last gasp of the global economy. I expect increasing market instability from this point on, as well as numerous geopolitical distractions which will be blamed for the fiscal chaos. Needless to say, the coming storm is a deliberately engineered one, meant to achieve very specific goals, including a fearful and panicked populace, easy to manipulate as the system goes off the rails for the last time."

    BANKING A DEATH CULT? FIRST SUICIDES, NOW MURDER

    What the hell is up with these bankers now? We know they’ve been killing the economy for years, then they started actually killing themselves (supposed suicides) earlier this year, and now we have an employee of Bank of America charged with killing two women:

    HONG KONG—A 29-year-old British banker appeared in court on Monday to face murder charges after police said they found two women dead in his apartment, with one body hidden in a suitcase.

    Police said Rurik Jutting called them to his apartment early Saturday in an upscale building in the city’s Wan Chai district, an area popular with tourists and known for its night life. Until recently, he had been a Hong Kong-based employee of Bank of America Merrill Lynch, said a person familiar with the matter.

    JUDGES: DUPES OR IN ON IT? THIS QUESTION KEEPS COMING UP… US

    So a judge took it upon himself to drastically reduce the damages which a jury found should be paid to California homeowner Phillip Linza (Linza v. PHH Mortgage, et al.), according to the Sacramento Bee:

    The jury awarded $514,000 in compensatory damages and $15.7million in punitive damages. The judge decided the award was vastly overblown. In a written opinion, Berrier [the judge] said, “There was no evidence that the errors made were intentional or made in reckless disregard of causing emotional distress.”

    National Mortgage News gives more details on the judge’s ruling:

    The judge did acknowledge that PHH had acted as a “bad party” to the loan modification contract. PHH made “inconsistent demands for payment arguably repudiating the modification contract, threatened [Linza] with foreclosure, refused to return his many calls or to apologize for or correct its errors, refused to enter into a new agreement and even ridiculed his plight.”

    Regardless, Judge Berrier said there was no evidence to support claims of negligence or fraud.

    “As a general rule, a financial institution owes no duty of care to a borrower when the institution’s involvement in the loan transaction does not exceed the scope of its conventional role as a mere lender of money,” the judge wrote.

    PHH is a third-party servicer of the loan, which is owned by investors in a private-label mortgage-backed security trust.

    This judge apparently would like to come off as a dupe rather than being in on the fraud. The quote that appears to confirm that is the one above that “a financial institution owes no duty of care to a borrower” if that institution is “a mere lender of money.” PHH is clearly not the lender in this case, and surely Judge Berrier is aware of that.

    Interestingly, the judge did find that PHH was a “bad party,” but apparently not so bad that they had to part with $16 million, even though it’s widely known that a single mortgage note two times or more of its face value on the secondary market (see “Guest Post: Mortgages Were Pledged To Multiple Buyers At The Same Time”), not to mention bloated servicing fees and/or other trash fees that are tacked on in “default” servicing.

    BANKING A DEATH CULT? FIRST SUICIDES, NOW MURDER
    And now more -- two murders and then an unlikely "suicide".

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    CNBC Exec’s Children Murdered, 1 Day After CNBC Reports $43 Trillion Bankster Lawsuit
    This week financial news organization CNBC gave some mainstream attention to the largest money laundering and racketeering lawsuit in United States History, in which “Banksters” and their U.S. racketeering partners are being accused of laundering of 43 trillion dollars worth of ill gotten gains. The lawsuit is said to involve officials located in the highest offices of government and the financial sector.
    Since this information was surprisingly revealed by the mainstream news organization there has been a very suspicious and deadly fallout at the CNBC headquarters. Within hours the original page for the article was taken down, and CNBC senior vice president Kevin Krim received news that his children were killed under very suspicious circumstances. It seems that the murder happened first and then the page was removed later.
    According to mainstream accounts the children’s nanny is responsible for the murders, allegedly stabbing both children. However, those same mainstream news sources report the highly unlikely story that the nanny slit her own throat just after committing the homicides. Police have released very little information and although a wider plot has not been officially implicated, it seems very possible that these murders are a show of force against the press organization for releasing such damning information about the most powerful people in the world.
    A tip of the hat to Joseph P. Farrell for passing the above story along.
    And now more -- two murders and then an unlikely "suicide".
    CNBC Exec’s Children Murdered, 1 Day After CNBC Reports $43 Trillion Bankster Lawsuit
    This week financial news organization CNBC gave some mainstream attention to the largest money laundering and racketeering lawsuit in United States History, in which “Banksters” and their U.S. racketeering partners are being accused of laundering of 43 trillion dollars worth of ill gotten gains. The lawsuit is said to involve officials located in the highest offices of government and the financial sector.
    Since this information was surprisingly revealed by the mainstream news organization there has been a very suspicious and deadly fallout at the CNBC headquarters. Within hours the original page for the article was taken down, and CNBC senior vice president Kevin Krim received news that his children were killed under very suspicious circumstances. It seems that the murder happened first and then the page was removed later.
    According to mainstream accounts the children’s nanny is responsible for the murders, allegedly stabbing both children. However, those same mainstream news sources report the highly unlikely story that the nanny slit her own throat just after committing the homicides. Police have released very little information and although a wider plot has not been officially implicated, it seems very possible that these murders are a show of force against the press organization for releasing such damning information about the most powerful people in the world.
    A tip of the hat to Joseph P. Farrell for passing the above story along.
    Think that was two years ago?
