Default A bad birdwatchers view of sitting quietly

I love this. Before I saw Mooji in this viodeo I didnt know
I had a twin brother. This is the total opposite to going
astray with the help of traditions, meditation technics,
spititual pats and such. Simply non meditation, experiencing
awareness here, this moment, nothing else.

Like the zen saying: Sitting quietly, doing nothing
comes spring and the grass grows by itself

    Hi Jorr
    thanks for the video.
    In general
If the video is viewed on U tube there are quite a few good videos of Mooji.
One of my friends went to see him in London several years ago and took some of his videos back for me which I much enjoyed.

    Regards Chris

    Jorr
That's a beautiful video Mooji, Jorr. It's nice to see him in a different setting to the usual with the audience.

    Simplicity itself.

I've never been to see him but he regularly talks in London. Usually £10 at the door.
