    THIS JUST IN!!!
    Matthew Simmons just died

CNBC notes the apparent cause of death of the recently popular BP skeptic, and founder of oil company Simmons & Co., was a heart attack. A conflicting report according to WLBZ cites the source of death as drowning.

    Also from CNBC:

You have got to be kidding!? If he's dead that means he was surely on to something...people who have been closely following his investigation need to pick up the ball and keep running with, and if enough people do so the truth will prevail. If Matt's work is not followed up by credible individuals then BP or Bilderberg Petroleum wins.

No way was this an accident...I'll never believe it

    Hi,

Here is a point of view of Susan Shaw, ocean toxicologist, on the chemical Corexit, spread in the Gulf of Mexico.

Gulf Health Problems Blamed on Dispersed Oil

    by Dahr Jamail
    August 12th, 2010 | Inter Press Service

DAUPHIN ISLAND, Alabama - BP says it is no longer using toxic dispersants to break up the Gulf of Mexico oil spill. Gulf Coast residents claim otherwise, and say they have the sicknesses to prove it.

On Aug. 5, Donny Mastler, a commercial fisherman who also works on boats, was at the Dauphin Island Marina.

“I was with my friend Albert, and we were both slammed with exposure,” Mastler, told IPS, referring to toxic chemicals he inhaled that he believes are associated with BP’s Corexit dispersants. “We both saw the clumps of white bubbles on the surface that we know come from the dispersed oil.”

Both of their eyes were watering and their throats were burning, so Albert went to sit in his air-conditioned truck, while Mastler headed home.

“I started to vomit brown, and my pee was brown also,” Mastler said. “I kept that up all day. Then I had a night of sweating and non-stop diarrhea unlike anything I’ve ever experienced.”

    Alright,
Many people thought Matthew Simmons was off his head when he spoke of BP and more than one oil leak. He continued to to stand by his words, even after the capping. He was adament in his stand, he never backed down. Now he's dead. Was he assassinated? I certainly don't have the "proof" but all of my senses tell me ~yes~, absolutely, Matt Simmons was assassinated. And until someone can prove otherwise, that is my stand on this issue.

Yes, I am upset. This was a man in the loop. Yes, I am ranting. This was a man who was standing up. Well, he isn't any more and he never will again.

Alabama files suit against BP, Transocean

Quote By the CNN Wire Staff
    August 14, 2010 -- Updated 0043 GMT (0843 HKT)

CNN) -- The state of Alabama has filed suit against BP, Transocean and others in the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, according to Alabama Attorney General Troy King.

In a statement announcing the lawsuit filed Thursday, King said, "Some will, no doubt, sound the alarm that the lawsuit is premature. As Alabama's lawyer, I say that if, anything, based on BP's broken promises, their history of saying one thing and doing another, and now, new information that they have been secretly working to gain a legal advantage, further delay can only further damage our people."

King said thousands of Gulf Coast residents are waiting while their claims languish in the legal system.

BP told CNN Friday it doesn't comment on litigation and possible litigation. A spokesman said he had seen a statement about the suit, but there weren't many details in it, and BP wouldn't comment anyway.

Attorney General King pointed out BP is spending millions on public relations and advertising, and is hiring "all the best expert witnesses, not because they need their services, but so the experts will be unable to testify against BP." King says BP is selling off assets -- perhaps, to prevent courts from being able to use the assets to satisfy a judgment. King also alleges BP is preparing a report to argue it was not grossly negligent, which would limit its liability.

"Obviously, BP's ads are working. They have persuaded some newspapers and politicians to call for more delays. Shame on BP for running them, and shame on us if we believe them," King said.

He added the lawsuit can always be settled if BP should suddenly "do right" by Alabama and its citizens.

"BP is now on notice. Alabama intends to hold you good to your word and to make you put our state back the way you found it," King said.

Kinda reminds me of the movie JAWS, where the mayor puts on a big public and media event declaring his swimming beaches safe and Sheriff Brody will have none of it! LOL!

    Hi all,

Not sure if this is the best sub-forum for this, but came across this article on redicecreations
New microbe discovered eating Gulf oil spill
Quote A newly discovered type of oil-eating microbe suddenly is flourishing in the Gulf of Mexico.

Scientists discovered the new microbe while studying the underwater dispersion of millions of gallons of oil spilled into the Gulf since the explosion of BP’s Deepwater Horizon drilling rig.
    http://www.redicecreations.com/article.php?id=12301

so, nature finds a way? i'm sure recovery will still be long and slow, given the amount of corexit and other nasty stuff that is being used, let alone the sheer quantity of oil itself.
Its nice to hear that someone might actually be doing something serious to it clean up a bit, mother earth...

this came up today, a well connected researcher has brought up a question as they ran into a snag in this whole story.

"Can anyone PROVE to me that they are spraying Corexit 9500 in the GULF??? Can you PROVE to me at it is 435 ppm (highly toxic) poison. ?"

I was told today that they had No actual proof to date.
    Anyone have anything on this?

Dahr Jamail has covered this issue extensively and has talked to countless fishermen and Gulf residents who hear the planes flying at night and see evidence of Corexit the next morning in the waters and on the shoreline. Tar balls are still washing up and there's just as much oil now, if not more than ever coming in onshore.

Anyone who says they're not spraying, or asks to "prove it" is an antagonist spreading disinfo

Here's just one article, there are numerous articles on this subject on his website you can check out. Dahr can safely be called one of the leading experts in this disaster and has continued to investigate after most everyone else has moved on, in addition he's an outstanding journalist.
There's a massive, ugly cover-up being masterfully performed by BP, the Coast Guard and the federal government...regardless, we all need to stay positive and send Light, love and healing energy to all life in the Gulf.

Quote THREE different doctors find PAHs, heavy metals, arsenic in BLOOD of Gulf Coast residents, some are “REALLY INLAND”

Rush Transcript Excerpts (at 31:45 in)

They are actually finding the toxins that are in the oil in the blood of the people who live down there.

Its horrifying because they’re cumulative and they’re heavy metals and toxins…

We used three different doctors, and the exact same thing that is being found in the water and the air and the soil is now in the blood.

This is the kind of stuff that causes cancer and death.

This is not just in the workers that we’ve had tested, but also in residents…

The worst part about that is we haven’t even gotten to the Corexit testing yet.

This is just the oil, the polyaromatic hydrocarbons, the heavy metals, the arsenic.

And they’re not just people who are right on the beach, some people are really inland.

Probably not the defining answer you're looking for, but it looks like a pretty good clue.

Hi All -- i found this thru Kerry's blog [Project Camelot] -- it's a far out line of thought, but my own intuition was/is that the BP oil spill was planned -- there are so many other oil spills happening or that have happened w/o all the media coverage , which leads me to give some credence to this video saying that the BP oil spill was a blood sacrifice -- the NWO seems to like to make their big sacrifices visible, as w /9-11

thanks guys, all relevant. I think the proof is in the sand and on the ocean floor.
It might be a matter of organization to prove it,
~and it may be a mute point at this point in time, with due respect to the newest developments,

    1 - a new leak reported /with explosions
2 - reports that the plug is still leaky, or is it the entire sea floor in that region?
3 - what do you get when you sink all TONS of toxins+oil from a OIL GEYSER onto the sea floor?
4 - The KC blog post of the video mentioned about "triple threat", I did see that today.
5 - EARTH CHANGES, odd things are being reported All the way from Canada down to the gulf of Mexico which is riddled with sink holes and there have been reports some with video an/or photos of new holes.
6 - Let us not forget the >>>Anglo Saxon Mission<<<
7 - the possibility of >submarines blowing up oil rigs and the escalation of these sort of attacks and that implication.
8 - Distraction - Taking this seriously... are we truly?
    >>>if we are not preparing to be sustainable and/or mobile, we are not truly paying attention. Or being complacent
