Perhaps I could be mistaken but "ABOVE PHOTO OF PRES BUSH AND CANADIAN DEFENSE MINISTER PAUL HELLYER" looks more like Bush with Rumsfeld to me. Unless Mr. Hellyer is Rumsfeld's Stunt Double!
