Been trying not to go into what Lou Baldin has written about (in various venues) since I don't know if that other bob wants to follow through with his idea to take the topic to a private "group" or not. There is one thing I will mention in the meanwhile since it is not off-topic to what has already been discussed on the thread ... going astral.

He suggests that it is *totally impossible* for humans to go astral *without* the assistance (knowingly or not) from "aliens, ETs, offworlders ..." (whatever label suits your fancy).

    What say you Patrons???
Hrmm, ok, had hot bath and I've sprayed two lots of magnesium oil over me, pain down from 9 to between 3 and 4. Awesome! Astounding stuff. NO codeine necessary on a night that ordinarily would have had me dosing up quite heavily. Am wrapped in a snuggly blanket, with my arms poking out like scarecrow sticks, so I'll discuss this while waiting for hot water bottle water to boil.

Ok, initially a couple of things: we're eseentially downloading our Selves into this avatar, in one way or another- for me, I sort of knew that as a kid, although I couldn't really express the idea, and then Bruce Lipton's work supported and explained the concept and biology. Part of my current change in focus is to more strongly connect with the upload/download mechanism, while working on expanding my own energetic experiences. So, in the case of astralling, it feels like *we* are essentially helping our Selves? I used to astral effortlessly as a kid and did not experience any of the distressing/frightening symptoms that I've read about in Jacob's book, for example; as a kid I astralled practically every night and felt a real sense of loss when I couldn't do it anymore.

I know this planet is in quarantine, so it makes sense that the assistance of the gatekeepers might be required to get beyond the borders, but I've never experienced needing or having that kind of intervention such as when I tune the water and make the jump; then again, I don't consider that a full astral experience either, so that may be no indicator. My guides don't consider this perspective of needing offworld assistance to astral correct, and it doesn't sit with my breathing either, so I don't consider it useful; why would Beings that are sui generis need the assistance of others to do things that are naturally part of the physical avatar experience?

To me personally, with absolutely no need on my part for any agreement from anyone else, this sounds like Anunnaki style 'you need us, inferior beings that you are' kind of falderol. I say this as one who experiences my Self as a creator, who is on the path to being a Creator, and I don't get into the external authority/heteronomy thing at all. There's no sui generis in 'you can't get to where you want to go unless we help you', so I'll be looking for other doors; I am totally up for assistance and eduction, not at all into absolute dependence.

    For what it's worth.

Earlier in the pie fight I was going to add that it was lucky for Songsie I was at work or else I would post another Alice Cooper song "No More Mr. Nice Guy".

Off work ... jump in the suv ... how many guesses do you need for the *first* song that came on the radio???

*grinning* Awesome, Calz- now we just need that working for us all on a higher level than-

*smorfled laughing* I was about to write 'crusty cock rock', but then realised that crusty cock wasn't really the image I was wanting to conjure in my head. So I'll conjure it in yours instead! All part of the service, mwahahahaaha...

On a quieter note, thanks for the pie fight- it's a bad time, this time of year- my brother's death anniversary on the 26th of April, 25 years it was this year; my nanna's on the 13th, son's birthday on the 9th, Mum's death anniversary on the 30th of April, second daughter's birthday on the 11th of May, eldest daughter's birthday on the 31st of May, her second death anniversary on the 9th of June. It gets kind of rollercoastery...

I may need more idiocy in the near future.

Default A tale of two worlds, continued: this is a game we're playing, here?

Quote ....The hero always attracts friends, supernatural help, little tinctures and potions along the way so long as he's in his quest.

This morning I woke up with things on my mind, inspired by a vision of a minotaur like Being pacing up and down in the background of my Being, willing me to understand something he was trying to communicate. He had shown up last night in response to a situation that I was experiencing with an individual, in the place between us that I've come to call the chasm. It triggered over a week ago and we haven't been able to recover the previous connection since; last night was the first time I'd tried to back into that territory since the explosion. What became clearer was the nature of the gulf that has emerged between us and we ended the conversation unsure if our connection was going to survive this latest development.

I went to bed exhausted and sad, my mind filled with this enormous, hulking and insistent bull horned Being- I've been trying to find adequate images online and I just can't, so I figure they'll come to me when it's right, or they won't. All night this Otherkind Being and I paced back and forth, with various Otherkind emerging and dissolving in the dreamscape, including my beloved gargoyle, who seemed to sometimes shift shape with the horned one; I woke up with a burning desire to write and see what emerged. What emerged was my tale of two worlds post. That triggered another round of internal communication with the Minotaur and a brief but intense conversation with an incarnate friend where many of the nebulous elements fell clearly into place.

I wrote about the eternal stuckness that arises from an inability to truly release old trauma. Even though the issue between my Self and this other individual only happened just over a week ago, in reality there are many threads of old traumas and stories in the essence of what we're playing out with each other. It's always like that- trauma constantly circles around the fire, looking for release, because nothing new can happen until that story is finished. The mind world and collective unconsciousness is full of bad Groundhog Days and reruns of crappy scenarios devoid of evolution, yet so tenaciously are the stories clung to.

I found stuckness and story in me this morning, connected in whispers by a snuffling and quiet voice, soft shaggy mane of hair tickling the side of my neck. I saw the pieces move and interlock with such exquisite clarity that I cried at the beauty of the shifting happening in me in that moment; I was in awe of the process that is there, waiting in the space for any who wish to avail themselves of it, the ever shifting kaleidoscope of evolution and creativity.

I also became acutely aware of how responsible we are individually for whatever we're adding to the collective unconsciousness at any moment. Every moment we get to choose what we're putting into the energy pool that is being fed upon- we can either give the makers of the virus a tasty snack to feed on, or we can flow a high vibration of energy into the mix that is going to give them a real dose of Bali belly and bad indigestion. Enough of us in there feeding high vibration into the pool and the feeders are going to get quite reluctant to even stop by for a quick snack. It's the gift and the power that we have in every moment, this high beam focus that we can choose to express- and it's how I want to live.

This post has carried over to a new morning and I had strange things going on last night. I was acutely aware of a LOT of energetic activity going on outside my house: at first I was getting edgy and uneasy about it, there was so much noise and knocking going on, but I tuned into it questioningly and realised that it was an activity designed to make invisible my Self , my family, everyone connected to me, and the house. That resulted in gratitude and curiousity, because I was wondering what could be happening to require that level of Otherkind family gathering. Apparently my invisibility factor has now been majorily upped, due to my own leveling up of my Self.

Then I went to bed and just as I was going to sleep someone big sat on the bed. There was so much peace and comfort with the presence that I reacted like a child, as if my carer had just sat down to be with me, and I drifted off in total safety. This morning, something getting off my bed again woke me up.

This used to happen to me a lot as a child; as I got older it stopped for a few years but when it started back up again it felt frightening and unsafe. I think that was a distortion of the dark energy that my mother kept calling into the space. I remember such comforting gestures and presences in my childhood- murmured voices in my ears where I could feel the breath against my cheek, moving my hair; comforting touch, the feeling that there were many walking beside me right next to the veil. my constant chattering with Beings unseen- these are the bright stars of my childhood, the memories that are rising out of the mists and are calling me back again.

I am laying down my own dark Brigadoons and bad Groundhog Days; somewhere in the sleep realms I've been leaving them behind; I'm increasingly walking through the matrix seeing the tissue paper facades and robotic nature of it all, without it bothering me. I'm living into what I want, not what I *don't* want.

The heroes of the journey don't stop to fix all the minor issues. They trust themselves and accept that their companions are sui generis Beings who know how to walk their own path. One cannot be accomplishing the task at hand if one is having to stop and fix the issues of others all the time, getting caught in the minutae of all that is going on around.

Not everything is treasure, not everything is worth picking up along the way: it wasn't Neo's job to get back into the Matrix and promptly organise a street march and concert against the Machines. I have been walking in other people's realms and getting caught up in their issues with me, thinking I was trying to express my Self in ways that could be more readily understood and thus my perspective- and my Self- be respected. Thing is, that's never going to work. I'm learning the difference between co-creation and having someone demand something from me and I'm recognising that I love the former and have zero interest in the latter.

I'm not here to make anyone feel better. I'm here to talk about a way of Being that, when it's taken up by enough Beings, will alter the way things are done here forever. I'm not here to deal with what that brings up for the individual, Neo didn't stop flying about just because it was going to break some individual's brain. I am beginning to realise that the traps for me in relationships aren't so much the nature of the relationships themselves, it's how I have 'relationship' stored in my internal map and what starts to run when a connection moves from the outer sphere to my inner sphere.

All I can say is, no wonder my mother and grandmother had such sucky sucky experiences of relationship, if that's where I got the foundation of this map from. I have been sitting with this map out on the table, pouring over it in fascinated horror as I really scrutinise this legacy that I've been handed and haven't really looked at with such careful attention to the details. What I've discovered is a boatload of bollocks with little to no sui generis whatsoever embedded in it: stories of placating, explaining, compromise and sacrifice of Self, dumbing Self down, modification, accommodating- OMFG.

Here's my response to all that.

Yes. I've the new map for my Self, one that I actually want to express and live into, which is the one I already subconsciously knew but have been in the very final stages of claiming. I want to make a vision board of it, so that I can explore it better- I do far better with visual spatial exploration than with words.

As if in recognition of the shift within me, someone rang me last night- someone who knows me and has seen me give talks before, who is familiar with the sui generis work I do- and they told me that they want to film me and put the sui generis/consciousness work up online. So that's what I'm going to do. They also wish to assist me with making other films, and I'm going to take them up on their offer.

I don't enjoy living in the limitations of others and allowing them to be enforced as my own parameters. I've been letting me diminish my Self out of a weird sense of what caring and connection are, not because I'm weak or don't have better ideas. I'm dropping that now.

Here is me, getting my big time freak on.

After some of the things I've been experiencing lately, giving my Self permission to change on a daily basis again feels awesome. Feel free to change anything at all you want to! I am thinking of what I could possibly do for the very first time today, where I could move into a new experience just for the sake of the experience.

Default Could it really be that banal?

That at the end of the day, what's really true in the minds of most is that evolution is all well and fine as long as it looks, acts, thinks and appears to be similar to what's gone before?

Is there truly that little imagination and vision? That it's easier to quote Einstein-about needing a different mentality and operating platform from that which caused the problem- than it is to live into the unknown?

Not for me. I'm not taking that path, even if it means walking mine alone: my warrior Self will comfort the more vulnerable elements within me

and I will bumble my way through the unfamiliar landscape.

Things aren't going to change in my life, in my world, by me holding back from living into the fullness of my possible Self. I'm determined to do what I've always been good at- going into the dark parts of the map with only the light within me to illuminate my surroundings. It will be interesting to discover who I'll find doing the same.

Listened intently for the Sound of One Hand Clapping ... only to hear the sound of the other hand Whacking me Upside the Head!

Don't forget to take the time each day to smile.
