So, we have some agency in Mexico (Government of Chiapas) planning for some Earth Quake 7.9 exercice several weeks ago (as apparently reported in several places on the net, dated March 2 and March 13) for the 20th of March. And all of a sudden, the exercice becomes reality...

Weird and nearly too obvious to be true. Where's the error ?

Well, this is not exactly proof.

Maybe they now have an experimental technology to predict quakes that is 95% accurate.

So, if they did know that there was a high chance of a quake to happen on that date, but couldn´t be 100% sure, preparing a simulation exercise would be a much better strategy than creating panic about a possible quake that might even not happen.

There are other things to be analyzed before jumping on the man made hypothesis.

Why a drill for a 7.9 earthquake .... you would think they would use more average numbers like 8.0 or 7.5

wow, Dutch is on top of it, what a messed up reality we live in, and We shall see by tomorrow morning if more quakes have happened, as it is predicted for tomorrow March 22 around 4:58, with the alignments and the 188 day cycle if there is any weight to this claim?? or will there also be help in orchestrating it, if indeed it does happen tomorrow.

Mexico City has made a point of training and drilling (simulacro) its denizens in earthquake prevention and action since their 1985 disaster... Cliff High type of unconsciousness at work?

As for HAARP, there is something about it, whether it's manufactured by the array modulations or simply recorded by it... if not both.
