Lisa Renee's 12 D shield building technique.

I was wondering what people thought about Lisa Renee's 12 dimensional building technique.

The link below is a visual medatation. It describes sending a merkaba from inside the head down threw the Chakra system down into the earth, to the center, then back up threw the Chakras, out the top of the head to a star.

That's it, in a nut shell. The actual medatation, spoken by Lisa Renee is far more dynamic.

Once you listen to it I'd be interested in hearing how you felt about it.

The only red flag I got, initially, was at the end of the medatation the merkaba star goes up the chakra sytem out the top of the head to Andromeda. It's very star specific. I wondered if there might be an agenda. Or maybe only those with a connection to Andromeda pick it up.

After watching this last night I watched another youtube video of her. I resonated with her. What she was talking about made sence. Anyone else know her work?

I haven't seen the 12 D video or mp3 yet but I do read her Newsletter and I had a similar unusual experience that she had when she was first starting to communicate with the guardians. She listed this in a section about her life on energeticsynthesis.com . She mentions an occassion when an energy surged through her (activation?) which the guardians told her is quite unusual. When I was in high school, I remember being woken up from a dream in which I saw a tiny caduses looking white angel, then ran away because it felt like something was chasing me, then I woke up and felt sleep paralysis then a (embarrassing to describe) pleasureable energy flow through me. I would not say that I am very psychic or communicating with ET's (that I am aware of at least), so I find her work comforting as I try to understand the strange things that have happened to me. And I still am not sure if there are negative entites trying to manipulate her or me?

Hi Conaire and Syd. I do a version of the 12D meditation daily and find it helpful in multiple ways. Lisa offers really detailed information and tools that are huge blessings for me. You might not feel the same.

This sounds like you may have been moving in and out of an OBE state wich certainly has an ET, or I suppose a ED (dimensional), component.

There is a thread here called 'the book of jacob' that addresses specifically that. It is an excellent account of first hand experiences.

Great question, Conaire. I send my multidimensional grounding cord from the top of my shield to my home star in Andromeda. Not sure what my higher self means by "home star," but it feels comforting and grounding to connect to it. Guess I have some peeps there.

By the way, there's a lot of discussion on the ES forum about the significance of Ireland and the British Isles in our galactic history and present times.

Regarding home star. At the moment I don't feel drawn to one more than the other, except the Sun of course. What would be a good way to finish off the medatation without being spcific to one solar system, do you think?

Hi Conaire. Lisa Renee is one of a number of teachers whose work I follow. I have learned a lot from her. The link below will take you to her bio page at her web site. If you look at the picture of her before she started this work and then click on the Home tab and look at her picture today, you will see quite a difference.

Thank you for posting this meditation. I now understand this 12D shielding technique as it is shown in the video. I had trouble visualizing this technique when I simply read it in print. This is helpful.

Toward the end of the video, she suggests sending the merkaba star up into the cosmic heart of our universe in the direction of Andromeda.

question, i am confused. is this 12d shield the same as merkaba? if not, do you have to do one before the other? can these things be done without a video? or do they need a full ceremony/with a guru/teacher?

Hi Teradactyl. No ceremony or guru needed. Here are the steps:

Start with a silver six-pointed star or 3D merkaba as your light symbol code in your 3rd eye (internal vision). The 6-pointed star represents balanced male and female energies, and the spinning merkaba is our light body.

Send your merkaba through your hara line into the 12D hub in the earth's core and infuse your merkaba with 12D energy. (Now that I've been doing this for a couple of years, I sense other people there, too.)

Bring your spinning merkaba back up to your Earth Star chakra about 12 inches below your feet with a silver cord still connected to the core.

Use the 12D energy to spin a platform for your shield in a counterclockwise (right to left) direction. In the beginning, the shield is about four feet in diamater. Some people end up with really huge 12D shields. Mine seems to vary in size depending on the day.

Build the spinning 12D energy up from your platform and let it flow in, around and through you until it reaches your 14th chakra about three feet above your head.

Build the top of your 12D shield at your 14th chakra and seal yourself into this protective field of energy. Move your merkaba back up your hara line, out through your crown to the top of your shield.

Send a multidimensional grounding cord from the top of your shield to the heart of Andromeda or your home star.

There are many variations in the process depending on what feels right to each person. Improvization is encouraged.

heather, i hate to sound like a newbie. but can you perhaps help me break your recommendation down in to easy to understand steps? (i am unsure where to find a merkaba symbol, would any do? - or what a hera line is?)

would it be safe to assume this post would make sense once i watch the 12d video? (im not at home right now)

i also do not know where my personal home star is, or where the heart of andromeda is. (this is obviously my next reading material to learn about doing this correctly. )

I've never really studied material like this before, but it brings to mind something I've done since a teenager (though I've taken a bit of a break from it recently)

the following was posted in another thread, but is much more applicable here:

(reading this thread) brings to mind a sort of exercise I do myself at night (and never really thought it was strange or that I needed to understand it).

when going to bed I visualize a series of shields surrounding me, or my house if people I care for are present, though for the longest time it was just me before I thought to include others. I guess you could consider it focused meditation (though I've never really been much of a mediator other than exercising the ability to silence my ego, which I just think is kind of fun).

The shields, they are "force fields" sort of,, just what my imagination comes up with,, many layers deep and include nasty traps for anyone who penetrates one of the shields (even though I never considered them penetrable), I'll start with an opaque oblong shield surrounding / encapsulating my body, then a field of dangerous lasers, then another shield around that with spikes, then another with an acid solution sandwiched by another with active blades spinning (this can go many many layers as I sort of use it as a calming exersize also).. now that I think about it it's kind of weird that I did it, I haven't felt the need to do it in quite a while. I think it may have had to do with attempting to avoid "scary dreams" when I was younger, I no longer have fear-based dreams so I guess it worked. The more I read it seems perhaps there was a different reason for this nightly exercise.... perhaps this shielding still persists today.

I am skeptical of this topic (which sort of makes the exercise even stranger).


would this be considered similar to the above described proccess or does it have to have cords and stars and shapes... or are those just tools to express intent?

No worries, Tera. Most of us are still newbies, especially me.

Yes, I expect the video will help. Honestly I'm not crazy about the music...

Anyway, the merkaba shape is a 3D Star of David, or two pyramids interconnected:



The hara line is our central vertical channel of energy.

I have no idea in terms of distance or direction where my home star is. I just intend to send my cord to wherever it is way out in the cosmos.

Yes, same thing. Ashayana Deane and Lisa Renee both teach ascension mechanics and similar information. Lisa is my chosen teacher.

Deane wants to claim copyright ownership over terms and information that don't belong to her (in my view).

Lisa has her own direct connections and sources.

Wow, Target! Lasers, spikes, acid solution and spinning blades? You're not messing around, are you?

I expect many of us had some kind of protective imagery we liked to use as children.

I do think intent is key. And there does seem to be a science to our soul bodies, ascension mechanics and whatnot. My personal experience with perceiving all of that is pretty limited so far.

Doing some version of the 12D shield on a daily basis does have real benefits according to anyone I know of who has tried it.

I completely understand, Tera. Joining the ES community may or may not be right for you right now.

What I did for several months was subscribe to her newsletter, watch her videos and listen to MP3s my member friend sent me. With a lot of us, we didn't really understand what Lisa was saying at first, but we felt the truth resonance.

There's kind of a calibration/attunement process that happens with Lisa's material and the ES community. It's very quick for some people but was gradual for me. I just knew the 12D shield and ES meditations were helping me move from a mental prison to a strong spiritual house despite resistance from my ego and mind.

Having been in the community for a year and a half, I feel attuned to the group (some truly amazing people) but still have plenty to learn. I focus on what resonates and seems relevant to my path.

Lisa and her partner Tomas overhauled the site recently, and it's easier to navigate now.

And the most exciting news--with help from multidimensional friends and family, Lisa has developed a Hieros Gamos healing system that we're using within the community. She'll make it freely available to the public when the time is right. I'm just starting to work with it.
