Yes, this seems to be the core question for those of us who are awakened; however, keep in mind that the planet supports almost 7,007,000,000 people, and many are not awake yet. So, even if the Cabal capitulates, we may still face challenges from the unwitting public at large. Actions do seem to be progressing though, no matter how slow they seem to us.

My suggestion to everyone would be to actively engage in educating your family, friends, neighbors, coworkers etc... regarding the unfolding events.

As always, prepare for the worst but hope for the best,

Well, one line of what David Wilcock wrote in this blog entry sounds right to me:

The reason why the public is being notified is only this: to reduce the likelihood of mass panic, rioting and chaos in the initial confusion and fear that will invariably result.

Whether or not such a major event, if it occurred, would be good for humanity or not, that I'm more skeptical of.

But this thread is not the place to elaborate on my skepticism ... especially since I don't have any good insights or evidence to support it anyway .

It's so complicated and precise that, even if it is not the real deal, the existance of such a document points to something bigger behind the scenes.

My gut is telling me, however, that somehow we have nothing to fear from the PTW anymore, they're being taken care of. I have nothing but a positive vision of the future anymore.

There's still a lot happening behind the scenes, but everything is progressing as it should.

Well .. not always .

As a once prolific computer programmer, I've got a few elaborate, complicated and precise programs to my credit (along with the good stuff), which turned out to be worthless irrelevant delusions.

I suppose this happens to lawyers now and then too.

As to whether this is destined to turn out good for humanity or not ... that currently seems to be more of a litmus test as to our individual outlooks than it is well determined yet.

My point was that it looks to me as if whoever was responsible for that document had to have some good knowledge of the legal system and some pretty in-depth knowledge of the reserve banking system to be able to write the document. Ie : If it is a fake, it's a damn good one and it will take someone with at least as good a knowledge to debunk it.

If a fake, it's existance alone hints at something else happening behind the scenes that may be at least as important, if not more so, than what we see before us now.

OK, since it's 1 in the morning here on the west coast of the US, I won't fully comment on this till tomorrow, but I wanted to set a context for my response.

In the last two years, due to the foreclosure debacle and so many of my closest family and friends losing their homes, I have hundreds of hours of studies on commercial law, commerce, FRCP Federal Rules off Civil Procedure, Liens, Affidavits, Tort Claims, USC United States Code, UCC Uniform Commercial Code, Jurisdiction, both venue and subject matter, Courts of equity, Common Law, Civil, criminal, statutory court rules, and the like. I have also been following very closely the development of the shadow economy, shadow financial system, and the shadow (black ops) projects, and governments, and am familiar with both leading timelines running concurrent at this time. I'm also a student of spirituality, and the esoteric teachings from as far back as Atlantis.

Suffice it to say for now, tyranny has been afoot for hundreds of thousands of years as well as the drive for freedom and self determination, and it is incumbent upon all of us to accept and take responsibility for the paradigm shift which is occurring and become self responsible and self determined. It is incumbent upon us to collectively "dream the dream" of how we want this new paradigm to look, and not leave it up to benevolent ET's, or any ancient royal families who claim inheritance to the earth or her freely given resources.

I'm still on the fence, but I will never stop trying to educate people about the true nature of reality, wherever I go. Even if most will not seem to listen or care. Secretly, I do hope it is true. Otherwise, the entire world is truly screwed and there is no hope at all.

No! The planet, as in "world", may know how to be free and think for itself; however, the majority of humanity on the planet has been programmed to not think for themselves for at least decades, if not millennia. If everyone knew how to be free and think for themselves, would we (humanity) collectively be in our current situation? I doubt it.

Don't worry guys we can help educate them and once this goes down and if it does then our credibility will sky rocket and they might actually want to listen to what we have to say. I'm still cautious about it and preparing for the worst but there have been a lot of stories that seem to corroborate drake's testimony. Continue to hope for the best and prepare for the worst. As long as we continue to do that nobody can accuse us of being gullible.

Jack, Shoot the messenger delivering good news? What's wrong, not enough fear here?

The first legal step to oust these "Big Bad Wolves" doesn't mean in any way that "we (they) have it all under control," but it does indicate that we are receiving help from ET/ED and as important, awakened terrans, so we can contemplate the tremendous amount of work ahead for us. I write "work," but there is nothing I would rather do; I have been impatiently awaiting this point in Earth's history, but realize the job may become more difficult if brilliant people like you (and I mean that sincerely) criticize great news when it is realized as "harmful" because it will compel people to "sit back and let others save us."
