Today it has been spread far and wide that we are to vote on a poll as to whether or not we would agree to some sort of "treaty" with the elite who as we all know are very nearly defeated. It seems their idea of a fair deal is either promise not to hold them accountable or they launch an all out war and reduce both sides to one third. Really?

Do you seriously think you can make a deal with the devil? And what kind of mentality thinks they would keep any promise? Never mind that would be the first time in history that a totally corrupt and unsalvageable bloodline ever exhibited an ounce of honor or understanding of it's definition. As far as I am concerned extinction is the only way to stop that very same bloodline from continuing the death and destruction they have wrought on humanity for thousands of years but hey that's just me. I don't usually have to be hit on the head more than once or twice before I get it.

Please use some common sense before you even consider casting a vote for any such outlandish and idiotic plan. This wreaks of the same militaristic mind set that caused the great disaster the world is in already. If you are on a ship that is sinking do you plug the holes with the same materials you built it with?

Now if that isn't enough common sense, stop and ask yourself what gives a few thousand people listening to an Internet radio show, the right to make any decision or even vote on a decision for the rest of the more than seven billion people on this planet? Add to that there are no details of this so called agreement, nor are there any identities revealed of just who is making a treaty to include and impact the whole globe. Gee, "we have to pass it to find out what's in it" comes to mind.

There is another good question; wouldn't it give them the answer they would love to have as to how many of you would choose to get down on your knees and accept their idea of a deal rather than finish the fight once and for all so they can re-group and start again?

Are you so desperate you would sell your country, your children and grandchildren for NESARA money? Do you get on your knees and worship the very thing they used to enslave you in the first place, money? If so you will deserve the consequences of your part of the deal.

I do not support, was not a part of and was not told about this. I have fielded calls and emails all day long asking me if I was either in favor or not. This is just plain nuts folks and if this is an example of how weak and dependent this nation has become, how dumbed down and indoctrinated the people are, it's time to bug out. That's my answer.

Please understand that Mass Arrests could not happen without the complete reset of the financial system to cut off the Cabal from their remaining financial resources. At the reset, the non-physical Archons would influence people to spread panic, violence, riots, provoke civilians against the military…Things could really get ugly and spin out of control.

"So peaceful surrender of the Cabal is our best option. If the Cabal tries to manipulate the negotiation process, we can still execute the Mass Arrests scenario anytime we want. In case that things then get ugly and escalate into a war, the Resistance has promised to back up the Positive Military and protect the People with their resources and can also send their troops from their deep underground bases to assist the Positive Military as the last resort.

"Non-negotiable terms of surrender as suggested by the Resistance:

I had a feeling that once I listened to Drake's plan that was the reason to Teri's split. Wow... she brings up some great points that Dragon Lady kept trying to bring up. Chamberlain tried to appease Hitler too and history shows how that worked out... WWII.

In any case, this is exactly what they are trying to avoid. I think the plan is brilliant if they can put it off. Once we are more in control, then we can go for the kill. I think that once America finds out what really happened, these people are mudd anyway.

We shall see. I'm still waiting to see something tangible... an Internet radio show doesn't cut it for me either.

Cobra is the one I believe has the Portal 2012 blog, which has always dealt primarily, as far as I can tell, with ET/ED factor. Thus, I consider Portal 2012's sources to be much from the ET/ED side of things.

I love this quote from the recent blog on that site:

I think it is a difficult thing for ETs/EDs to get a "reading" from what the PEOPLE want as opposed to the ruling elite's puppets and lackeys. My senses tell me that Drake (and even Lady Dragon) were chosen because they relate to people in a way the government never can in its present state where people fear government and do not trust government, etc. -- and in fact where so many of those who deserve to be arrested.

I also feel that the ETs/EDs are very concerned about public reaction to "THEM." Those who are assisting with the mass arrests (or negotiations for plea bargain) want to be as non-threatening as possible and truly want to work with us. That is not to say all ETs or EDs are to be trusted. Quite the contrary!!!

I don't know about anyone else, but I have no fear or distrust of Drake OR Lady Dragon. And they are getting the word out -- which is basically their only real job. The fact that Lady Dragon decided to capitalize on using her website is certainly a big disappointment, but the fact is that MOST people have been doing things that way for a long time (and I suppose in her own way she too is still programmed by the Matrix).

I agree with Portal 2012 (or Cobra) that a site JUST FOR VOTING -- and "owned" by Drake -- should be set up. Lady Dragon has WAY too much personality for people to react to, and that is NOT what this is all about...!

Wilcock did not seem to have been made aware of the request for a plea bargain at the time he wrote this rather long article (which I imagine he wrote over a period before this came up). The whole voting thing has been a real mess. It's not the end of the world, just another very comical mess-up. Like David Wilcock putting out a new article not even being aware of the plea bargain thing coming up.

What I mean by that is, a lot of people had problems with Lady Dragon's website for the voting to be done. I have to admit I thought that was a mistake. The voting page should have been kept completely neutral -- and without any mention of Lady Dragon at all, in my opinion. Now for the people upset with that Drake has a new page set up for voting that is not on her website but which still lists her website and her name twice. WHY? (Ridiculous really. I'm sure she's a fine and great lady, but she does not belong on any of the voting pages in my opinion!!!)

EDIT: I just deleted my comment of frustration. No reason to put my frustrations out there, especially since 70% or more of it is NOT because of Drake or the mass arrest scenario in general but about my personal stresses after getting so behind in work after spending nearly a full week getting settled in a new residence. I have high hopes I'll be back in top form by this time next week.

I won't take a whole week off. That was just my frustration talking. Apologies again!!

I have no idea if the story is true - of a loving, compassionate, teacher of peace who walked into a temple one day and kicked the banker's asses - but it endears the character to me.

Being too passive is... well, too passive. We need our passion. Our passion gives our compassion wings.

I'm sure that I added to your frustration, with my outburst about how ridiculously off-putting the Dragon Lady's website is, and why in the hell it would have ever been selected for... well, anything. Consider me like a negative ion (the ones that make you feel positive) and that maybe my finger-wagging was the straw that broke the camel's back (and forced a change.)

Enjoy whatever time away from the circus you need. Remember that the 10th stage of Buddhist development has been called "returning to the marketplace." The chaos will continue in your absence. When you get back, the circus will still be going (though it may be a different act.)

Every now and then I get the hankerin to belly on up to the Drake & Company bar, have me a belt or two, see how "The Plan" is progressing, and how people feel about it. On this occassion I have a question that is bothering me, so maybe someone can help me out.

If this plan has been so meticulously planned, for so long, by smart, capable, and in the loop people, why at the very last second before metaphorical midnight, do "they" suddenly need to ask the anonymous world wide web for this vote? Even if it is a serious vote, and "they" need our input, how in the hell do they know who's in their voting block? How many pimply faced teens take the occassional break from Dungeons & Dragons, and porn, just to frequent these sites?

I'm sorry, but neither scenario strikes me as being very well planned out. What does make sense to me would be, on the benign side, someone looking for their shot at their 15 minutes of fame. And on the more malevolent side, a nifty way to buy some time from those who are beginning to grumble amongst themselves about "The Plan".

Sometimes though, I'm just plain missing something, so if someone has a logical explanation, I'm all ears.

There are certain signs to watch for and tactics of group manipulation to be aware of. Cult leaders, under any guise, will establish that some of you are special. Chosen. Or that you might be. Then the rest will feel envious and want to earn their way into the chosen group. The feeling of specialness creates loyalty and bonding along with a sense of purpose that can be directed by the cult leader.

Stephen (Charles) came and at first was just an interesting interview with new information. Then he said he was looking for a team of people and stated or insinuated that they would change the world, be major players at the highest levels of power, interact with St. Germaine, form a matrix paradigm for a new world, etc. He lashed out at those who questioned him, including Inelia, and caused a huge rift in the Avalon community. Vague answers, misdirection, teasers, and promises of special status were used to manipulate.

Brockbrader started last night by saying that those who donated a dollar were special. They were the true lightbearers of the grand change and he dubbed them Captains. He lost me right there. He knew what he was doing. It's a standard technique and is even used by some popular self-help/spiritual authors and speakers. Bill Harris even used to teach business seminars on how to milk your followers for money using this technique. Probably still does.

Anyways, I appreciate the OP (original post) as discernment is a subject of worthy discussion. The point of my post here is that there ARE things you can learn to help you out in this regard. Understanding the strategies and techniques of mass mind control, NLP, social engineering, marketing, and media communication is a great first step.
