Thanks for posting this, I couldn't listen to the whole show, I had to leave about an hour and a half into it. The chat was interesting, but a bit distracting from what Drake was saying. There were some technical issues as well, a lot of people loosing the stream and stuff. I'm going to re-listen to it all in case there was anything I missed.

I'm tired of the bickering between the pro and anti Drake camps. What difference does it make whether or not we believe him? If he's not the real deal and the dates pass without any change, *shrugs* it ain't the first time it happens and won't be the last either. If he turns out to be a fraud, well, then he's one amongst thousands of frauds, and no matter how you look at it, fraudsters will lose in the end, even if it takes a thousand years.

Meantime, I'm actually enjoying Drake's interviews. I've learned a lot. And boy, do I enjoy my coffee in the morning, which is now infused with ginger (and cardamom because I haven't managed to buy cloves yet). Why can't we all just take whatever resonates with each individual, enjoy the ride, and continue to do our bit for a better future, be it raising of consciousness, healing Gaia, or be nice to our neighbours? Is that so difficult? /soapbox

I tried his coffee recipe too. I had everything but the hyssop. I hear it's in the mint family. Tried some mint...didn't work out so well.

It is interesting, isn't it? Drake is giving so much good info and education on many things. Educating us on how to work in our counties, healthy coffee -) etc...

Yea I'm at the point now where I am just going to go about my business as usual and stop paying attention until I see George H. W. Bush, Bill Clinton, Ben Bernanke and Dick Cheney taken away in handcuffs on CNN (even just one of them would suffice). When that happens I'll start following the Drake material again. Drake I hope you are telling us the truth. If you are not it won't be the first time I've been lied to. Either way we HAVE to stop the criminal cabal. If June comes and goes and still none of the bad guys has been arrested then we REALLY have to pull up our sleeves, kick this awakening into overdrive, and make these changes ourselves.

It is, there's a lot of stuff for the mind to chew on. I like that it's a positive thing too, something to look forward to and uplift, ignite, and motivate people vs. all the negativity and things that can get you stuck in a rut. I think it's inspiring, and I'm a coffee addict so, that part was particularly awesome for me.

April 26, 2012 radio show -- Drake and Deatra with Randy Maugans -- notes:

Show starts out having technical issues...theme song...talking begins at about 5 minutes into the show.

Deatra mentioned false information that has been going around that will be addressed later. Australian people are wanting to follow in the footsteps of what the U.S. is doing and she is asking that people send their email addresses to FreedomReigns.US website so they can send appropriate information.

A couple minutes more of technical issues and delay...Drake ready for Randy to interview him...

Randy was very interested in asking about the paperwork that has been filed and the interest people have in being able to see that. Drake said that copies of the paperwork without signatures may be available. Deatra said one state has offered to redact names to protect those individuals and those documents will be made available hopefully tonight in image form on the FreedomReigns.US website.

Randy spoke of out a lot of people are cynical about the work Drake is doing, and it is making it more difficult to get the message out. Randy feels that making those documents visible will help give credibility to Drake. Drake has also requested official documentation of some sort also from the people he is dealing with -- and he'll find out about that within the next day or so.

Randy brought up that some expect a "paper trail." Drake said no, if you don't have the code numbers you don't have access. It was simply a notification process; however within the paperwork itself there is a complete divorcement from the present governmental structure, etc. In that process one of the things that was done was that the paperwork itself declares our freedom, like in the Declaration of Independence. It states that a government that becomes repressive -- there is a duty by the citizens to replace it.

Drake explained that the basic simplicity is difficult for some people to get their heads around and that the basic civilian authority for the military to back us up is given through that declaration, notification process and documents used: the 1787 Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence. "Those are our base documents."

Randy speaks of a long succession of court documents, etc. "How does this impact contracts..." such as between States and the Federal Government?

Drake says we have a regressive legal position back to those basic documents with nothing after holding any validity, so we are basically starting over and circumventing any and all of the agreements, executive orders, laws, rules, regulations, you name it.

The manner in which this was put together it really does have this impact, according to Drake. The corporate governance being ruled by the banking system which is now in a position to repay....first you have the Declaration -- a separate project from anything else, he wants to make that perfectly clear. The second part is the localization effort. People don't understand that the housecleaning is not going to go below or much below the Governor level in the states -- so we need to look closely at who we have in local positions who may need to be REMOVED on a local level.

The zeroing out or re-valuation from debt instrument orientation to equity-oriented instrumentation in re money. People will be able to for the first time in a few hundred years some real financial freedom. If there is no damaged property or injured party that is no crime. "Going back to the way it was in the '50s." "Nobody can legislate morality....the Golden Rule: Do unto others the way you would have them do unto you." And the responsibility each individual will have.

Randy asking about State Legislators -- Drake said the crooks need to be taken out.

Randy asked if the State Legislators might try to override things and assert authority through the courts. Drake said no, they cannot. The notification is purely a notification process, but the documents say we revert to the way things used to be as in the early 1800s. Drake reminded Randy that the military supports this effort and they do not want anyone to think this is martial law or military coup. Their way of PROVING it is not is by giving people this great freedom.

Local law enforcement will be backed up by federal marshals and military as needed. The authorization and authority comes from the PEOPLE. This puts things in a different perspective than what has happened before.

They want an orderly and lawful replacement of "the crooks." This is the reason the PEOPLE must look at their local governments -- mayors, city council, etc. This must be done by the PEOPLE.

State legislators need to be looked at closely: did somebody take a bribe. Do they have a lot more money now? Etc.

Randy asks about chain of command. "Will we see a mobilization of military or is this going to be background in terms of public perception?" Drake says they are trying to keep in the background. Drake brought up Posse Comitatus (sp) which says the military are not to engage civilians (with some exceptions).

"Don't engage the military. They are on our side this time. This is a huge difference from what has transpired before." "I addressed the troops and it went like wildfire to the troops"....Ask your commander where he stands.

There will be some civilian appointments. This has to be. It is TEMPORARY. You are going to need a Commander in Chief to deal with unlawful treaties, executive orders, etc. 99% of everything will be left up to WE THE PEOPLE. We have a lot of decisions to make.

Constitutionalists -- judges, lawyers, etc. are looking at how to make sure what has happened up to today can never happen again.

Randy talks about the bleed-through between the military and industry. What a monster this has become.

Drake says that's true. "Fun and games started during the Korean War....(due to) corporate interests." What happened back then basically started this. The UN was telling the communists our troop strength, etc. They have been treasonous (the UN). There is a strict divorcement. Foreign entities should not be in charge. We should not have to beg for money. "That's all part of what is happening."

Randy asks about the initiation itself and authority to initiate it. Drake said that everything will be made public so everybody knows. The commander in chief, who probably will be appointed -- temporary, with limited power. The military is willing to acquiesce some control to that commander in chief. That office is going to be tasked with helping to straight out the mess. There is going to be an extraordinary freedom movement just from the White House alone. If he misuses he power he will immediately be removed and taken to jail. The person in that position will be a civilian. At least three months that person will be helping to facilitate our freedom.

Randy asked if Obama would be removed. Drake said, "Along with a bunch of others."

Randy said the freedom movement as we know it exists on the Internet in small places and are mostly hidden from public view. "How do the groups that are working together out there make this real to Joe Six-Pack?"

Drake gave the example that on several occasions when he has been talking on the radio shows they have often exceeded the numbers watching CNN, Fox News, etc. There are a humongous number of people who are listening (although newbies).

Stopping at 39 minutes. (Tired...!) Not sure how much longer he speaks but hopefully will come back later to transcribe notes on the rest.

Implications of Extrication:

OK, so the several original sovereign states have declared their sovereignty via “Notice” to the UN. Let’s just say for the sake of argument, that the paperwork is legitimate. Implicate to this, is these sovereigns can no longer operate within the de facto court system, the fiat monetary system of the Federal Reserve, the IMF world banks, the United Nations, or any of the existing structures of the fully entrenched existing corporate Federal and State system.

Now, these corporate states, which have acquiesced to the Federal Corporatocracy and taken benefits and privileges from the Federal government, are no longer entitled to any of these. This means that any Social Security payments, unemployment, Medicaid, Medicare, etc. cannot be accessed. It also means that this sovereign entity cannot operate within the existing commerce system.

So, this newly revived entity needs to develop its own system of commerce outside of the existing system. That means that all of the global corporations, which are owned by the elite (see David Wilcock’s explanation of this) consolidated down to 147 global corporations owned by the same principals would be impossible to do business with.

Also, the 50% of people who draw one form of government check or another may not be so willing to become sovereign and give up the privileges they paid into since the “New Deal” was enacted. Also, the Federal government has been expanding their employee base over the last several years and is now the largest single employer in this country, with government workers making twice as much as the private sector. This is a built in constituency of somewhere around 70%.

Who are the good guys?:

Back in 1954 at the first Bilderberger meeting, a separate economy was developed and agreed upon by the G20 nations, authorizing a global effort to deal with global issues which were facing this planet, issues which were so vast and so extensive, that they would require an economy 100 times the public economy. This is where most of the true assets of this planet are being held, and this is also where most of the nation states agreed to this. So, this hidden agenda, as well as who is implicate in this, is still pretty well unknown to most of us in the public domain. Although there have been recent revelations to support this, which include all of the gold and all of the stellar and zero gravity technology, the black op programs, etc., the full extent of what has transpired in the last 60 years is immeasurable and the power structures around this are massive.

So, the economy which we see is really nothing but a debt based slave system to keep us feeding the underground hidden economy, and we do not know who was involved in drafting the hidden agenda, and who the good guys really are, or how the agreement was intended to be executed. What we do know, is that most of the nations on this planet were in on it, and therefore who ends up as the “good guys” will be difficult to discern, especially without disclosing the whole mess and then adjudicating through new Common Law grand juries. This could take decades if not longer, and the legal maneuverings could be astronomical.

Since the current de facto system is ingrained in all governments, all corporations, all banking and commerce worldwide, for a handful of sovereigns to be willing to stand outside of this system and declare themselves separate, I would venture to say that developing alternative systems to function without the existing corporate structure or the needed constituency who understands sovereignty and is willing to risk their lives and their comfort, is yet to be determined. I don’t see that many going fully sovereign, or even that many who understand it.

This is not being negative, this is seeing things the way they are. The very paradigm shift which is being proposed will require dismantling the entire structure which is supporting the current system, and the consciousness shift necessary to make this happen, is huge. That is meant to be as encouragement, not as hopelessness.

I think we can do it. Let’s just be aware of what it is really going to take.

I tell ya what, if they have a way to set up a legitimate constitutional government by filing or delivering some papers, then shouldn't they be allowed to raise a military, convene courts, make treaties, and print money? Why don't these geniuses do all that then get arrested and we can try this all in a proper court? There is no "true" American government created by delivering documents to the Hague. Freedom is innate, it is who we are, and it is only real if you are not afraid to die. Once man is afraid to die if he exercises that freedom he is then enslaved to that fear.

There is no means to violently oppose the system. Saying nice things, believing nice things, petitioning, protesting, boycotting won't make a bit of difference. I think we will see some interesting protests this summer. I hope to God they don't turn violent.

The largest joint New Zealand defence force exercise in 15 years is underway in the central North Island.

About 1500 navy, air force and army personnel are expected to take part in Exercise Alam Halfa over the next week.

They will be joined by nearly 80 personnel from the US Army and the US Marine Corps Pacific forces.

A training scenario, in a high-combat setting, will require the troops to restore peace and transfer control of a fictional country back to law enforcement and democratic authorities.

Most of the exercise will take place in the Waiouru Military Training Area.

Military personnel had been scheduled to take part in a similar exercise in February and March last year, but this was cancelled as troops were mobilised to respond to the Christchurch earthquake.

I intended to speak the difference on the "Drake Supporter" thread but I respect its forewarn to objections.

Be careful on the path that we trace, for too often history tends to repeat itself.

Drake advocates that the citizens assist in rounding up the bad guys. Such is a noble idea. I have heard it elsewhere not too long ago.

I've been told Mao Zedong started the cultural revolution. Some say as many as 30,000,000 deaths was the result from such cause. Ho Chi Minh followed the same path - over 100,000 unnecessary deaths. Amongst the purported guilty, the intellectual, the meek died at the hands of the ignorant. Such a human drama.

Ah well, that was different because we are now already awaken. And we will wake up those still asleep, to aid in this seemingly thought out process. Oh dang! Mao and Ho might have already said that.

Yes, I might be awaken or so I thought. I wanted to take my buffalo out to till the field, yet the night is still dark. Thus I shall tend the fire, waiting for dawn.
