i was just doing a little research and found this article posted today and thought it might be of some interest for some here.

I'm posted here in N. Cal w/ in sight of Shasta and Lassen. I will report ASAP if something goes down (unless its really bad). Nice day so far no tremblors etc. Earthquakes are actually rare here due to the volcanoes being dormant. The coast gets a lot more of them. I worked right on the San Andreas fault once and it was wild to see how it changed the course of creeks at 90 degree angles!

The 4th article down says the two 8 magnitude quakes on April 11 have started a chain-reaction of other quakes since April 11....we have had three quakes over 6 mag today....

I've been following quakes closely for 2 years now..& I've never seen anything like the last 7 days...

I live in tulsa , been in oklahoma most of my 46 years and never felt a quake until this year.... something is very wrong when the shaking is felt in the sooner state....

i agree ghostrider. i live in pennsylvania. and it is known for not having eq's which is why the government stores all kinds of stuff in our mountain ranges. but lately, things have been feeling weird here too. it's almost as though the ground is quivering. very strange indeed.

i think that not only the earth is off kilter, but the people also. the energies in the atmosphere are weird/not right. these off balanced energies are affecting the earth, our sun and the people. "We just had a disaster," said Gov. Gary Herbert at the state Capitol, playing the role of state leader after a powerful jolt. "I would say to everybody: Expect aftershocks. Drop, cover and hold on."

One interesting note from here in Ncal. My wife works with a large group of disabled people. Several times this year they have had fire and policemen visit them to stress the need to have a go bag andf at least a months worth of food. She has worked there for over four years and this just started a year ago. On the other hand this may be happening because local police are getting all kinds of federal money and associated influence.

I live in Baja Sur, right next the gulf of California. Although I didn't feel the recent 6.8 in the gulf of California, but if there's a bigger in the San Andres fault, I'm sure I will feel it.

In these times of ground shaking, my family is asking me questions about what's going on and stocking up food etc etc, but before they would think of me differently about things that we talk here.
Times are changing fast.

we did this 2010 in alaska (earth quake reaction exersize), it was a National Guard exersize called Vigilant Guard that involved 10 other states.

i think it's a good thing to teach people how to respond in a crisis situation. it is always good to be prepared..... what scares me is how sometimes, the exercise turns into the real thing. this has never happened to me personally, but i cannot imagine how frightened i would be.

Unfortunately what's happening in Oklahoma inmost cases can be traced directly to fracking, Dutchsinse has pointed this out on quite a few occassions when an earthquake happened he would show that it was within a couple miles of a fracking site. Now, my response to you is why aren't you guys waking up to the fact that the energy companys are destroying the very ground underneath your feet? Why are you letting them destroy your water tables? Why aren't Okies protesting against environmental destruction?

I lived there, I still have friends and family there who don't seem to care one iota about this...as a matter of fact one lady I know was making jokes about the earthquakes!! They look up at the sky at chemtrails poisoning everyone and everything but would rather complain about second hand smoke?!?!

Please get to work on waking people up back there because I don't see it happening from my end....but I live in Hawaii now, so I can no longer reach people back there any more. They don't see what we're doing here at PA relevant to a Boomer Sooner lifestyle...at least the people i knew. My stepdad, a well educated lawyer even had the gall to say "Earthquakes!? Bring'em on!!! har, har, har!!!"

What an ass....couldn't believe it and it seems to be the general mentality. Well Okies who don't think this is a problem better take a look at Edgar Cayce's future map and others, because Okla may not fare to well if these earth changes unfold as predicted. Especially now that they've gone in to fracture the earths crust everywhere, that area is made of sandstone so it will all liquify in a major seismic event....meaning many things will just sink into the ground and may even get swallowed up.
