Quote That's funny Maia. I love working with aluminum. Many of my projects see me sawing and filing tubes andstruts of the stuff. At work not so much. I've wondered it was bad for me but I do not think in terms of bodily issues as a primary focus. I believe this is what keeps me safe. I do what feels right. Not to say I am right only that this seems to work for me. Especially in terms of such diseases. I know I will never get alzheimers or parkinsons or any other debilitating illness because that is not my lessons here on earth this time around. My mind is a steel trap.

Cutting, sawing, filing aluminum will not hurt you, as it does not pass through the skin barrier......
To get it into your blood stream via the lungs It has to be vaporised which happens in the welding smelting or heating of it..
To get it into the blood stream via the digestive system it needs to be disolved or oxidzed and then consumed.....

Coke can clean the oxidization off of metals from its acidic content but does not oxidize Metals or break metals down, thats why your jewelry comes out clean instead of disapearing/disolving in it....
Coke does have effects on other minerals such as calcium but all of its effects on the body can be countered with the proper dietary increases (more green calcium and magnesium from leafy veggies, supliments are garbage and mostly not absorbed by your digestive system )..

P.S. The Chineese version of Floride comes from the scraping of thier aluminum processing plants smoke stacks.. if your drinking your floridated tap water, consuming small amounts of your tooth paste or swallowing that wonderfull floridated gell that your dentist puts in those nifty teeth cups they con you into believeing is good for your teeth..... you have a good chance of Alzheimers...

I am down to drinking under 2 litres of Coke a day... Like Ernie I haven't been sick in almost 5 years..

Tragic yes, she left children behind, but you cannot blame Coke for her death, The NZ FDA is at fault for not enforcing proper warning labels on the product about the excessive consumation of the chemicals that are known to cause illness in the drink... The FDA is the Devil wearing wings.... Give them money they will find 200 doctors and or scientists to lie and make your product "good for everyone".

To me you set your self up for a dangerous perdicament. The mind is very powerful and controls and dictates many factors in your life. The mind is also powerful in allowing you to recieve information that can aid you in preventative measures against harmful things. I think its unwise to strictly believe you will not have something but continue to live a life that could aid in the demise of your mind. There are a few key factors that develope how your future health wise will go(In my opinion). Genetics/Food Intake/Enviroment. You may have the first down pat but if your drowing in the other 2 well I don't see a way out. So I guess the main point I am trying to derive is when we are young 18-19's alot of us men think we are invincible and can do whatever and however and it won't catch up. It will catch up, it always does.
If everyday I can bring a smile to a persons face than I can go peacefully into the nite.

wow,the power of the mind, what power does it have when its running on contaminated fuel, and the bodys electrical systems are being destroyed by heavy metals, cells being destroyed by acid, parasites, yeast fungus, mould, viruses running riot, all silently, and you think you are in controll, only now 30 yrs later can i look back and follow the progression to physical and mental destruction, each and every step is so suttle,it will be accepted as the ageing process, or you will accept it as just you, in my case i was given the tag of PTSD and many others, life as i knew it has been destroyed, everything i worked for before and after serving my country for 22 yrs has been destroyed,my children lost their father when they needed him to be there,my wife lost her husband, 10 yrs later he is nearly back, this has got everything to do with going to extreme measures to get tests done which took me to edinburgh, surrey, belfast and germany, those test were dismissed by the system that is in place to help, those tests showed, aluminium 97.739 mcg/l. barium 205.52mcg/l. mercury 35.237mcg/l nickel 11.122mcg/l. palladium 6.002mcg/l.platinum 4.157mcg/l silver 60.227mcg/l tin 10.737mcg/l and tantalium .54mcg/l,lead 35mcg/l, the highest ammounts present were aluminium and barium, with the lowest being tantalium, those 3 metals do not belong to the composition of amalgam fillings and gold plates(which are not gold but 7 different toxic metals) you work it out where they came from, the test was a saliva test, and tantalium is only found in mobile phones,tv,s computers, where is the aluminium and barium coming from , from the point when 6 gold plates were placed in (2002) coke/pepsi became part of the combination that seen a switched on calm guy,who loved life, turn into the tazmanian devil on speed, living life at the same pace as a superball fired out of a catapult into a squash court with a roof, now i know why it is so important to get heavy metals into the system, the rest is done by us, and if you are affected by one you are a sponge for the rest,mr mengles work is alive and well and is being packaged as health care, this journey is not recomended for any living human being, its all about getting the body into a permenant acidic condition, how you get there is each individuals journey, then its a time thing depending on source of toxins, lifestyle diet etc, when that little lot takes hold,a nuclear generator is not going to power the mind, this one is now rising through the frequencys so much that putting my hand on my wife, my body explodes with light feelings, energy flowing everywhere, she gets up feeling 10 yrs younger and i am left in a coma for a few hour, when i wake up it feels like body and brain repair has just taken place, this is ongoing, its only happening because metals, chemicals, parasites, yeast, fungus and mould is no more

If the criteria of a full and happy life is the length of time lived I would have to agree. However, from observing the lifespans of humans in the modern world and their lifestyles, the last thing I would want for myself is a long life.
This is my motto: live life to the fullest, learn and love to the utmost - and die healthy. No lingering for me, thank you very much. No radiation therapy or invasive surgery, no transplants, no stem cells from pigs inserted into my brain, no poisonous medicines of any sort, no using me for experimental therapies, etc.
My body is important, it is just not of primary importance.
That is my last post on this matter. As always, my intent has been misconstrued and I do not feel like re-educating those already of a rigid mindset.
Worried about coke? That is the last thing of importance on my list.
And yes, I counteract my evil dietary ways by listening to my body and what it craves in terms of healthy foods. I eat loads of greens, every day. And garlic and onions, too. My body knows what it needs and I listen to it.
I wish all of you the longest, healthiest, most fulfilling lives. Try not to scare so easily, though. There are powers out there looking out for us in realms we cannot see or touch - placed there by our higher selves at a time when we were not imprisoned in these frail and mostly illusory bodies we worry so much about.
Life is what you make it.

HOW ABOUT... "ARE YOU STILL DRINKING PEPSI"??? ICK! Obama agency rules Pepsi's use of aborted fetal cells in soft drinks constitutes 'ordinary business operations' [/B]

Some say a HOAX, but further digging and you see a change of stories from Pepsi and this Co. they are working with... I am going back on a totally ALL natural organic Vegan Diet. God only knows what all we are putting in our bodies that is inhibiting our evolution or causing it to branch off in the wrong direction and lower our vibrations. That was Very Upsetting to read.

We just need to KEEP THE HEAT on them. We just need more people following this group and we can use resources from the Tea Party, Occupy and other groups. THEY win as long as they can keep us arguing with each other. WE need to come together with people we wouldn't normally work with to bring these BANK and POLITICAL criminals DOWN!

Many years ago I was discovered to have very high, completely symptomless, blood pressure. I was treated for it and now it is within 'normal' range. However one thing I was warned about was was diet, and especially coffee and coca cola (all cola drinks actually). I gave up both straight away.

It is also a good idea to avoid all artificial sweeteners and so-called diet drinks. The sweeteners are made of chemicals and many have harmful effects. Get used to less sweetness in food/drinks and use sugar or stevia (already mentioned) as they are natural products, otherwise you are multiplying the bad effects of the coke and the sweeteners.

I have one thing I can't give up though I have reduced the amount I use, I love salt on food!

I try to maintain electrolyte balances. The body must keep sodium and potassium in balance, and must keep calcium, magnesium and phosphorous in reasonable amounts. If my diet has say much sodium, then it might benefit from more potassium, to help keep the balance. Way too much, or too little, of an essential electrolyte can be harmful, even deadly. The kidneys do a wonderful job of maintaining the proper balances and levels, so long as they are not too far out of line.

Actually, NZ doesn't really have an FDA per se - most of our rules are based ON what the FDA states. (And it's not really their "fault" either).

Drinking this amount of anything is "not normal" (and sadly, the results were tragic). Afixing blame to something/someone else for something that is your own responsibilty is kinda lame. No-one had a gun to her head.

Ignorance is bliss? No, ignorance is ignorance.

Drinking 18 pints of water is bad too, I am surprised anyone could do that. I drink a couple of bottles of water and I to go to the ladies. If I drank that much I would spend the whole day having to tinkle.

You've got the right atttude there buddy. Enjoy your coke from a can.

If you were drinking the stuff thnking it's bad for you is one thing but to drink it and enjoy it and actually get something from it (clearing the dust out of your throat for eg) is something totally different. It's mind over matter, right.

I have started drinking apple cider vinegar (unpasteurised, with the "mother") in the morning. It's meant to be good for balancing the ph in the body. I drink a fair amount of coffee, not every day but most days, so I'm taking the apple cider vinegar to help out the body balance out.

Maybe if they left Coca Cola alone with it's natural cocaine leaves, kola nut, carbonated water and sugar, it might actually be good for you! But we can't have none of that natural stuff in our foods. It's got to be synthetic and GMO approved!
For those who believe, no proof is necessary. For those who don't, no proof is possible.
