The format of the alleged case numbers is appropriate, but I don't find the cases when I search them on "Court Rulings Berlin Brandenburg".

Could a German citizen or someone who can talk with the court system there confirm that Dr. Herzog was in fact arrested?

I want more than a story to believe it. There are zero press stories from credible ... well that's a joke, but media sources that are saying he was arrested. I would like more than a white hat report about it.

Hi Christian Dr Herzog seems to be a biologist at a university in Illinoi. A bad man it seems. He must have a home in Germany.
I miss your posts by the way. Since your mod duties you have not posted much. When you do I enjoy them.

Since this White Hat nonsense started I have avoided Project Avalon. I am distraught at the futile reliance on even more invisible promises from another "charlie" or group of "ghosts". So rather than posting my pessimism at this turn of events I would ask each of you to read those "White Hat reports" again and show me evidence.

I’ve contacted 8 US Congressmen, the FBI, the Secret Service and multiple alternative news sources, and none of them can come up with a single document. WHY? I’ve written the White Hats three times for any of the Documents, and they have never even bothered to answer me. WHY? And no American can request documentation from the House of Lords or from Lord James of Blackheath. IF THEY REALLY EXIST, WHY CAN’T AMERICANS SEE THESE DOCUMENTS?

This whole thing is smelling fishy.

Americans Remember – Buyer Beware! Especially beware if you buy into any of these accusations without the White Hats showing you all of the documentation for their accusations. They claim that over 4,000 documents and a 1.04 Gig thumb drive of documents exist. IF THEY EXIST, WHERE ARE THEY? WHY CAN’T AMERICANS SEE THEM?

So come on Avalonians, if this web site is worthy of research material, mentoring or even guidance then we must be more discerning and critical. May I remind you that David Wilcox rise to fame started through his dreams, which led him to research the human psyche and subsequently the links with the cosmos providing each of us a fulcrum of inquiry of our own. Is David and de facto "are we" being "kettled" into a false paradigm of belief that things will change?

Who told you, can you get more information from that person? There are 10 courts with subdivisions. But all rulings can be found on that site.

The last entry in the database is from April 17th. The article from April 27th says, the court ruled in the Herzog case 14 days ago, so on April 13th. Anyways, I sent an inquiry to the court rulings site, they won't reply on the weekend though I guess.

Hi Stan, are you sure this is the guy? I do find a lot of Dr. Michael Herzog types, but they don't really fit in the picture.

It's not only because of the mod duties, I'm researching information and making connections for We Are Change Germany, which I founded this month. For that purpose I also joined German speaking forums. Well there have been guys in Germany, who used that We Are Change label but they have been inactive since years and a proper domain name was still free now.
