I have been having the numbers thing to the point where it feels like someone leaping in my face and yelling at me 'are you paying attention yet?' without elucidating what exactly I'm supposed to be paying attention to.
As for the time thing, perhaps this is more in line with the Chinese 'body clock' idea of 3 am than an external perception thing: my personal physical map is different from chronological time *and* I do have a body clock that sometimes cycles in cohesion with externally mapped time and sometimes does not.
It is, I have experienced, a call to greater personal perspective and attention when things begin to cycle in the way you have described. We are not homogenous Beings; each of us is a singularity and to attempt to apply homogeny to our process is to ensure confusion and perhaps miss the message. There are some interesting biofeedback and kinesiology methods of learning one's own cycles and singular biology, perhaps this could be an interesting beginning point of experimentation. I am currently adopting a number of different practices into my current ones to further my range of ability and experience: for those wanting to get more clear on their own internal gateways it's well worth the trouble to learn more about the physical avatar's patterns.
