Default Trauma in the Subtle Information Body.

Trauma in the Subtle Information Body.

The Chinese call it meridians, the West the nervous system, Dr. Pete Peterson called it the Information Body and the Tibetans call it the Subtle Body.

I went to see Mike Lambert about a health matter (he is David Icke's doctor at the Shen clinic) and we spoke about this information body: he agreed about Pete Peterson's claim that the white tissue around the inner organs and ending up at the teeth, was this information body.

When I receive information, I put it on an imaginary peg up in front of me, and leave it there, waiting for some of those pegs to join up. They have just done so!

It is said in Tibetan Buddhism that the link between the Body and the Mind, is this subtle body.
This body consists of channels, winds and energies. It is also where our residue of feelings are stored.
So when a trauma happens in childhood, we get a reaction to a potentially similar scenario later in life. But, in fact, this is happening all the time on a more subtle level!

We can wake in the mornings and (for no reason) have a feeling of dread, or anxiety. We can live with a constant feeling of anxiety. This not only is exhausting, but it can effect our immune systems. It could also be the reason we have become speedy, excitable people... “I have to be better!”

There is a teaching and practice on how the wind below the navel rises in the body, up to the gut, heart throat or head and this causes tension. The gentle vase (wind) practice can bring this down, so we are not so hot under the collar.

Now the point is, why are we so speedy and anxious?

Let's go back to that trauma. What if, through watching TV, the radio, films, internet, forums, conversations, food, water, atmosphere, interaction with authorities, economics, drugs/pharmaceuticals etc (all of which become addictive) we add to this inner sense of anxiety...?!

If all of us over react to external and internal stimulus, wouldn't that be catastrophic?

Forums, and sites such as Face book are ideal for this purpose, because people personalise everything they write and read about. The point is that this is self perpetuating: it is so easy to become addicted to our ideas about ourselves and our beliefs.

Just being aware of this is not enough. Merely saying you are not your thoughts is not enough.
You have to do something about it!

Remember Aldus Huxley spoke much about controlling the population by various means? Those means have to be undetectable! So various, underhand method are used. What if someone knew about the subtle body, and put information into it? Remember...these people are not playing games.

How sure are you that you are in control? How addicted are you?

hi Tarka, excellent thread. i am thinking that when we come here and inhabit the body that we have, we are seeking much love from the family that we have chosen to be born into. when traumatic things happen to us they are pushed down so far that most of us cannot even remember that they are there. but i sense that somehow it must come to fruition, or come forward to be released somehow. if it isn't released then the inner sense of anxiety continues to build, like bricks, one on top of the other. it can weigh us down continuously over the years, making it more and more difficult to be lightness, or to truly give love to others.

i am not sure that i am in control of anything. over time i have cut out certain forms of the control mechanisms that you have listed above. but i still notice the anxiety beneath. how do we get around this?

the yang chi (mostly fire chi) wants to rise, there are a few ways to deal with it

Because the home/work environment we live in is synthetic and not balanced, and the electronics we deal with create a type of "dirty fire" chi, everyone has to deal with this type of problem to some degree. Of course if you live in a place like Arizona, where fire dominates, you will have a harder time overcoming it than if you lived in the rain forest.

The simplest long term solution is to spend as much time in nature as possible, take a vigorous walks in heavily wooded areas. This will naturally start to bring the chi in balance.

more sophisticated methods are to keep the yang fire centered in the lower field (below the navel). Focus your will and intention on that point and push the chi on the out breath to that point.

If you feel like you lower field cant hold any more energy, push the excess fire on the out breath down the outsides of each of your legs, into the ground. You must be standing up with your knees slightly bent for the circuit to stay open. Also, if you can do it barefoot with slightly moist feet, that will help.

if this is a habitual problem for you, try to not get too much direct sunlight.

Hello corson - this video may help. The main thing is that this is a very simple practice. Nothing complicated at all!

I know this sounds far fetched...

What if the Subtle Information Body, carried all our memories and feelings.
Now, what if you wanted to control the population. You would not do this by guns, but ideas!

Why would the population be controlled?
    A. To organise, to suit your purposes!

If you can control a child's mind with ideas, feelings and fears – you can control that child in adulthood.
If you can get the child to develop an addictive nature – you can control that child in adulthood.
Electronic toys, war games, seeing killing, isolation from family collective activities, smoking, drink,
porn, become un-empathetic etc. - leading to consumer life-style of addictive shopping made easy.

In fact, in creating trauma after trauma, this will have an effect on the subtle body, all of of one's life.
The effect is to become addicted to servitude to the corporations. What if the corporations were so large,
owing so much of the planet, did not need everybody on it?

With all the bad food people eat, and all those pharmaceutical drugs people take, (because of the food),
those corporation gain more and more control over our lives.

We are talking about 'subtle mind control'. Just look at the traumas in the world, do you still think,
“It Just one of those things?” Just look at the traumas on social networking sites and forums, is it not addictive?

    Remember they call us 'sheeple'.

If you do not control your mind – someone else WILL do it for you!

    Hello magic duck thing,

You are right on the money.

And so we must pay attention to how we organize our life, knowing that every thing we sense affects us physically and energetically, even if it does not register much on the mind. What kind of music do we listen to? What kind of television entertainment do we subject our system to? What kind of conversations are we having? Colors. Shapes. Even down to the subtle flow of energy around us. Here then is the value of studying Feng Shui and Chi Gung.

My friends do not understand when I won't go see a scary gross movie with them. We must be responsible for what we put in our bodies. This is also why I prefer to read the news rather than watch it.

More than the trauma itself especially with audio-visuals like watching TV: one goes into an hypnotic state in 30 second max when watching TV... so the audio+visual go straight into unconscious levels without any screening.

Any stroboscopic effects at the right frequency will do.

Sorry, I don't recall the source for the 30 seconds but I am pretty sure I read it somewhere on Avalon. Couldn't find it with the search function. Will give link if/when I find it.

This is why we have to calm down, and not just react....then we know we are in charge. We are all simple souls, with a uniqueness. This simplicity is incredibly profound. It holds no ideologies, just unconditional awareness.
