Some years back I stumbled across this little cafe while traveling and was quite moved by the intention behind and within this endeavor. The name...the same cafe...stands for "So All May Eat".

A sign inside proclaimed, "It is easy to make a buck. It's a lot tougher to make a difference." Powerful simple acts, deeds which indeed make a difference, are often of humble origin and to a sad extent go unnoticed. Here's to shining a little light on human potential enacted.
