Re: The bad bird watcher has left the planet !
Hearing this news has rendered me near speechless, I am in complete shock.
Reading through this thread, I found myself utterly incapable of holding back the tears.
Jorr was a tremendously insightful, respectable and charismatic figure on this forum - truly a one of a kind.
His presence here will be dearly missed by all who crossed paths with him, that much is for certain.
I will miss his charm, wisdom, self awareness, remarkable knowledge/understanding of all that is, and his wonderful sense of humour.
Unfortunately for me I never got to know Jorr personally, but on some level I feel as though I got a pretty good sense of the man through his many contributions to this forum.
To Maria and all those who knew Jorr on a personal level, you should consider yourselves very fortunate to have been so directly intertwined with the energy of his spirit and being.
I only ever got to feel it through the words he wrote on my screen, but even that was enough for him to have a profound and positive influence on me.
While Jorr may no longer be here in physical form, I sense that his spirit is still very much surrounding us.
With that in mind, I leave you all with this song which I think Jorr would appreciate...
All is well.
See you on the other side Jorr.

Much thanks to those who knew him for sharing their words and pastimes they had with Jorr.
It is said that you can't really tell what someone is like until they start to speak. Jorr's words were noble and true, with a generous heart.
Jorr's spirit lives on in all who remember his wise words.

Dear Maria,
I have been reading posts on avalon for several months, and I always enjoyed yours and Jorrs.
I was inspired by your simple life in a Swedish forrest.
I am so sorry.
