I did not know that you and Jorr were a couple..
We cannot imagine your feelings of loss... yet we will have loss here too on Avelon.
I always enjoyed Jorrs posts and considered what he said carefully. He seemed
to be walking in balance even when things get crazy.

Love never dies and nor does spirit. This I know for a fact. Hold your faith in these few things.

To grieve is natural. It is a normal part of the healing process... for how ever short or long it takes, in what ever form it takes.

Maria ~ my love and big hugs! Not too long ago I finished a tribute to my Dad who died last year ~ so this video, I finished just in time for Father's Day. It's the only gift I have to give you in lieu of flowers but I wanted to share the sentiments of love and that there is no death. That's part of our illusion in 3D but it's leaving this year, 2012, as we each gain full consciousness and the old paradigms end and a new ~ happier one ~ begins and reunions are very near to us now for all we thought "lost" to us through death.

Jorr has a head start on us in his return to "full consciousness." Since he was also a Dad, I thought it would be appropriate to share this tribute to all our Dads with you now in this time of loss. One thing I found out when my Dad died was that the spirits of our loved ones are right here, more immediate and "present" than even when they lived. No limitations, free to fly high, and also to fly close again to us and by your side ~ always.

Much love to you, sweetie. Remember it's only "Til We Meet Again" and it will be soon, never fear...

This has been a great outpouring of grief, but grief is only possible where love exists. Grief is a consequence of love, but not a replacement. Jorr meant a great deal to a great many, and the length of this thread with so many people only shows how global his impact was.

Not only is he loved, his wisdom is appreciated, which is much rarer. Forever is and never was; such things do not stop with death. How many of us have been brought to smile by his well-worn and ever-worthy phrase "all is well"? Surely as many after his death as before, because we would not be too unreasonable to think we know how Jorr would react and how he would speak to us, if he could, of his own death. We have very good reason to believe he would face it with the same good and laconic humour with which he lived.

Dear Maria and close personal friends of Jorr's,

I hope I am not speaking out of line here, but...

Would it at all be possible to have a photo of Jorr put on this thread somewhere, or perhaps on his profile page?

I would dearly love to see an image of the man who touched so many of us here on Avalon.

If anyone can assist in this regard I'm sure many people here would appreciate it.

If for some reason this is not possible - I understand - and nothing further needs to be said.
