I found this VERY INTERESTING. Basically we need to buy foods that have a circled "U" or triangled "K". All other foods have been poisoned by the elite. How clever, we knew they had to eat too. This is how they know what to buy.

NEVER eat artificial sweeteners, gum, Cambpells soup, Lean Cuisine or any other crap. The elite have intentionally sabotaged our foods and the best way to know if something is safe is to look for a circled U on the package. This is their most common symbol for safe food, food that has not been poisoned. This is not a joke. Always look for the circled U and if it is not there, DO NOT EAT IT. SO, this knocks out -

All Campbells soups, and most other canned soup. It knocks out Ramen noodles, Michelenas, and Chef Boyardee. Forget about McDonalds, Wendy's and Jack in the box. This is not a complete list - I can't name all the intentionally poisoned foods, just look for the circled U. Also a triangle around a K, but in America the circled U is most common. You can take two products, one with the circled U, and one without it, and even though the ingredients listed are exactly the same, the one without the U will send you into a fog. It's not a joke.

Burger King, Del Taco, and Carl's Junior tend to be safe. I am not just an idiot spewing, this really is fact. I get banned anywhere I post the info about the circled U, it's a really sensitive topic for the "elite".

Avoid all Fluoride, go to Wal Mart and get Tom's toothpaste with no fluoride. You will see the circled U on that toothpaste, but you won't see it on Crest. Fluoride is a mind control drug that does nothing for your teeth. Forget about what the dentist says, he is as brainwashed as the doctor who wrote a prescription that wrecked you. Drink pure water, I recommend Crystal Geyser because it always has the U and it is cheap. You won't believe how much just cutting out the fluoride will help. Most city water is fluoridated.

If you start to feel normal again, after a while try returning to your previous diet. If you start slipping into a black hole again, well, you are now going to need to be careful with what you eat.

It also (may) help, depending entirely on your situation, to take the battery out of your cell phone, or keep it away from you. But you have to be targeted for this to make a difference so it really is just a spurious after thought, probably nothing.

Don't for a minute think I just spewed a bunch of B.S. here, even if your doctor says so. I did not just rattle this off the cuff - I spent years studying this stuff out and testing it on myself as well. There are very good reasons to avoid artificial sweeteners and fluoride, and as far as the salt goes, the elite told me directly.

I thought both the K and the U in a circle were symbols showing kosher certification (my mother in law was Jewish and would only buy certain foods that were kosher).

I think that's the point. Many blame the Jews and well, there are those who claim to be Jews and are not, but they keep kosher. I do believe there is a ton of truth in this post, and it makes perfect sense. Of course they have to buy food as well, and it won't be poisoned! Kosher food is very healthy. Now, if I could just learn to make chicken soup like my Rebbitzen used to. Good stuff!

After a little research I found this site: http://kosherquest.org/symbols.php (Sorry for the blind link, but it seems to be safe). It seems those symbols are specific to the following organisations (as opposed to the many other US kosher organisations):

K = The Organized Kashrus Laboratories (the O and K make me wonder about the true origin of the word 'okay', also shown as OK)
U = The Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations

There are many more organisations but he specifically points to these. Can anyone find out if these organisations are linked to known cabal companies in any way?

Jim isn't vouching for the healthiness of the ingredients in circled 'U" products, but without the "U" you get poisoned as well. I have many questions for Jim. There are other codes on foods that I'd like to know what they mean. I guess I can do that research on my own. I think it's important to note again that Jim stated he gets in alot of trouble with the Elite when he mentions
these codes. So this info must be right on!!! In fact, I think Jim's info is some of the most important out there. I check his site everyday and he does write you back when you send an e-mail, which I did.

Now that you mention CHOCOLATE. It's hard to find any with a "U". Jim mentioned before that he never buys Hershey's candy. I checked and Hershey's aren't ok. I went to the store this a.m. and spend a boatload of time now checking for non-HFCS (high fructose corn syrup) but also it has to have a "U" products. Since I agree CHOCOLATE is it's own special food group, this will require it's own special trip. I did find "Turtle" brand turtles are ok, junior mints and tootsie rolls but was having trouble in the Chocolate bar arena. Cookies are another story.
Milanos are safe, thank god. Even Chips Ahoy and Oreos are ok, even though they are crap. We like Newmano's (Paul Newman brand) which ARE ok. What I really need is a cure for sugar addiction!

Here's something to share on the topic
I once worked for the Metro Corrections facility, Aramark Food Service contracted through the jail
I was a supervisor in the kitchen to oversee the inmates that cooked the food .But we had a diet area
for inmates with health problems to. My boss told me the food we prepared for the Jews locked up
to only use products with the letter K and U Also was told a Rabbi at the manufacturers
sites would bless the machines and the utensils So another thing was the plastic sporks
the inmates used to eat with had to be sealed in plastic unopened .
And we couldn't use utensils preparing the food I used rubber gloves and plastic sporks that
was sealed. We ordered sporks by the cases not in plastic. Rabbi would visit us occasionally to make sure we were doing our job and had any questions.

Heres a thought as well..... Check the recycling symbol on the bottom of the container - this will show how safe the container is (let alone the food). This number will be between 1 and 7 and will be stamped between a triangle of arrows. As a general rule, the numbers that are safe for use with food are 1, 2, 4, and 5. 2 is best - That being said...............

1 inside the triangle would mean that a plastic bottle, most often your cola bottle, that you call PET, is made of PET or PETE (polyethylene terephthalate). This one is in highest demand from manufacturers because it is inexpensive and lightweight. However, most of us (me, definitely included) use these bottles more than once. Please know that these PET bottles are for one-time use only. The one time use clause implies that you use the contents of the bottle, and then recycle it, rather than using the bottle to keep water at home. Reuse releases DEHP – a proven human carcinogen – as well as isphenol-A (BPA), which can cause breast and uterine cancer as well as an increased risk of miscarriage, and decreased testosterone levels – into the contents of the bottle. And, you cannot sue manufacturers for using PET because they intend it for one-time use of the consumer (seen that crush bottle after use sign on the lable?) and therefore “The use by consumers of PET polymer in food packaging, therefore, is demonstrated and considered safe,” says The International Life Sciences Institute (ILSI). When buying plastic bottles at stores for use as water bottles for children or adults, please ensure that you do not buy PET and make sure you dump the cola bottles into the recycle bin or trashbin after consumption. 2 inside the triangle means that the plastic bottle is made of HDPE (high density polyethylene). It is found most commonly in Milk jugs, juice bottles; bleach, detergent and household cleaner bottles; shampoo bottles; some trash and shopping bags; motor oil bottles; butter and yogurt tubs; cereal box liners, etc. It is a sturdy and reliable translucent plastic with probably no known leaching characteristic. It is therefore ok to reuse these plastic bottles provided you wash them with warm (not hot !!) soapy water after each use to prevent the growth of bacteria

3 inside the triangle indicates V (Vinyl) or PVC. Used in Window cleaner and detergent bottles, shampoo bottles, cooking oil bottles, clear food packaging, wire jacketing, medical equipment, siding, windows, piping, etc, this is not food grade plastic. It is not entirely recyclable and can release a lot of harmful dioxins into the air. PVC contains DEHP, a phthalate that is a suspected carcinogen readily found in numerous PVC products. Do not sniff or eat from PVC because poisonous chemical

4 (low density polyethylene). It is used in Squeezable bottles; water bottles,bread and frozen food containers, dry cleaning and shopping bags; tote bags; clothing; furniture; carpets, etc. It is completely safe to reuse provided you wash it with soapy water after every use. Leaching risks are low, and therefore this grade of plastic is good forstoring food or for use as water bottles. Reputed brands like Tupperware and Ziploc use this grade of plastic for their products

5 The symbol that shows 5 inside the triangle indicates PP (polypropylene) and is used in ome yogurt containers, syrup bottles, ketchup bottles, caps, straws, medicine bottles, etc. This is also extremely reusable and safe, and used by Tupperware and Ziploc and as cling sheets. It has a high meting point and therefore makes a good material for containers that must hold hot food. Leaching is minimal and well below safety levels and the plastic can be washed and reused any number of times before final recycling

6 is PS (polystyrene) and most often used in disposable plates and cups, meat trays, egg cartons, carry-out containers, aspirin bottles, compact disc cases, etc. This is difficult to recycle and is definitely not reusable because it leaches isphenol-A (BPA) – a harmful xenoestrogen that interferes with human hormonal messaging – along with other potential toxins intofood and drink. Recycle or trash these plastic items after one use and do not attempt to wash ans reuse these. Also, never ever use this grade of plastic in the microwave. It also contains styrene, has been associated with skin, eye and respiratory irritation, depression, fatigue, compromised kidney function, and central nervous system damage. Takeaway plastic containers fromrestaurants are made of this grade of plastic, so transfer the food into a safer container as soon as possible

7 indicates Other implying plastics, including acrylic, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, fiberglass, nylon, polycarbonate, and polylactic acid. It is used in used in most plastic baby bottles, 5-gallon water bottles, “sport” water bottles, metal food can liners, clear plastic “sippy” cups and some clear plastic cutlery. polycarbonate is known to leach bisphenol A or BPA (a chemical that mimics the action of the human hormone estrogen) when heated or when harsh detergents are used (dishwashers with the combination of high heat and detergent could increase leaching). #7 is a catch all category for plastics that don’t fit into the #1-6 categories. Some may be labeled #7 “other” but are not polycarbonate. Do not reuse this plastic at all

Now that you mention CHOCOLATE. It's hard to find any with a "U".

I was working in the food industry 25 years ago and learned that K and U are for Kosher food which is food blessed by a Rabbi and prepared following certain norms. And the Rabbi charges heavily for his blessing fees. This is simply like the Cahotlics charging for blessing food or eucharistic, when we give money in the basket. Nothing else, this has a good commercial value within a religious framework.

the only time I used the U or K to be safe is when I am travelling in countries where the safety/cleanliness norms are different and could be detrimental for food poisoning or other bad contamination. With K or U, I know that the preparation has followed some cleanliness rules.

But that is it. Otherwise, as much poisoning and wrong ingredients in it as anywhere else, I am sure of it.

I did have a feeling for chicken soup today and all I wanted was the kosher version. Then I read this article. Mmmmm...... so might be all true (my intuition is good).

I have been trying different brands of chicken soup for a while. Eating one...then waiting a while (to see how it digest). This information helps. Thanks (and as I said, matches my intuition...at least with chicken soup).

Not too comfortable with this method. I happen to know that Ghiradelli, for instance, uses GMO corn syrup and soy in their products. In the US almost ALL soy and corn is GMO. TPTW (aka Monsanto) are sneaking their nasty GMO soy into everything. Even that old safe standby can of tuna is poisoned with soy. If it is processed and canned it's probably crap and your only safe bet is to learn to cook from scratch with local organics
In the US, in your market, fruits and veg are coded. All produce with a five digit number that starts with 8 is GMO. Produce with a five digit number that starts with 9 is organic. A four digit number is regular produce.
I make chicken soup in large batches from Amish chickens (ya gotta love the Amish) and freeze in single servings in canning jars (glass) Fits just fine in a lunch bag for work.
I once worked as a private duty nurse for a well known elite family (you would recognize the name) and had the opportunity to see other elite households. Their foods...cooked by chefs...were always cooked from scratch with produce, meats and breads from VERY private, very specific providers that came to the house to be chosen by the chef.
I've been growing, preserving and cooking with organics for over 40 years...if anyone wants a recipe or tips...feel free to ask.

I always wonder what they eat and how they live their lives. Because they suffer too from
the toxic food and the poisened water and the chemicals sprayed in the air. And of all
the radiation from wireless devices and so on. Maybe they avoid a lot of those things or
they have ways to clean themselves from time to time. Or they don't care much about
it because they only care about money and power. But we do know queeny is 86 years old
and 'duke nuke them of Edinburgh' philip is 90 years old. It's of course no coïncident they
grow very old. They are glad to live that long, but they forget about the thing they have
to work harder to clear their Karma.
