I'm of the opinion that toothpaste with ANY abrasives is a problem. I brush with MMS when I feel like I need to. If my teeth already feel mostly clean, I brush with Dr. Brommers instead.

    Use SOFT bristle toothbrushes.

I would definitely guess the problem is a combination of sugar / processed foods / abrasive toothpaste with the children's teeth.

We're all doing the best we can with what we know at the time. Unfortunately it can often be very tough to get good information.

I've heard also of teeth healing with ORMUS, but have not needed to try it myself at this point.

yes, abrasive ingredients are a danger... its like using comet on a porcelein sink... before long the shine is gone and pitting has occured.

The most abrasive I get is baking soda which really is not.

Lately Im mixing baking soda 50/50 with xylitol sugar. Works great.
Dr Jonathan Wrigt put out a huge article on the benefits of xylitol for oral care recently.

I also rinse my mouth with mms and water at least once a week. 4 activated drops in about 2 ounces of water.
