    Default Sole Solution experience

    Hello there, everyone!

Has anyone here experienced the Sole solution on themselves? Actually that's the overconcentrated solution of salt and water. The best testimonials are on the Himalayan salt solution?
That would be great to know what are the experiences of yours for I have just started. I like it but still have questions.

    Thank you,

    Nickolai

    Same here, DNA!

My consumption of coffee is huge: 5 espressos in the morning. Without it I can not get myself to do things.
But I have tried the Sole thing several mornings before coffee. It seems that it helps me too but still I can not restrain from coffee yet.

    We will see!

I've recently purchased a $60 container of Himalayan salt so maybe I can use some of it for this. Can't see the video, but suspect it is a detox method. I've read many things about the salt detox.

Also, Dr. Bob Livingston says that a teaspoon of real salt in a glass of water will remedy nausea almost instantly. It works too! When taking so much salt, it might be prudent to supplement with some potassium, eh?

Will check out the video at home, thanks.

I only use Real Salt. It comes from a family farm in Utah, right here in the good old US, and doesn't have to be imported from Pakistan, so is much less expensive than Himalaya salt.

This is one of those things that I've read and then quickly forgotten, and as a result have now tied a great big string on my finger, to see if I can remember to do this, this time around. But I shouldn't be too low on salt, because since I've switched to Real salt I use a bunch more salt than I used to. real Salt is "good" for the body, and tastes nothing like normal old table salt. It is So good, you will not be without it.

I've heard about Sole but have never tried it .... but, not as a substitute for my morning coffee!

I liked her video .... good explanation and I'm intrigued about the book she mentions. Thank you, Nicolai ...

Hello, and thank you very much for your replies to all!

I have been doing this for a week now.
What can I say? Keeping in mind that 500 gr here of the precious salt costs 20 usd, I managed to buy 2. That's for starters...
    Results:
Well, digestion improved (not that I have been suffering but still, keeping in mind that lots of people nowadays suffering from it!).
I really feel very energetic. There is still something that I can not really describe but it is a good feeling and yes, I can definitely say my body likes it.
The only thing is that being very enthusiastic I took second glass in the afternoon and my feet were swollen.

I guess that is a sign that the morning dose is just fine and besides I should not forget to drink water as well.

    Warmest,

    Nickolai
