Default US Congress Now Trying To Outlaw Reporting On Government Corruption

As the headlines die down the authorities are looking how they can stop being
caught out with their hands in the till in the future !!

Lawmakers are pushing legislation through Congress that will criminalize reporting on illegal activities and corruption in the US government.

Just when you thought the United States government couldn’t sink any lower our beloved politicians in Washington have introduced legislation that will criminalize reporting on US government secrets.

What makes this new legislation shocking is that we have seen the US government repeatedly use the “State Secrets” and the “National InSecurity card to suspend the Constitution at will to commit a wide variety of heinous activities from torture and indefinite detention without trial to outright forced drugging of prisoners and even repeated assassination by the government, of people including US citizens, which is now being done on the direction of the United States’ first even assassination czar.

Keeping that in mind the fact that lawmakers are now trying to go after reporters that “publish government secrets” unequivocally amounts to an outright ban of any and all reporting on government corruption PERIOD because at the end of the day the corrupt and illegal activities conducted by government officials are done in secret in the first place.

This week, House Republicans sought legal advice on whether reporters can be prosecuted for leaking secret information public and the excuse being used in a series of leaks by officials in the Obama administration that have pissed of the republicans.

The latest of those high-profile leaks revealed the truth nature of America’s cyber warfare program and even President Obama’s secret assassination list.

Now Congress is trying to justify the outlawing of such reporting using the excuse of “comprising National Security” when the truth is the information was given to reporters in repeated interviews by government officials speaking on the condition of anonymity with the approval of the White House in the first place.

Once again our government is manufacturing yet another “crisis” that they can take advantage of to expand its evermore dictatorial powers in what has been nothing less than a full-scale ware being waged by out government against the US Constitution.

It's only in their own polluted minds and imaginations that this happens. Eventually, they'll be OUT of office where we CAN get them. The next batch of politicians we send to that god awful crime factory, will have stricter leashes on them. I'm thinking that if they promise us one thing and do another the way Obummer has, they SHOULD face a special firing squad.

Our greatest threat to National Security is our government, selling guns to criminals to change guns laws and their own employees are killed by their insane agenda, rumsfield loses 2.3 trillion and he thinks we forgot about it ?????? we live in the book of revelations for sure and they cannot stop it . their fate is sealed. sound the trumpets, pour out the vials . get this party started. Now they want to break the law and we are to look the other way, madness, listen how it sound, it's against the law for us to expose them breaking the law and they are charged to uphold the law. why have a law in the first place. How's this, it's against the law for government to enforce any law on citizens . They really want martial law, pushin, pushing, trying to anger the public.

We just need to KEEP THE HEAT on them. We just need more people following this group and we can use resources from the Tea Party, Occupy and other groups. THEY win as long as they can keep us arguing with each other. WE need to come together with people we wouldn't normally work with to bring these BANK and POLITICAL criminals DOWN!

They better hurry up and pass that law before sheriff Joe
spills all the dirt on Obama. Like that info would make a
    difference anyway.

We can compare sheriff joe's info with the real facts about
9-11. No one in congress is interested in seeing it or hearing
about it. Nothing will be done about it any way.

World governments will continue being the evil bastards that
they are because no one wants to do anything other than complain
    about them.

I think the best thing to do is to not pay any taxes of any kind any more.
If they don't have money, they can't stay in operation very long.

Good thread for further follow up. Another attack on constitutional free speech. To even discuss this by elected officials is a violation of their oath to protect and defend the spirit and letter of our founding declaration. IMHO
