Other cloistered districts in the world include the Vatican, Washington D.C., City of London, and the International Peace Garden on the border of the U.S. and Canada. The city of London is one square mile and contains the original Roman Axis Mundi. The only remnant of the original axis is known as the London Center Stone. Two major axis of the world point azimuths to London and the Olympics. The hexagon of Baalbek and the octagon of San Vitale both have a talismanic association with imperial Roman and Byzantine rulers. Also note Cleopatra's Needle in London as well. Several Olympics have been 'pointed' to by azimuths extending from the hexagon of Baalbek. The next winter Olympics in Sochi Russia also fit this model.

The directions inferred by these monuments define a templum or sphere of influence of those that built them defined by the directions suggested by the structure itself. Other valued talismans are constructed to point to the axis if the axis is not pointed at them directly in an even division suggested by its shape. These axis also serve as a form of map projection that lets random points be referred to the datum or center point accurately.

1) London City is Run by and belongs to Bankers and Merchants.
2) It is separated from the Royal Territory by a Pillar with a dragon on it.
3) Even the Queen must ask permission to enter that territory.
4) The Royalty borrow Money for their Rule or Conquests from the Merchants.
5) It is a symbiotic relationship. Merchants need the Royalty to mesmerize the people and keep them hoping.
6) The City runs on Greed, Gambling and Competition.
7) Financial weapons of mass destruction are created, accepted and used.
8) You Come to the City to Live by the sword and die by the sword.
9) If you Lose, there is a door, you can Leave.
10) This is the way it has been for Centuries and will always be.
