You are what you eat... Do not forget this because can give you health or can give you illness. Choose the right food and you will have health. Make a vegetable garden, do not use chemist, be natural, talk to them and give to them your love... When you will eat it, they will give you health. Give what you want to receive, and you will receive what you want... :-)

Balance it all walks of life is important so is diet. I find the simpler the food the better it is. I steam my veggies, eat a lot of rice and fruit, and I feel a lot better for it.
