Some of you may have seen this before, but I came across it for the first time today. It's in a number of places on the net.

It could be a large part of the mission statement for the Avalon Forum. Enjoy — and be inspired.

On the surface of our world right now there is war, violence, and craziness, and things may seem dark. But calmly and quietly, at the same time, something is happening underground. An inner revolution is taking place, and certain individuals are being called to a higher light. It is a silent revolution. From the inside out. From the ground up. This is a global co-operation that has sleeper cells in every nation. It is a planetary Spiritual Conspiracy.

You won't likely see us on TV. You won't read about us in the newspaper. You won't hear from us on the radio. We don't seek glory. We don't wear any uniform. We come in all shapes and sizes, colors and styles. We are in every country and culture of the world, in cities big and small, mountains and valleys, in farms and villages, tribes and remote islands.

Most of us work anonymously, seeking not recognition of name, but profound transformation of life, working quietly behind the scenes. You could pass by one of us on the street and not even notice. We go undercover, not concerned for who takes the final credit, but simply that the work gets done.

Many of us may seem to have normal jobs. But behind the external storefront is where the deeper work takes place. With the individual and collective power of our minds and hearts we spread passion, knowledge, and joy to all. Some call us the Conscious Army, as together we co-create a new world.

Our orders come from the Spiritual Intelligence Agency, instructing us to drop soft, secret love bombs when no one is looking. Poems; hugs; music; photography; smiles; acts of kindness; movies; meditation; prayer; dance; websites; social activism; blogs; inspirational articles; words and messages of truth. We each express ourselves in our own unique ways, with our own unique gifts and talents.

"Be the change you want to see in the world." That is the motto that fills our hearts. We know this is the path to profound transformation. We know that quietly and humbly, individually and collectively, we have the power of all the oceans combined.

At first glance, our work is not even visible. It is slow and meticulous, like the formation of mountains. And yet, with our combined efforts, entire tectonic plates are being shaped and moved for centuries to come.

Love is the religion we come to share. And you don't need to be highly educated, or have exceptional knowledge, to understand it. Love arises from the intelligence of the heart, embedded in the timeless evolutionary pulse of all living beings.

Be the change you want to see in the world. Nobody else can do it for you. Yet don't forget, we are all here supporting you. We are now recruiting.

Perhaps you will join us — or already have. For in this spiritual conspiracy, all are welcome, and all are loved. The door is always open.

Change is inevitable, it will be subtle. The reason why the world is like it is, isnt just the physical problems here, it is far beyond the simplicity of this.

This is wonderful and inspiring, sometimes we may all forget, that there are millions world wide who silently go about there every day lives, spreading, love, compassion because that's who they are and that is what they chose to do. Every smile every laugh, the smallest kindness to a stranger with love, it all adds up to a tidal wave of change. It is easy to get lost and caught of in the insanity of war, poverty, and greed etc. that is being thrown at us from the time we get up in the morning until we go to bed at night. It is nice to be reminded that there are millions/billions of souls out there who are more than ready to share there love and compassion with all other selves. We all just need to be aware and do our best to share our love with all other selves.

Change is not just inevitable, it is a prerequisite of 3D existence. Without active change we have stasis, which equates to death, yet even if we ourselves don't actively change, the properties of the physical reality will change us by the action of increased disorder until the reult is physical, spiritual and/or psychological death.

So we must change or die, and it would seem logical to me that if we must, why not change for the better?

Just had a vision of this undercurrent/groundswell of consciousness/love that will eventually override all the fuss/non-sense that is currently taking place on the surface/msm.

Eckhart Tolle has been talking about this arising consciousness awakening for 10-12 years that will lead to *A New Earth.

Seems like a race between consciousness rising, NWO descending and precipitating event coming together soon to a planet near you!

This is it. We are part of this inner revolution even without noticing it. When it comes to sharing love, being kind, create or give a helping hand it's so natural for us. We are going to change the world.

I like to make brief eye contact with people when I'm out shopping and such. If they're in the ranks of the ones described above, they can't hide it. Nor do they try.(LOL) If they happen to be the cashier, that can be especially fun.

Just very average people, living a quiet, but remarkable life. How cool is that?

This formulation corresponds much more closely to my reason for joining the forum than say the idea of the ground-crew preparing against some ill-defined catastrophic situation.

It is a loose conspiracy where notions of secrecy/disclosure are subverted by the notion of the open secret. Nothing, disasters or podiums, is about happen, we just are.
