I found a most comforting prayer to share with you Ria.

CONDOLENCES TO RIA

I trust you will all join me in sending condolences and best wishes to Ria in this terribly sad time for her.

Ria’s daughter passed away yesterday..

May she rest in peace, in a better place.

One cannot begin to imagine what she must be feeling at present.

Just know Ria that you have many friends and admirers, both here and at TOTS.

For those that do not know Ria, amongst her many other contributions, Ria has organised a few UK Avalon meets-in the South.

Keep your chin up.

I don't know Ria but if she's not reading presently which would make total sense, send her my sincerest condolences.

Dearest Ria
I'm so sorry to hear this very sad news. Your grief will be having such a physical impact upon you now. Give yourself time, time does heal and no you will never forget. I have no rhyme or reason to give you but just to let you know my thought and prayers are with you. I would like to leave you with this -

Sorry to say,
My baby is dead.
I cant sleep.
Its 4am,
I hold the pillow she last slept on.
All the platitudes mean nothing, I cant hold her.
Day time has been very hectic.
Everyone wont's to speak and not leave me alone. I wont to be with her.
Our echoes of help were never heard or payed no mind. Creator why? Many thousands say.
Two hours sleep a night how long will I last, dose it matter, I,m tiered my mind keeps moving the tears keep flowing.
I never wont to forget.
Yet no not what I can do, nothing is normal or ever was, or will be.
I look at things, I was to hand on, she wont be there for them.
The machinations of this insanity called life, hurt, truth hurts.
The merry-go round of nonsense and pointlessness.
Sorry I don't wont to play.
Apologies my ramblings,
My mind rambles.
My heart cries.

My heart goes out to you. It's been my experience that the loss of a child is the worst pain to endure. I lost my son in '94'.

Your poetry is poignantly beautiful. Keep expressing your pain. Cry, scream, write...weep. Whatever it takes to release.

Dear Ria,

I know the joy of living with a daughter, so close our breath was in unison.
I have not had the pain of losing her, but I have had many close to me die.

Remember, there is one life we live, as a drop of the ocean of God.
We are a small vibration of the Breath of God.
The life we have here in a body is just one of many.
We need to let our car go when it is time.
We buy a newer version.
That is the same as birth into a body.
The body is not us.
We have not lost them.
They have left that body - that is all.

Now they stand in the light, and count our tears as we grieve.

Words cannot express my condolences to someone who has lost their child. Bay God bring you peace and rest as you get through your loss here on earth. Just know we will all be there with her one day and it will be a great reunion of love.
