David Griffin from ExopoliticsUK gives the first two of 4 parts on the ET elements of the Falklands War.. The claim is from abductees that the Argentine Government had a Blue ET base on Thule Island, which was destroyed by a team of SBS and SAS commandoes.
The problem being a an intelligent black fluidic substance, illustrated in the X-Files and Prometheus films. This extremely dangerous "Intelligent & Aware" substance, was removed from the base, and given to Marconi communications company, so it is claimed, which resulted in many deaths and murders of Marconi scientists, computer programmers and other staff in the early 1980s.
This leads in the Gulf Oil spill in parts 3 and 4.

The Aztec where on a quest it appeared and had moved into that area looking for a sign, an eagle with a snake in its talons or beak resting upon a cactus is the sign they sort and found at that location, now called Mexico City this symbol is shown on Mexico’s Flag. So was their quest that much different than mine? One has to ask is that the only sign, the only thing that brought them all to a halt at that particular location?

There it is, Mexico City, right on the magic 19.47 latitude, give or take a decimal point, a few miles, right in the middle of a swamp.

I am the first to surmise this is mostly speculation even on the part of my alien friends but from my experiences with them they very rarely if ever get these guesses wrong.

The people that told me what I have just written above have been attempting to neutralize or deactivate the nano-tech particles within the dark liquid, at great cost to them selves. To make it worse there are elements (humans) on this planet that have tried to stop my friends from working on this problem. This is where the deceit and betrayal starts or is that continues, after my friends where driven from their experimental laboratory under Thule Island during the Falklands war in 1982 they were still negotiating with the USA government to help protect what was on the United States back door, the Gulf of Mexico and it’s underwater stranger and incoming signals from space for which SETI was, in part, designed to intercept.

So now we have gone full circle and on the 1st of November of 2007 along I come right into the hot spot, The Gulf of Mexico, armed with nothing more than a set of eyes and ears that I had been told not to use! Yes it was the Day of the Dead, or at least one of the Days of the Dead, if there was any spiritual energy in the air surely it would help me connect with the something I had been asked to seek out I thought.

I think it was day two after my after arrival in Mexico City I first laid eyes on the wheel, I already knew the Spanish had tried to destroy it by firing a canon into it, similar to the French with the sphinx in Egypt. What is it with the dark forces always trying to destroy any light they see on the horizon? Silly question really, I should think we all know the reason for it. But the stone is 3 feet thick and weighs 25 ton thank goodness the cannon ball bounced right off, but the central hub is a bit knocked around because of it. Perhaps it might not have mattered if the Spanish had chiseled off all the hieroglyphs, like homeopathic medicines the age old message might be leached into the basaltic rock for ever more regardless of what one does with it. I wondered if the fact that it was carved from volcanic rock could have some relationship with the volcanoes associated with and in the areas of the dark liquid?

OR nothing to do with aliens at all....the Falklands/Malvinas happens to be the biggest aircraft carrier in the world, and it is no secret how many plans there has been to create a separate country for sepearate groups of people from the elites to what not in the extremely rich south part of Argentina...Patagonia....even the Royal family has a lot of land for itself their already, all they need is an excuse to start a war with Argentina which i can't call what we have their an army anymore...which is all part of a plan...and then 'win it over'.

There already is a lot of foreign army and secret service, activity in the inner and south provinces, every time a mysterious thing lands, or more than one strange activity happens. It's not a secret the extra terrestrial activity that takes place there.

David Griffin's report on the Marconi deaths, and the strange Black Goo,or intelligent nano oil, continues with a brief recap, in Part 3. We set the stage for the Gulf Oil spill, which is featured in Part 4.
Major electrical effects have now started. Illustrating the effect of the "Etheric Black Goo" mentioned by Miles,illustrating a connection between this Intelligent dark oil , and the Etheric material, (Its THOUGHT that counts) via Marconi, and transmission and "information" systems.
The entire project was almost destroyed when simply editing the text in the end credits, mentioning the black goo, caused all systems to crash. David's router has suffered"never ever seen before" faults.

The DED channels he talks about is interesting (private live streams of incidents so the people in control can make decisions). Wonder if its possible for a hacker to hack into and watch the live streams?
I'd guess the powers that be would have that covered though. He mentioned that during the Mexican oil crises there were some 25 DED channels!
