US Veterans Forcibly Sequestered in Mental Hospitals is Indefinite Detention

After Special Justice Walter Douglas Stokes sentenced former US Marine Brandon Raub to 30 days detention in the psychiatric ward of the Veterans Hospital, Circuit Court Judge Allan Sharrett dismissed the case citing that the original petition was “devoid of any factual allegations that it could not be reasonably expected to give rise to a case or controversy.”

John Whitehead, attorney for the Rutherford Institute and Raub has stated that since the former Marine’s detention case, he has received numerous stated from other veterans who are being discriminated against. The latest trend is to have our former US service men and women declared mentally ill and detained against their will.

Just as Raub was forcibly detained in a mental ward, another veteran has been taken without charge or criminal activity. His firearms were confiscated and he was given a court date.

In a study published in the Archives of Internal Medicine, collaborating with the VA Medical Center, an estimated 1/3rd of veterans returning from Afghanistan and Iraq were determined to be mentally or psychologically ill.

Touting post-traumatic stress disorder (PSTD), more than half of returning veterans are considered suffering from a war-related mental disorder.

The authors of the study explain: “Our results signal a need for improvements in the primary prevention of military service-related mental health disorders, particularly among our youngest service members . . . because they are young, they are more likely to be of lower rank and more likely to have greater combat exposure than their older active-duty counterparts.”

However, the authors do admit that “our results may overestimate the burden of mental health disorders because veterans with mental health disorders may be more likely to seek treatment at a VA facility than those without.”

Most recently is the inception of oppositional defiance disorder (ODD) which is described as a mental disease wherein free thinkers, non-conformists, civil disobedience supporters, those who question authority and are perceived as being hostile toward the government are labeled mentally ill.

Psychiatrics claim that sufferers have “a recurrent pattern of negativistic, defiant, disobedient, and hostile behavior toward authority figures that persists for at least 6 months” which includes:

• Persistent stubbornness
• Resistance to directions
• Unwillingness to go along with the crowd
• Deliberately annoying others
• Testing limits by ignoring orders

we first have to address the issue of FEMA camps. Publicly described as "refugee camps," FEMA camps have a reputation among the "awakened" community as being concentration camps. There is evidence that FEMA camps are stockpiling huge numbers of cadaver incineration containers.

BEST CASE scenario: FEMA camps are merely "refugee camps" set up to help the masses of refugees who will flee the cities in the midst of a global economic collapse. The FEMA camps will provide basic supplies such as food, water, shelter, electricity, basic medical care and so on. The camps will also offer security to the people during the crisis, and then after the crisis people will be free to leave. FEMA saves a bunch of lives and the government is the hero.

WORST CASE scenario: The FEMA camps are actually concentration camps set up with human incinerators (large, walk-in ovens) to process tens of millions of inner-city dwellers who the globalists see as having no value whatsoever and therefore need to be eliminated at the first opportunity. The camps will be use to stage citizens who are rounded up under the pretext of being "saved" but are actually sent either to slave labor camps or incinerators after being tagged as "infected" with a fictional infectious disease propagandized by the CDC. The "American holocaust" will take place under the name of FEMA.

i just spent quite a while searching 'indefinite detention' -- it seems that up till now, it's been mostly prisoners at Guantanamo, etc, & immigrants from other countries to the USA -- sometimes legal immigrants -- who have been held in 'indefinite detention', for months up to years

i guess we could all see the info about psych detention of vets as a chance to speak up while we can

Has anyone got proof of detention in a fema camp? They exist but any proof they are being used? When the walmart gang decides that every Friday will be black Friday, then they need someplace to detain them or let them continue to wreck havoc. We now see groups selecting stores and entering in force and stealing goods. These people need re education don't you think. Anyone caught looting during emergencies needs detention and education if we as a society hope to improve. This is not a political stance just a logical outlook on societal problems.

(RICHMOND, VA) - My name is Jesse Cash, I have known Brandon for nearly a decade. We served together in Iraq, and Afghanistan. I am a college student, majoring in history (possibly changing to military intelligence). I have spoken with Brandon at least on a weekly basis for the last year, many times daily.

In fact I spoke with him the day before his detainment, and the day of the hospital “hearing” I was in the hospital with his family and lawyers. just a little pertinent background reference, both my parents are in the medical field and have a combined 30 years in mental health. Brandon Raub does not suffer from any mental illnesses.

He is not experiencing psychosis. I have extensive knowledge with PTSD; my father was a navy corpsman in Vietnam and has been diagnosed with PTSD. I grew up around my fathers Marines and know what the signs and symptoms are. I have been evaluated by 2 psychologists and medically cleared. (I wanted to have my sanity documented for situations such as these).

Brandon is not suffering from post traumatic stress disorder, in fact he has no symptoms of the disorder at all. He is easily the most clear minded individual I know. He has a strong moral compass and the heart of a boy. He is well read on the history of modern politics, and philosophy, I would say he has probably read 60 books this year.

He is logical, he is reasonable and some suggest this situation was specifically manipulated by him to make Americans aware of the level of surveillance we are currently under, to that regard I will not comment.

As to his nature, is he capable of violence? Let me tell you a story that sums up his character.

While in Afghanistan Brandon was involved in an operation in which two Afghan soldiers were catastrophically wounded (they had lost multiple limbs) but they were trapped in a IED (booby trap) laden compound, Brandon disregarded his personal safety and crawled into the compound to drag each of them out, the other Marines present refused to help him, because they were Afghans. Brandon saw them as Humans in distress.

After bringing the first out, he turned around and went back in a second time to retrieve the other. Once he drug them to safety he tended to their wounds and successfully saved their lives. Brandon is one of my personal heroes. He is easily the best man I know. Both he and I are decorated for combat valor, and are men of integrity. This man not only saved the lives of his friends, but also his enemies.

He is not capable of evil, for his heart belongs to good. He is a man of Jesus, and stands up for the weak.

His displeasure with the government is because of the evil, deceit, and corruption that is oppressing us and he is not afraid to take a stand to make it stop. "I stand against a great evil I will do it by myself if I must" -Brandon Raub

He has been singled out because of his heart, and his spirit, not his words. Millions say and have said worse. Rap songs speak of murder rape incest and sometimes worse, yet they are not arrested because they are in the public eye.

You are left with your close friends, who are, naturally, people who have always thought as you have.

"But your friends are fewer now. Some have drifted off somewhere or submerged themselves in their work. You no longer see as many as you did at meetings or gatherings. Informal groups become smaller; attendance drops off in little organizations, and the organizations themselves wither. Now, in small gatherings of your oldest friends, you feel that you are talking to yourselves, that you are isolated from the reality of things. This weakens your confidence still further and serves as a further deterrent to—to what? It is clearer all the time that, if you are going to do anything, you must make an occasion to do it, and then you are obviously a troublemaker. So you wait, and you wait.

Prosecutor Says “Anarchist Militia” Planned Obama Assassination

A prosecutor in Georgia has added to the federal government’s contention that veterans pose a domestic terror threat as outlined in a 2009 Department of Homeland Security document leaked to the media.

According to the Associated Press, four Army soldiers killed a fellow soldier and his girlfriend to hide the activities of an “anarchist militia group they formed that stockpiled assault weapons and plotted a range of anti-government attacks.”

The government says the group went by the name F.E.A.R., short for Forever Enduring Always Ready.

“The prosecutor said the militia group had big plans,” the AP reports. “It plotted to take over Fort Stewart by seizing its ammunition control point and talked of bombing the Forsyth Park fountain in nearby Savannah, she said. In Washington state, she added, the group plotted to bomb a dam and poison the state’s apple crop. Ultimately, prosecutors said, the militia’s goal was to overthrow the government and assassinate the president.”

Earlier this month, we reported on a government claim that white supremacists are joining the military to receive military training to overthrow the “Zionist Occupation Government.” The warning followed the mass shooting perpetuated by white supremacist Wade Michael Page, who served in the psychological operations unit at Fort Bragg.

As Susanne Posel documents, a number of former military personnel currently stand accused of making threats or engaging in assassination plots against Obama.

“We can look back at assassination attempts on Obama and see a pattern. They all have been US veterans who were somehow tied to white supremacy groups. This sets the stage for what could be the biggest false flag since 9/11,” Posel wrote on August 23, following the arrest of veteran Anton Caluori for issuing a threat against Obama.

The story of an organized “anarchist” group plotting murder and mayhem in addition to killing the president adds a highly sensationalistic urgency to the government’s domestic terror narrative as it transitions from cave dwelling Muslim terrorists to “anarchists” and white supremacists in the military posing a threat that will naturally require a more robust implementation of the police state and more drastic decimation of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

There is a lingering effect of the detention of folks like Raub. Even though he is out now and all is well, they have successfully removed his right to bear arms through a total pretext. That effect didn't go away with his release as he is now permanently disqualified from buying a firearm.

Marine Veteran Brandon Raub’s Attorney says he is getting calls from veterans and people all over the country reporting psychiatric detention for political speech.
Last Thursday, decorated former US Marine Brandon Raub, who served two tour of duties in Iraq and Afghanistan, was detained by the FBI and local authorities for posting controversial anti-government political comments on the social media site Facebook.

Although 26 year-old Brandon Raub was forcefully detained against his will for his political views he was not charged with any criminal misconduct a hallmark of the NAZI gestapo which used the tactic of indefinite psychiatric detention to crush political dissent.

Constitutional attorney John Whitehead representing Raub discussed how the US government violated his client’s first amendment rights with RT yesterday.

He also made an appearance on GBTV with Glen Beck in which he made even more shocking revelations.

Whitehead tells Beck that he is getting calls from military veterans all over the country subjected to the same Nazi style psychiatric detention for their political views.

More alarming, is when Beck asked if people of left-wing ideology – specifically members of Occupy Wall Street – are being detained Whitehead responded saying he can’t say for sure because people all over the country are just disappearing.

He also reveals that while Raub was in psychiatric detention one of the psychiatrists that he was seeing threatened to “brainwash” him and force him to take medication.

Documents reveal that The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has ordered over 1,400 pounds of super high-powered explosives through the (TSA) Transportation Safety Administration set to be delivered on August 31st. The news comes just after it was reported that the DHS had purchased over 1.2 billion rounds of hollow point bullets and a wide assortment of riot gear. The new explosives purchase, as highlighted by mainstream news service Government Security News, consists of 1,400 pounds worth of high density ammonium nitrate and A-5 Flake RDX explosives.

According to an explosive materials manual, both of these items are considered ‘high powered’ explosives. High density ammonium nitrate in particular is used in certain types of dynamite.

The recent bulk acquisition of bullets, explosives, and war-ready protective gear has been written off by the mainstream media as nothing more than a bare necessity for training. Of course the amount of hollow point bullets, which happen to be military-grade and in sufficient enough quantity to allocate 4 bullets per American citizen, also happen to be several times the ‘normal’ amount of training-related orders put in by government agencies.

The TSA will likely write this purchase off in a similar manner, however it is important to note that this is the same agency that has not only ignored research published as far back as 1998 highlighting the link between their x-ray machines and cancer, but has been caught telling children that sexually groping them is a ‘game’.

There was talk about 2008 that the elites have been trying to start or there maybe a civil war and according to Dan Burish
in his interviews with Bill and Kerry said that time line had been diverted......Maybe they are trying to kick start it..

A lot of the new veterans are computor/web literate and are aware of the alternate media so they are not
going to be as complacent as earlier vets that were not aware of the neo-cons and the NWO....

Hitler purged the 'Brown Shirts' Stalin purged the officer corps in the late 1930's....
Its possible a purge is in place with vets who are showing dissent/awareness things are not what they seem and
many of their comrades have been killed or wounded in two wars fought over because of lies and to make more
money/power for the elites thru owning major shares in the corporations..... Haliburton has done very well
so has the mil ind complex and the Ciada drug trafficking and the mineral grab etc...and if it spreads to serving
personnel they may do something to the web ie go after the alternate media....

I think you're right. This has the feel of a ramp up to something more real than anything prior. It is just totally sick that they are going to deploy these guys to the point that many kill themselves and now they are going to try and have the rest committed? This is wrong and needs to end right away. Every one of those guys got into the military because they felt they were doing the right thing and now they are being treated like garbage. It just doesn't make any sense and never did. I was just two years too young to have gone to Vietnam and I definitely see what you are saying about the way those guys were treated. This is just a symptom of the greater ill. If they are are going to treat the men who helped them in their dastardly plans in this manner what do they have in store for the rest of us. What amount of contempt must they hold for the average joe if this is the way they treat decorated veterans. Shame. Given this none of them have the right to judge anyone or be in charge of anything that guides or dictates our lives in any way shape or form.

My father is a 26 year vet of the Air Force and they are now busily trying to cut his medical and retirement benefits.

I think it should be exposed the individual who thought of this and that person's name should be broadcasted in public for the entire country to see. What the hell is the Chesterfield County Sheriff's office doing going along with this? I would be willing to bet that there is some Homeland Security wag attached to that Sheriff's office who is threatening to take their federal funding away if they don't do this kind of crap. Each person along the line who planned this crap needs to be exposed and held personally responsible for this. This is what happens when you create entities like the TSA, Homeland Security, and the worst of all Infraguard. These guys need to take their riot gear, armoured assault vehicles, and funding and stick them where the sun does not shine.
