Default My Exorcism and Healing in Peru

I have been on a personal healing journey during the past 8 months and at times it got pretty hairy. In May and June of this year I thought I probably was on the road to loosing my body and leaving the planet. Since then I have had miraculous doors open to me and my health has returned as a result. I creating this post to show you where one of these doors are.

Possible reasons my health became so endangered included a major life transition I experienced over the past 2 years, and toxic dentistry. It doesn’t matter for this post what caused my health issues, but it is important to know that healers I was going to and my dentist were not sure I would pull through and live. I was experiencing a ‘split’ in my psyche, where one part of me was totally convinced that I was a victim of a very cruel world. This did not help my health at all... for part of me wanted to die in the worst way. (Don’t worry, this story has a wonderful silver lining and everything has turned around completely for me). So if any of this relates to you ... then I am writing this to let you see a door where change can occur in a deep way.

Because I was literally fighting for my life, I decided to do something rather radical. I highly recommend this journey to you- if you are looking to make a radical mental and/or health change for yourself. I made a ‘pilgrimage’ to Peru where a University of California at Berkeley trained psychologist and anthropologist has established a jungle refuge. Dr. Scott Peterson is not your usual university graduate. He decided as a young man to study with native shamans to learn their secrets. The result is that he was ‘gifted’ with 1,200 acres of pristine jungle wilderness accessible from the Amazon River by boat. Here he created a very comfortable retreat and natural medicine center which is totally 'off grid'.

I flew alone to Iquitos, Peru and was met by his staff, who whisked me up the Amazon River for a 2 hour boat ride to Refugio Altiplano. There I was given an entire house of my own to stay in, surrounded by the jungle. Daily fresh fruit and fresh juice were delivered to my door, after which I made my way down the wide forest path to the community building where meals were served and guests from around the world chatted and relaxed. The food was totally fresh, and since there is no refrigeration, it was prepared moments before it was served. Scott’s land is a natural pharmacy with native medicinal plants that have been deliberately planted in convenient locations.

I met people from Poland, Panama, the US, Australia, Germany, England, and New Zealand during the 10 days I was there. They came from all walks of life and all age groups. Most had heard of Refugio Altiplano from a friend, but some had just ‘happened to hear about it while in Iquitos’.

Many illnesses disappear from the standard 10 day stay Scott recommends, however some more difficult illnesses, such as stage IV cancer, need a one month stay.

At the heart of the treatments are the evening ceremonies hosted by Scott and 2 native shamans. They are based on the native use of plant medicines, and they serve as exorcisms for all who attend. I am blessed (or cursed?) with clairvoyance. I clearly saw entities being removed from guests during these ceremonies. I also saw the ones being removed from my body. I am definitely having an easier time in my body since these were removed!!!

I stayed at Refugio Altiplano for 10 total days. Yet my health turned around completely as a result. In addition my internal mental world has been healed. You can learn more about exactly what happens at www.RefugioAltiplano.org .... mostly I wanted to tell you that this opportunity exists and that it is ‘real’ in every way.

I may have to cut off comments and close this thread if it goes off topic and ends up with discussions on drugs, which is not allowed here on Avalon... so please be careful what you decide to add to this thread so that I do not have to delete your following posts.

Thanks so much for sharing this Dawn.

From your healing experience would you say that a fresh food diet without the evening ceremonies would in itself be healing? I had a look at the website and the recommended diet seems easy enough to follow, with some willpower!

10 years ago I spent 10 blissfiul days staying at the Refugio with Scott and co. It was heaven on Earth for me, I had my own tambo out in the jungle, slept every night listening to the sounds of the forest. It was a wonderful experience, and I'm glad to know you had such a healing time.

It would be great if you could go into greater detail on the nature of the entities and why they were there.

Would this journey have worked based on food alone? Absolutely NOT! I was already eating this way and have for some years. Food was no longer enough medicine to address my issues before this trip.
Quote AndrewGreen.... It would be great if you could go into greater detail on the nature of the entities and why they were there.
Andrew, this question has been asked down through the ages and various religions and schools have answered this question in their own ways. My 3rd eye opened fully many years ago and I have had the ongoing experience of seeing all kinds of things. Most adults in society have been taught to block awareness of these as children and must re-acquire this skill, if they wish to, through various practices. I'm not sure if 'why' is the most fruitful form of question. I've been caught up in searching an answer to 'why' in the past and it seemed to catch my mind in spinning energy without end. I can tell you some of the 'how' and 'what' of these from direct experience, but you could make an entire lifetime of studying these entities and you would still have more to learn. So here is what I can say....
........1...... these things feed on the life force of the humans they are associated with.
........2...... many of these entities are associated with our family lineages. That is, you are 'infected' by your parents and family.
........3...... they are opportunistic and look for weaknesses in people where they can 'nest'. When they are removed from one person they will look for a new host.
........4...... some of them are very old and get their power from being worshiped or from rituals used to create them.
........5..... one of the main reasons they are present here is that we (people) are taught not to notice them, thus giving them free reign to continue to plague us.
........6..... a healer or shaman knows how to remove them and can often move them to another reality where they can do no harm to people here.
As a note, I have been a healer who can release these from people for many years. Once I could see entities, I became response-able and people who could sense my awareness began to ask me for help. I have moved thousands of entities into other dimensions over the years. But, just because I can help others, does not mean that I do not have blind spots to my family lineage entities and to other entities. So I went to Peru to be cleared and to have my body and mind 'reset'.

Thanks to everyone posting here for the warm remarks and the personal notes. I'll add a little more here about my personal experience, but I will also try to stay within Avalon's guidelines about what can be discussed. In Peru the 'teacher plants' I experienced are all legal, and with Scott as a guide, they are all safe. Some of them were psychotropic, but a number of them were not. Here are some wonderful YouTube clips which might give readers of this thread more insight. In the second video Scott speaks about how to make the body much more receptive to healing plants and why they work so well at his center:

Dawn, this is such a great trip in at the significations of the word.

I am truly happy you did it, are back and will remain with us for another while.

I have one set of idiotic questions: In the videos, (i also looked at another one), they were always scratching or chasing mosquitoes. Was there a lot of mosquitoes? Were they bodersome? How did you manage with them? (They usually like me quite more than the average, so I wonder)

Second set of questions: How do they decide on the treatment path? Do they decide on the spot, after a few days, or prior, or any combination? How do they decide on the lenght of time that could be necessary to have a major and sustainable impact?

Quote 665 Plumber Of The Beast: Must have been some experience Dawn, I already find myself chilling out just by listening to Scott, i would trust him with guiding me through it, mind telling what your expenses were? I saw 160 a day all inclusive, so that's 1600 for ten days, and the cost of the flight etc, but were there some unexpected costs you ran into?

    Got tan?
Mosquitos: Here's a link to mosquito patches that are very effective. These work on the understanding that mosquitos do not bite people who have an abundance of vitamin B in their systems. Generally it is not unbearably hot there, however it is extremely humid, so wearing long pants and long sleeved shirts works well too as an anti-mosquito plan, but is very uncomfortable: Mosquito patches: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_no...mosquito+patch

Got Tan?: If you go your home will be made mostly of screening which lets in the jungle breezes, but not most insects. There is shade available everywhere from tall lush trees and I found myself always searching to be in shade. However my daily swims in the small tributary river in front of the boat docks was another matter. The river water is wonderful and so refreshing. Swimming or just floating in the sunshine and fresh river water is total bliss.... Yes, I got a tan.

How does Scott decide on the treatment plan? There is no 'they' who decide on a plan there. Scott personally overseas everyone's experience and treatment. He has personally done over 4,000 ceremonies. He goes into an altered state during these, and operates from this consciousness to perform healing and gain insight into what is needed. He is a true shaman. I saw him shape shift at least 50 times, and his powers of healing while in this state are miraculous. Because he works beside 2 native shaman, who control the depth of the healing path the group is on each evening through their singing and attention, he is free to give individual attention to every guest at the center during the evening ceremonies. Putting yourself into personal contact with someone who is in a highly conscious enlightened state is a very fast path to rapid transformation and healing.

How does Scott decide on the length of time needed for a healing? Scott has said that a week to 10 days is what is needed for almost everyone to have a physical 'reset' of their bodies and to return them to their original DNA blueprint. So most people come for that length of time. Many repeat their visits every 1-3 years to continue to become more clear and balanced. Some people have realized the wealth of information and spiritual growth possible here and spend a number of months each year at Refugio Altiplano. When I was there 2 people were on a long term stay. One was a school teacher who was staying a month. The other was a man who lives there 4-6 months of each year to learn from Scott and the other shaman. The other 12-15 people there were all 'first timers' and most stayed a week to 10 days. There were several people who 'blew through' and could only stay 2-3 days... to these people Scott said that he could give them an 'experience', but that they would have to come back to do any real trans-formative work.

Cost: I live in California and was lucky enough to be able to take a Copa Airlines flight which cost a mere $580 round trip (including taxes and other fees!). That plus the cost of $160/day to stay at RefugioAltiplano was my total outlay. There really isn't much to spend money on once you're there. All kayaking, hiking, boat trips, food, and other services are included. I did visit a nearby village one day, however there really wasn't anything there to buy. On Sundays local villagers and artisans are invited to spread out their art and jewelry for guests to purchase. If you have a bit of extra cash these are worth the money, as some of them were really quite good. I especially liked the paintings, which were museum quality. My total cost for everything was $2,100.00. It is interesting to note that banks there will not cash US currency that is 'broken'. This means that if there is a tiny tear on any of the bills you bring, you will not be able to use them while in Peru. (an odd bit of fun trivia- and it happened to me)

Consider how much money most people pay modern medical systems. $2,100 won't get you very far in the main stream medical system. I feel so lucky to have found this door to my personal healing.

Default Re: My Exorcism and Healing in Peru

Here is a fun story from my trip. I had a lot of issues with my digestive system and had received many treatments to help me. Modern medicine now recognizes that the 'gut brain' is actually in charge of our actions ... and it certainly has many times more neurons than the brain inside our skull. So it might not be surprising that on the 3rd ceremony at Refugio Altiplano my body began to seriously purge itself. This went on all night and I felt pretty worn out by the next morning so I was introduced to a beautiful old tree growing near the kitchen/group dining building. This tree was known as 'LaLeche' or 'The Milk Tree'. I was told that I needed to come along and personally meet the tree in order for its healing to work in the best way for me. I stood at the base of the massive trunk of this lovely tree trying to somehow contact its spirit and ask it to help my body wondering what would happen next.

Suddenly the native medicine man beside me took out a large hunting knife and stabbed the tree with tremendous force. From the trunk came a gusher of snow white sap which my guide caught in a drinking glass. He gave me about 10 oz of this white sap to drink, and at first I was a little squeamish. "What would this sap taste like?" I wondered. As the white liquid filled my mouth, I was surprised by a cool delightful and slightly sweet creamy drink. When I took the last sip, I noticed that my lips were sticking together slightly. Instantly all my digestive problems cleared up and never came back. As I left Refugio Altiplano on the last morning of my stay I went to visit 'LaLeche' and to try to give it my gratitude. I was surprised when it 'answered' me back and my body was covered in goose bumps of delight as waves of love came from the tree. I could not help it, tears of joy began to flow down my face. There is nothing on this planet as joyful as being in communion with the other life forms here in this way.

Unfortunately Google and the internet know nothing about this compassionate and healing tree which is part of the Amazon jungle and its amazing healing properties. So I have made a small website for the photos. I hope you enjoy them. Note: the 'sap' running down the trunk was about 3 days old when I took a photo of the trunk and the beautiful white color was beginning to fade to a tan which matched the trunk by that time.

Love hearing about the tree gifting you Dawn! Thanks for sharing it. Any more stories of healing (without revealing anything unnecessarily)?

..gets me all charged up (hearing about them).

    Note on trees:
(personally...the only other person I heard healed by a tree was Robert Young.....you can google that video on youtube....Alan Steinfeld of www.newrealities.com (so it is on his website as well...this video). Robert used an entire grove to heal up his leg (which was shriveled from a car accident). People think he is a walk-in. At the very minimum he had a very big NDE. (he left new york last year, I think and returned to Australia).
