NDAA Blocked by Federal Judge
Today a Federal Judge ruled in favor of the Constitution and put a stop to the NDAA.
A win for the home team! As you know Chris Hedges is one of the complaintants in this case.
Obama's Administration has already appealed the ruling. This case is likely to go to the Supreme Court
