Hello ,

some help for begginer (not awakend yet) please. How do you deal with this negative energy - cant communicate with good spirits to ask for help. I try to ignore it, command to go away, all possible protection from Judy Hall, gemstones, amulets. Nothing.

Energies have been playing with me my whole life it seems. One day I'll be really happy and certain, then the next day I'll be depressed and uncertain. Maybe I'm just bi-polar? Lol.
