If you search, you will see an identical press release on all financial web site. There is no correlation between the two. And IMIO, informed opinion, the suit is a nuisance suit never to see a court room.
I trust you are correct that other financial web sites posted that press release, and I also suspect that you are right that the suit is a nuisance suit that will gain no traction.

If, per chance, and you might know and might choose to post the answer to this, CNBC senior vice president Kevin Krim was not closely involved with the part of the CNBC organization that would have posted the law suit press release on their website, then that would provide even further evidence that (1) the murder of his two children and (2) the posting of the law suit were unrelated.

After this happened, what's to stop this VP going no holds barred after the people in this corrupt organization now? I would say nothing. However what's to stop the other people in that company, fear?

True ... but these murders may or may not be such an incident.

Given that the CNBC posting of this lawsuit's press release was apparently not out of the ordinary, and that the lawsuit may not be taken seriously by the bastards in charge, this may well (in my present view) not be such an instance of such "mob" enforcement.

Maybe the game being played is a message to those who ARE involved, next time it will be YOUR kids, i have no doubt that would work, i am pretty sure i would shut up if i would be one of them.

Families of random gang members get killed on a daily basis just to get to them, same here i think.

We are seeing a lot of evidence that these sick freaks now have their backs against the wall. The question is will there be real movement to toss them off of their Thrown... or will cohorts have each other’s backs as in centuries past? There is real opportunity here, but I am not holding my breath. I have worked in Mil Intel and IT Net Security in Financial Institutions (Including the Federal Reserve Bank) for more than half of my life and have had my hopes up too many times and then see no progress even after great sacrifice of brave people. The things I have witnessed firsthand and just plain stumbled across in my professional life are amazing/sickening.

I really do not think the evil empire will collapse until each of us take to the streets and demand it. They are dug in like a tic and have no reason to clean things up themselves. This is not just some fun conspiracy theory role playing game that we can pop in and put on a personality, contribute or somewhat innocently "Make Up" some new NEWS in the absence of updates from Avalon/Camelot, David Wilcock, or David Icke. There is a lot of uneasiness in the voices of people within the Military and NGO’s in what could be an interesting time after the elections. Giving plenty of fuel to the propaganda machines.

I have to say we need to either be people of action or sit back and read about it. There has been so much propaganda lately that it has been blurring the entire battle field. I am in no place to really lecture anyone. Just to ask that you think before you post or re-post "Intel", to be willing to put yourself and your reputation on the line... for real... and please try to be circumspect on info that you pass along. I have been used before to pass on bad Intel and it is a horrible feeling when you realize you have been a TOOL and that your reputation has been tainted forever.

There is more organization within the enemies of the “Elite of the West” than I have ever seen. I hope every opportunity is seized and we get some movement on this soon for us all.

Respectfully, some us see things differently. Of course it is tragic. It's supposed to be.

I think there is even more to this than just signals. 9eagle has picked up on the generators of hurricane and suggests that these killing were a twofer. Signal and ritual sacrifice to help strengthen and call the storm to NY. Remember the unusual pattern of this storm? It is to follow and 'S' pattern. Hmm. Name of storm....Sssandy.

The night before these murders 9eagle told me of energies she picked up and that they had a Santeria signal. Santeria is the Spanish language variety of Voodoo. The home of the French speaking Voodoo practitioners is Haiti, on the island of Hispaniola, which has the Dominican Republic on the Eastern half. The nanny/murderer was Dominican.

The energy around this storm was discussed a day before these murders occurred. 9eagle happens to be one of the most psychic people I have met. Her communication style tends to blind people to who she really is. Doesn't matter, most people have little use for psychics or people who can tell them things they don't want to hear.

Of course, this is most likely all a coincidence.

Ignore the madman with the ridiculous story and bizarre acquaintances.
Madman - not. And as for your bizarre acquaintance, well just let me add my voice to hers. Santeria is powerful and you don't have to believe in it for it to affect you. This is not the place or time for my story but it was used against me, I was protected, but I know.

One little note *we are not most people.

Please stop this nonsense. I know the father since we are both financial journalists in NYC. CNBC's web site automatically posts all biz press releases, no matter how arcane. This senseless murder was just that, senseless.
And to subscribe so foolish a motive to it, shows how desperate some are to their daily fix of fear porn.
My heart an soul energy go out to your friend. Something terrible and tragic happened here, too much for it to be just a coincidence. Something is not right.

Please add my condolences along with others here on Avalon who are working to stop these tragedies.

Paul, No one at CNBC, Yahoo! Finance, Street.com or a 100 other financial web sites makes a decision to post PR Newswire or other Press Releases on the site. They, the business wires, stream them to the sites as they release them. I receive hundreds of emails a day like this. For quarterly results of companies you never heard of. Companies hiring execs, rolling out new products and filing suits or being sued.

Yes, I understood from a previous post of yours (thanks!) that posting such press releases was done more or less automatically, not as a result of some executive decision.

What I was asking (your choice entirely whether to answer) was whether Kevin Krim was closely associated with managing the group that (automatically) posts such press releases on the CNBC blog.

If he was, that wouldn't change my view much, as you've already given other clear evidence that, for those who accept your evidence, makes it quite unlikely that this was any kind of "mob hit" motivated somehow by the posting of some lawsuit press release.

But if he wasn't in that part of the organization, that would add one more piece of evidence in support of what you've been telling us.

When last we spoke Kevin was a VP on the web site handling the TV video being uploaded to site if memory serves. Remember there are plenty of VPs over there so his title was below Exec VPs and other titles.

That's a pretty "horrific Karma to sow at this time. Ptw, are in big big woe, woes soon for this "Pharoahic message of threats against the Creators plans for his children of Earth" for not wanting to spend their lives connected to death, instead of life.

It's not nice or smart for them to do this, expecially with their plague created culture of planned destructions. One little trip over your own feet in a lab, and they reap what they sow.

I'm so glad, I am not they that want to cause misery in the world.

Some other postings of this same murder:

    From The Daily Mail Online:
    • Father Kevin Krim learned of children's slayings en route home from a business trip
    • Mother Marina Krim, found son, 2, and daughter, 6, dead in the bathtub on Thursday in Upper West Side apartment
    • Then witnessed nanny Yoselyn Ortega, 50, slit her own throat with kitchen knife before being rushed to hospital
    From news.blobs.cnn.com:
A New York nanny accused of fatally stabbing two children under her care Thursday began stabbing herself when the children's mother entered the room she was in – not before – New York Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said Friday.

Kelly's revised statement relates to Thursday's slayings of Lucia Krim, 6, and Leo Krim, 2, both children of Marina Krim and CNBC Digital Senior Vice President Kevin Krim, in the family's luxury Upper West Side apartment. Police say they believe nanny Yoselyn Ortega, 50, killed the children before injuring herself.
From The Christian Post, North America:
Marina Krim recently returned home to find her two year old son, Leo, and six year old daughter, Lulu, stabbed multiple times lying fully clothed in a pool of blood in the bathtub. Their nanny was beside them, and it now appears that Marina witnessed Ortega, 50, slit her own throat with a kitchen knife before being rushed to a local NYC hospital.

Marina, whose husband is the senior vice president of CNBC Digital, had been out with her middle child - three year old daughter, Nessie.
The last report above has considerable more detail explaining that the nanny Yoselyn Ortega was under apparent stress from financial and health issues in recent months.

For me nothing the mainstream media reports can be trusted....for instance they are saying that the mother came home and witnessed the new nanny slit her own throat......if in fact this was a hit of some kind to shut her husband up (or maybe to shut up someone else who has yet to come forward with some info but were just about to???) then she would be terrified to say anything against the Mainstream Version of what happened for fear of something happening to her remaining child.....also the theory that the nanny was broke and stressed doesn't work for me either. What would make a depressed nanny suddenly decide that being broke and sick could best be remedied by stabbing two innocent children to death and then trying to slit her own throat......and Second I do not believe that a woman with serious financial problems would have been recently hired by this couple......people with money do a thorough check on people who will be in their homes not only caring for their children but also having access to their valuables.......a credit check would have been part of the process and I don't feel they would have hired her.

From the perspective of Yoselyn Ortega's sisters, and her son:

Quote Though family members acknowledged Ortega’s recent struggle with money and mental issues, none could understand how she could allegedly commit such a heinous act. Relatives in Ortega's native Dominican Republic said they were shocked by the allegations.

Milaydys Ortega, the nanny's older sister in the Caribbean nation, told The Associated Press on Saturday that her sister 'loved those children.' She said the family felt the nanny was 'unable to do that.'

'Yoselyn is fair, loving, loving with those children. She loved them,' Ortega said at the family home in Santiago de los Caballeros. ......

She said the Krims had visited the Dominican Republic last February with Yoselyn and stayed at her home in a middle-class district of Santiago.

'Those children were here,' Milaydys Ortega said tearfully. 'They were happy, running, playing.'

Yoselyn’s 17-year-old son, Jesus, told Milaydys that his mother was innocent. ‘Auntie, I know it couldn’t have been my mother,’ he said, according to the New York Post. ‘Those kids were like my brother and sister.’
    And

Quote Yoselyn Ortega met the Krims just two years ago, but the short period of time was enough for them to become 'like one family,' her sister [Celia] said. The nanny loved the three children in her care, and their mother, Marina Krim, quickly took to Yoselyn’s 17-year-old son, Jesus.

'Marina used to say, “I have four children,”’ Ortega recounted to the Daily News. ‘She considered Jesus one of her own.'

It was Jesus Ortega who broke the terrible news to his aunt Friday. 'He told me, “She didn't do this. This is not her,"' Ortega said.

'We don't know what happened,' she continued. 'There was never any indication of anything like this happening. Only her, the children and God know.
'We still can't believe she did this to people she loved so much.’

I mentioned this on the split thread. I feel it has a place here as well this smells like a mob hit whatever the reason. Kevin Krim was most likely involved with the story itself being posted or gave instructions to others to run with the story. With the tellinger thing the other day and now this too much going on.
