Unfortunately I have come the conclusion with so much (Ingrained) Corruption within the NSA, FBI, CIA, NGO's, Corporations, Beureacracies & Govt.s with so many on the (Take) all over the world...

What we need is a 'Miracle' to turn around this Sad & Sorry state of affairs...

A century ago in the age of imperial Empire Africa was carved up by the European powers mainly Rothchild owned Britain and France....



After the two world wars where many Africans served and died in the various imperial Armies, eventually they were granted their independence.
One by one ,some by consent and others like Angola, Mozambique & Zimbabwe by long conflicts.The PTB new this was doomed to fail as most
of the countries are set up on false concepts imperial cartographers and empire makers drawing lines on maps overs ancient tribal boundries
and creating artificial unions. Which later and still have disasterous effects as has been shown in civil wars in The Congo,Nigeria ,Uganda
Rwanda and countless other local conflicts based on tribal disputes as the new elites in these emerging countries favoured one group over
another and democracy soon got lost under military coups and despotism. In fact Africa was designed to fall into chaos by TPTB so that
at a later time they would move back and take over the reigns as their forefathers before...

Other agendas involve the depopulation of the continent thats why the UN has had no serious attempt to stop these wars,disease,famine
and corruption as it has been left to one side to deteriate, as a battle field for various factions and a arms dealers paradise both from the West &
former Warsaw pact to get rid of surplus out dated weaponry to fuel the conflicts and also keep the vast majority of Africans in poverty
while there western or eastern sponcered elites grew wealthy and gave away their various assets to Western banks and Military complex's
and corporation that in the end are owned by the same few families....

After the end of the cold war, the the Neo Cons and others replaced it with the war on terror there was a void created in Africa.
TPTB were happy to let it devolve into its many petty wars and massacres , leaving the project to fester so at a later time
they would be able to 'Corporate recolonise' in the name of restoring order that was set up 100 years earlier with the
aid of the 'New Britania' in Washington and the puppets in the UN...

Whether unforseen or not the Chinnese in the 90's/2000's began aid for trade in parts of Africa and now have a strong toe
hold and is helping devolop some countries in exchange for raw materials ,exectalty what imperial Europe was doing
last century, but updated. As TPTB pull all the strings behind the scenes this has been allowed to happen to fill
the void left by the collapse of the Soviet union and a counter to western military power. This is a vast subject and
cannot be written here, only the jist as many books have been written about the complaxities of politics...
But in the end it boils down to the agendas of a very few 'Elite families' governed from the background !!! imho...

The link with China & Africa in this thread is why Obama and the military in the
west are trying to counter their influence and get back into the African continent...
and Bypass Congress to enable Obama and his masters to keep the chess game going
without interferrence as even some Congressmen are begining to smell a rat !!

The real answer is the development of free clean energies and the dismantling

in the forseeble future volentarily, which is another reason TPTB have been
encouraging China to militarise to keep the status que in military spending to
justify the Pentagons evergrowing demands for military funds...

I wonder why this story get such little attention here, this is bombshell news.
Maybe because we heard calls for an impeachment so often, but this is actually the real deal, there is a real chance of setting a precedent.

Last week, North Carolina Representative Walter Jones filed an Impeachment Resolution in the House H.CON.RES.107.IH stating “Expressing the sense of Congress that the use of offensive military force by a President without prior and clear authorization of an Act of Congress constitutes an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor under article II, section 4 of the Constitution.”

So if he's impeached is it on the grounds of his shredding the constitution and those "acts" will be repealed? Or are these just on what wars? His continuing of the Middle East Charades or what?

The law is to prevent him from doing it again as he did in Syria. This law is result of the administration stating that the choice of offensive act of war was determined by the UN or NATO and congress might be notified. If Obama is impeached it will be for violation of the Constitution of the US. A joint house/senate resolution was drawn up to inform Obama and the administration that they will be in violation if they performed any offensive action without the consent of congress.

Right so then it wont matter if he decides to behave now? Or are they definitely going through with the Impeachment Proceedings? I have heard from several sources that the votes already exist for Impeachment of Obama, but that it hadn't been put through because they (congress/senate) hadn't decided what to do after the fact. Maybe now they've made up their minds.

BTW the gallows already exist as in these huge guillotines that the military stashed somewhere. The Canadian army has been there for 5 years, while Americans were in Irak. They had no American support, just Canadians. They did not want to continue the jobs started by American and that is the responsibility of American,- this is why American had to return to Afghanistan - yet, they took their service given to the US seriously and in five years, I never heard of such behavior amongst Canadian soldiers. Same amount of soldiers, same country. They would never have burned the Koran either, because they do have thorough cultural diversity and adaptation training, starting with non verbal cues to cultural ways to be respeced when abroad.(friends of mine are training them in non verbal cues and cultural differences).

I agree this is not about countries. However, the biggest one that could wake up and stand up (not its management but its people) is USA and they are not doing it, they are playing world bullies abroad. This is soo sad.
