    Default rain forest hammock

    This is my hammock, used in Sri Lanka.. roof, mossie net, parachute material and wide hammock.. not heavy...great for all climates, can use with a thermarest mat in cold weather... just need some trees or posts to hang it...

    Nice hammock. I have a Hennessy hammock. Such a good thing to have on those long kayaking/tramping trips. Very comfortable and so much lighter than a tent!

    Me too!

    Hennessy Ultralight Backpacker A-Sym. I've had mine since 2001 and since I'm out bush a LOT, it's served me well.

    Cool setup Vidya. Hot tip - I've heard some folks get a sore back from using a hammock like that, so I'd recommend laying in it diagonally and adding a tie-out cord to one or more sides so it's more stable.
