    Default Psychiatry goes insane.

    Got them!

Take a normal human experience take it apart, and call it a disorder!
When in fact our emotions can help us get back to 'real' sanity....wisdom.

I actually had the experience of talking to a nurse whose child had something wrong with him. She actually told a consultant, “Don't go finding a syndrome, so you can name it after yourself!”

This from Mike Adams, Natural News.

(NaturalNews) The industry of modern psychiatry has officially gone insane. Virtually every emotion experienced by a human being -- sadness, grief, anxiety, frustration, impatience, excitement -- is now being classified as a "mental disorder" demanding chemical treatment (with prescription medications, of course).

The new, upcoming DSM-5 "psychiatry bible," expected to be released in a few months, has transformed itself from a medical reference manual to a testament to the insanity of the industry itself.

"Mental disorders" named in the DSM-5 include "General Anxiety Disorder" or GAD for short. GAD can be diagnosed in a person who feels a little anxious doing something like, say, talking to a psychiatrist. Thus, the mere act of a psychiatrist engaging in the possibility of making a diagnoses causes the "symptoms" of that diagnoses to magically appear.

This is called quack science and circular reasoning, yet it's indicative of the entire industry of psychiatry which has become such a laughing stock among scientific circles that even the science skeptics are starting to turn their backs in disgust. Psychiatry is no more "scientific" than astrology or palm reading, yet its practitioners call themselves "doctors" of psychiatry in order to try to make quackery sound credible.

    How modern psychiatry really works....

Someone want us to think we are all mad....."and here is your own shiny pill to make it all better for, us!"

    They are crazy, but why?

    Why are Psychiatrists here?
    Who are Psychiatrists helping?

There is a line, that is uttered, you know. A offhanded truism.

    And it is:

    "No one needs a Psych(iatrist)...more than a Psych(iatrist)."

Mirrors of the self, internal reflections -and all that.

You are confused Psychiatry and APA(American Psychiatry Association) First one is a Science, second one control mechanism by drug companies.
(heavily financial supported by) which publishes DSM fashistic doctrine.
APA does not represent world view, just force and ridicule other opinions which get no media or governmental support.
It does not include cultural differences.
If you are living in Finland and claiming you experienced an UFO witness you are OK in Finland but try not to claim in North America.
This post looks like " I am accusing you with eating children, no paying any taxes because You are British and from Queen's country."
Are you really? Do all British eat children and pay no tax?

Psychiatry is the study of the soul, per root word psyche (ancient greek). The existance of the soul has not been imperically proven, therefore it is still theory until emperical proof of soul. If one diverts a theory into a science without proof then the science is false. IMHO

It is necessary to have a defined disorder in order to market drugs for it. Follow the money.

This is business. What they have not done is define sane (order), but when they do you can bet they will sell chemicals to keep you from it. Oh wait they already do so without a definition.

The new DSM-5 "manual" is not just for the drug companys to make money (more money).

This manual will also be used by the attorney general and all court rooms across the nation like caselaw to make it almost impossible for anyone to legally defend themselves.....well, mentally defend themselves too.

It'll sure make it a bit easier for the gov to null and void the 2nd amendment if the whole nation is considered mentally unfit.

But don't worry, Obama will take care of you and keep you safe......and so will the next administration after his.

    SilentFeathers,
Excellent point, but it also makes it easier for people to use a "mentally unfit to stand trial" defense.

So what the final sort of conclusion appears to be here...in order to bring this situation to people's attention, this tomb is going to have to be illustrated as to what it actually is.. in the form of public book burnings.

    A grand show.

Bring attention to the heart of the situation.

How exactly, would they 'spin' that, in the media?

Answer that, create your counter to it, and then begin the public book burnings.

After all, this is exactly how they operate. Use their methods against them.

For, you see..the very idea that anyone would ever burn such a book is so unfathomably strange to the general public that the existence of the question itself is a disturbance to their ways and methods that is completely undesirable, for them.

It puts deep questions into the foundations of their methods and tactics.

Psychiatry, Freud's joke on the world. He came from biological sciences and he approached the psyche like a frog. He dissected and pulled it apart. Like the dissected frog, it does not get put back together, tickle the tush and have it hop away whole and happy again. Psychiatry is so wrong.

Freud can take credit for giving us Carl Jung.

    Very good thread, Tony.

It puts deep questions into the foundations of their methods and tactics.

    edit:
My position and answer is neither strange nor extreme. It is called 'doing what needs be done'. (oops, repost) Like the man who was ready to cut the child in half, in order to solve the situation..find the heart of the problem and apply the obvious solution that emerges from that vantage point.

Like the cutting of the child in half as a proffered solution, the answer to a ridiculous or complex intractable question .... shows it's self in the form of a ridiculous or complex intractable reflection.

The issue comes when the viewing of the question is incorrect, and then the understanding of the question is incorrect..and then no solution will be found that is efficient and correct.

Essentially, your attempt here, is to raise awareness in the public. THEREFORE, no connected, intellectual, or correct position will be capable of affecting the situation in the desired way.

The public is not aware of the situation in any correct form, nor do they have the tools to correctly ruminate on the subject, at this time. Otherwise the problem would never exist in the first place.

In baseball, or tennis, you hit the ball the way it comes at you, in order to get it to the other side of the court/field, in the way you desire it to go. The same applies here.

There is surely a disease that manifests itself in the form of resistance to the quackery of The Medical Mafia. I think you are infected Pineal. Better see a shrink. There is a pill just for you.

The worst of all this disease mongering is the treatment for children with behavior problems. ADD, ADHD, autism, and others. They are prescribing dangerous drugs for these kids, who only need a chance of diet! Some of the drugs have quite serious long term effects that are perhaps not reversable.

The preferred treatment is electroshock therapy and MKULTRA re-programming. I’m opting for a walk in the park coupled with two doses of outrage at these fake doctors who poison brains and believe they’re healers.

Here is a clue. The government gives psychiatry its fake legitimacy. That’s how the game works. The government blesses the medical licensing boards that award psychiatrists permission to drug your children, alter their brains, poison them, and of course make all the fake diagnoses in the first place.

Could talk all day about this subject

I do not have time watch the video yet so please excuse if I am repeating.

It is my understanding that the US medical profession desire to create disorders and labels is related to the insurance nature of the medical industry there. Without a defined disorder there can be no pay out.

I have noticed friends who have been diagnosed with a disorder will often get worse after receiving this label than better. While before they only perhaps manifested a few symptoms after the diagnoses they start to conform more completely to the diagnoses.

Here is an snippet from an interesting lengthy article that I would recommend reading.

Quote For more than a generation now, we in the West have aggressively spread our modern knowledge of mental illness around the world. We have done this in the name of science, believing that our approaches reveal the biological basis of psychic suffering and dispel prescientific myths and harmful stigma. There is now good evidence to suggest that in the process of teaching the rest of the world to think like us, we’ve been exporting our Western “symptom repertoire” as well. That is, we’ve been changing not only the treatments but also the expression of mental illness in other cultures. Indeed, a handful of mental-health disorders — depression, post-traumatic stress disorder and anorexia among them — now appear to be spreading across cultures with the speed of contagious diseases. These symptom clusters are becoming the lingua franca of human suffering, replacing indigenous forms of mental illness.

I got diagnosed with the good ole' B.A.D label about a decade or so ago by a consultant psychiatrist. According to him I was to accept my condition as permanent along with, naturally(???) a lifetime of mood-stabilising chemical voodoo. Fortunately I had other ideas.
