    Wow, they plan to increase the frequency of data collection next month by 60x ! I assume that will result accordingly in an increase in the analysis of the same data, which is no small task (and probably no small cost). I wonder if they are expecting something big? Maybe this is just where the excess cash from the manned space program is being 'reassigned.' The question remains, "Why?"
