This Energy is Intense!

Man this energy is intense!! It seems many feel nothing and life for them I assume is progressing relatively normally. However for those of us that are sensitive...it’s a wild ride!

I have never felt energy like what I have felt in the last little while. I have never been a really anxious person, but in the last few days there is an acute sense of anxiety around my heart chakra. When I have the time to go inside connect with my heart and the Earth, it dissipates and I feel good. But if I have to be engaging in the physical world...I feel challenged. (Today I nearly took out two cars as I drove and had to go to find a spot to cry...I’m a menace to society!)

At first I was finding my mind wanting to attach this anxiety to something...finances etc, but the other night I saw clearly that it has a lot more to do with my body’s reaction to this new type of energy circulating the planet.

Up until a few weeks ago this energy felt simply beautiful to me and it was amazing to see how my body/nervous system responded to it. Sometimes just sitting there in a meditative state my whole body feels electric and my body hair stands on end. I was getting used to a beautiful tingle/flutter around my chakras, that makes me feel excited and more deeply alive. But now my body’s reaction seems to be have more anxiety...I guess as the energies become more powerful and intense. There is part of me that feels that we are heading into unknown territory and that is always a bit scary.

Now I know that everything will unfold as it should, and that the key is to trust and allow this process to blossom within me. I just feel SOOOOO raw and tender at the moment. I know that this is what I need to be at this time. And I also know I am not alone.

We all have our unique processes, but there seem to be many aspects we share with others. I have noticed that luckily there seems to be a nice balance in terms of what people are feeling. There is always some experiencing the yummy side who can help reassure those experiencing the less pleasant aspects of this process.
I know many sensitive people are finding things pretty intense at the moment. I know it can really help at this time to connect with others and share our experiences.

I, and so many others I have spoken too (the sensitive types) have been having the same experiences. Since the beginning of november the energy of the planet has been sky rocketing. To me, I find it very hard to explain because it is so foreign, so alien. I have never quite felt like this before. It is now so obvious that its impossible to ignore.
I have been getting very intense 'goosebumps' sensations when watching something inspiring, or listening to a song that resonates with me. It is this intense energy in the heart chakra which seems to change my state of mind, almost as to see through the veil and everything becomes clearer.

These are amazing times, and there is no denying that we are all undergoing some sort of spiritual shift.

I've been talking about energy building lately, it's hitting everyone, today while in the store I watched a Toddler just tip over, like someone tugged a rug under him...

intense vertigo...

are we slowing down hitting this energy, feeling as it passes a different direction so we sense an off balance from what we are used to.

It has been recognised via replicative scientific process that what scientific call ''Atmospheric Type'' are usually people who are sensitive to incoming negative ions as when an intense pouring rain is coming, as a former Hochelagan and insulary Root person ?? You are probably feel the waves of our ionosphere. All is fine and shall be fine.

In some Neurological search and learning, aka Doc Penfield Neurological Institute of Montreal, they have concluded that atmospheric type seems to have lack mainly in their teenage years, secretions of an hormone called Melatonin. Melatonin seems to soothe the Nervous Central system and will probably be in a near future be part of a regime to apease fibromyalgy.

You should feel apease if you can reach a fall, a river since water drop collision generates negative ions. It is now known that atmospheric type should shield temselves as much as possible of positive ions whose mainly source are electrical wires or equipment. This advice is in priority suggest for the room in wich you sleep.

Exactly as you have described. Very intense, But I do feel that things are coming to a head, as if we are climbing a steep mountain and the 21st we will reach the top and them its all downhill from there

It really is facinating to be a part of this process. I really enjoyed reading all the responses above. It does feel like things are coming to a head. I've never been attached to dates...but the approaching 21st has always touched me at deep levels. These deep part tell me it is significant. ..an important marker.

SnowyOwl, thanks for sharing that info. I have always 'known' that I need negative ions around me....I live in the rainforest near a small waterfall, have salt lamps and love places where waves crash against rocks ...But I never knew the science around it. When I was in Bangkok this year...it was an absolute nightmare.

yep , even in conversation, I'm moving way too fast, I already know what they are going to say, I just smile and wait, then they finish and wait, and I say to myself they will never believe me if I say I knew you were going to say that and I already have the answer. I almost stayed awake all weekend just reading and posting and I had little marshmellow treats that I dig so much, my brain food. Each night I notice it's 3 AM and I go to sleep cause I have to, not cause I want to, I bet I could go a week straight without sleeping or eating very much at all ...I been doing 16 hr days for two weeks, I've never felt better or had more clarity of thought. Here's one for ya, the grass lives thrives then dies, sleeps, then comes back , thrives , sleeps , comes back, the trees, the same , thrives sleeps, dies, comes back , reborn, a circle, we are dirt and water , came from the ground, is it hard to believe we follow nature ? we thrive, we sleep , we die, we are reborn , come back , thrive , sleep , die, reborn , come back, thrive, sleep , die, reborn , come back just like nature does with the seasons, is re-incarnation that hard to accept ?? this was my thoughts on my ten minute drive to work this morning, I'm thinkin what ? I feel intensity then ping in comes clarity and joy. Then some more pain, old stuff comes out like a volcano of grief and some days I wonder if I have a neurological condition because it is like wires are being cut and I am tripping over, slamming my thumb in a door. I'm a very sensitive type too, need lots of negative ions to stay grounded and balanced.
I used to have a negative ion generator and it helped a lot.
Now I live near the woods, and go walking there every day I can, and I have a tree I sit next to, with my back against it, which helps me to ground.
I take my yoga mat, and I leave a little nest of plastic bags there in one big bag, kind of like a disposable bean bag hidden down there, and I lie on that so I can get my whole body close to the earth.
When it's cold, I take a blanket too.
I'm sure the plastic blocks the earth energy somewhat, but I still get good grounding energy all through my body when I lie down.
I just got a small 1" Vogel crystal which I kept close to me, and that has been very helpful.
Also just got a small crystal skull, which I keep next to my bed, along with my other crystals.
I put them all in salt water periodically to cleanse them, and put them outside in the sun and moonlight to recharge them.
They help a lot too.
I recently had a session with Max the Crystal Skull, which was amazing.
I highly recommend that to any sensitives out there.

On the 21st, I am going to go out with some friends and try to make telepathic Contact with benevolent ET/EDs.
My friends have had Contact before, as have I, and it is a very inspiring and healing experience which I hope to have many more times.
On the 22nd, there is going to be a drumming group meeting near a healing spring in my area that will last until dark, so I think that will all help me to make a good entrance into the new era and the new year, and strengthen my connections with other like minded folks in the local community.
I think we sensitives have to just keep on doing what resonates, follow our guidance, and filter out the negative stuff as much as we can, especially now.
It's a rocky ride just now, but it's always darkest before the dawn, if you'll pardon the cliche.
I'm just so glad we've finally arrived at this portal; after so much waiting and anticipation, it's a huge relief!

My bones and joints have been bothering me a lot lately. I noticed one joint on one of my fingers feeling swollen and sore a year or so ago. Then a few months ago it felt like my bones were sort of buzzing, and aching. It seemed to be getting worse.

Then a little over a week ago I got really sick, both my partner and I. Very weak & tired, chills then sweating with a terrible cough. Now finally getting over the flu/cold or whatever it was and noticed my joints and bones don't hurt anymore. Even the finger which was hurting the longest isn't swollen or sore now.

Not sure what to think. I'm finding it hard to go to sleep, and I think I'm more psychic than I used to be. I wonder how long this will last?

in the last days I felt that everything is spinning so fast, that I can't hold anything anymore, it seems that life has gone out of my hands.

I find that walking through nature bare foot is very healing. the shoes we wear act as an insulator to mother earth energy, so when you walk bare foot you connect with nature in a spiritual and metaphysical way. It also reduces the noise that you make, which allows you to observe nature in the silence and really take it all in. The wildlife is less disturbed and you can watch nature on her best display.

I like to do this once every afternoon as the sun is setting

Totally out of character. I feel like Im a antenna for all the ****ty feelings in the ether!!!! Unsteady on my legs, brain having fuzzy moments, seeing lots of sparkly things, things moving out the corner of my eye. Am also very intolerant atm, cant be bothered with people wasting my time on stuff that is irrelevant.

I feel like Im just waiting...... waiting..... waiting for ..... what - I dunno really. A bit like a wound up spring. I know theres not going to be anything special about tomorrow but this is simply out of the ordinary and very weird.

Maybe this is a "swan song" The last little bit of crap being slung around before we see some real change.

Grounding and being in nature are crucial for me right now. I have more and more felt the need to focus within and harmonize with my heart. Letting go and allowing and trusting in love.

Two crystals I have been working with are apophyllite and rainbow obsidian, as well as lot’s of smokey quartz around for grounding.

Like centeroflight said right now feels like time to stop being who we think we should be...and allow ourselves to shape ourselves from the inside out instead of from the outside in.

Also there are so many different symptoms that people seem to be experiencing. I’ve had a lot of joint issues as well.

Just so much clearing and shifting going on on all levels.

interesting. i experienced pretty unusual bouts of temper on the 15th and 16th. i was quite angry almost without reason, which i'm usually not. now everything's quiet again since the 17th. i still feel a slight pressure permanently and sometimes tingling in my head but other than that no symptoms i'd attribute to an energy increase. tomorrow is the great day. let's see what happens then.

I have been on a rollercoaster for a few months. Lately, I have had alot more heart palpitations, noticing them mostly when I lay down to sleep. I know I crave nature and being in the woods, but I live in the city and really want to cry sometimes because I dont want to be here. I want to feel nature 24/7 and that is probably my most difficult challenge right now. Having to work 8-5 monday thru friday has taken its toll on me. I desire to be doing something helping others but jobs are so scarce for me right now. My work place is very unhealthy and its challenging to sit at a desk all day when I really want to be near trees and mountains but I do feel a sense of calm most of the time, somehow something is keeping me sane and balanced. I do believe my situation will change soon so I am keeping my focus on my heart and my kids.

Im actually skipping school (work) tomorrow and just going to spend some time alone maybe at a park nearby, breathing in gaia's love and giving it back throughout the day.

I've been feeling really down for the past few weeks, and all this week I have been feeling ill gettting worse all the time. Aching in my bones, chills and wosrt of all, motion sickness constantly. Last night I went to bed think I'd be waking up with full blown flu.
But to my surprise I feel great, in fact better than great. I feel High! No pains or aches anywhere, full of energy and clear headed and like I could run a marathon without breaking a sweat.
This is gonna sound funny but I even feel empowered. Something is coursing through me like electricity and its amazing!
