Default Now that the distractions of predicted catastrophes have come and gone, what's left?

2012 and its boatload of dire predictions which all went down the drain, what's the REALITY earth is left with?

Here is a quote which sums up why, instead of relaxing, one should strengthen one's alertness:

Quote In an article on Sott.net earlier this year entitled How is the World Going to End in 2012?, Laura Knight-Jadczyk wrote:
The world is ending in 2012. That is, the final implementation of the fascist, totalitarian New World Order will be accomplished this year and you will be in that "New World" that the global elite have designed for you, and planned to implement for a very long time now. Oh, indeed, similar New World Orders have been staged in the past on smaller scales, but this time it's global because they are all in on it together! Former 'New World Orders' didn't really fail, even if they ostensibly fell; they've just been passing the torch around for millennia, spreading the disease, growing the sickness in society, until finally, now, with global communication and incredible weapons of destruction in their hands, they are ready to finalize the Faustian bargain that you, the people, signed with your blood.

That's what 2012 is all about. It's not about some grand and glorious transformation or ascension to another existence! It's not about being 'raptured' to heaven at the right hand of Jesus because you helped to 'initiate the Eschaton'! It's not about 'Starseeds' being taken aboard spacecraft and getting airlifted to some other planet of the '5th dimension', but it is also not about 'life continuing on as normal'. Pure and simple, prophecy is coming true, it's just that it's going to be much more mundane and much less sensational than you might have imagined. It is the end of your world as normal, free human beings, and your reduction to pure grinding slave-hood, your children turned over to be sex toys or cannon fodder for psychopaths, and there's nothing you can do about it now.

This is of course the ultimate in dire predictions coming from the same source as all the others.

Things are indeed pretty dire, I have no problem with that, but it is not over even when the fat lady starts singing - no disrespect to Laura Knight Jadcyk, but to state that it was game over after the JFK assassination is, for one thing, to undermine the importance of her own subsequent career.

So yes, let's strengthen our alertness by all means, and our resolve.
The end-of-the-world scenario was concocted by Armageddonists working to a script. Their attempts at starting World War III certainly date back to JFK (the Cuba crisis, but also Bob Dean's UFO crisis), and the bomb bomb Iran scenario has been on hold for over five years. They have clearly fluffed their lines and are in improvisation mode, which for them is unknown territory. This is where we come into our own.

Might as well go for a soda
    Nobody hurts and nobody cries
Might as well go for a soda
    Nobody drowns and nobody dies

So we're in one of our blue moods
You wanna have it your way and I want it mine
All this debating going 'round in our blue mood
    Makes me thirst for love

Might as well go for a soda
    Nobody hurts and nobody cries
Might as well go for a soda
    Nobody drowns and nobody dies

Life seems to be a bomb inside your head
Well, the bomb in my head is love
All this debating going 'round in our blue mood
    Makes me thirsty for love

Might as well go for a soda
    Nobody hurts and nobody cries
Might as well go for a soda

    Indeed!

As for the script, it's been edited and honed since, at least, 1894:

Albert Pike's letter to Mazzini, dated August 15, 1871:
    • "The First World War must be brought about in order to permit the Illuminati to overthrow the power of the Czars in Russia and of making that country a fortress of atheistic Communism. The divergences caused by the "agentur" (agents) of the Illuminati between the British and Germanic Empires will be used to foment this war. At the end of the war, Communism will be built and used in order to destroy the other governments and in order to weaken the religions."
    • "The Second World War must be fomented by taking advantage of the differences between the Fascists and the political Zionists. This war must be brought about so that Nazism is destroyed and that the political Zionism be strong enough to institute a sovereign state of Israel in Palestine. During the Second World War, International Communism must become strong enough in order to balance Christendom, which would be then restrained and held in check until the time when we would need it for the final social cataclysm."
    • "The Third World War must be fomented by taking advantage of the differences caused by the "agentur" of the "Illuminati" between the political Zionists and the leaders of Islamic World. The war must be conducted in such a way that Islam (the Moslem Arabic World) and political Zionism (the State of Israel) mutually destroy each other. Meanwhile the other nations, once more divided on this issue will be constrained to fight to the point of complete physical, moral, spiritual and economical exhaustion…We shall unleash the Nihilists and the atheists, and we shall provoke a formidable social cataclysm which in all its horror will show clearly to the nations the effect of absolute atheism, origin of savagery and of the most bloody turmoil. Then everywhere, the citizens, obliged to defend themselves against the world minority of revolutionaries, will exterminate those destroyers of civilization, and the multitude, disillusioned with Christianity, whose deistic spirits will from that moment be without compass or direction, anxious for an ideal, but without knowing where to render its adoration, will receive the true light through the universal manifestation of the pure doctrine of Lucifer, brought finally out in the public view. This manifestation will result from the general reactionary movement which will follow the destruction of Christianity and atheism, both conquered and exterminated at the same time."
As for the contenders of the above letter being a hoax:

    William Guy Carr
    From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Confusion has arisen as to the precise source of Carr's Three World Wars scenario. As is the case with many of his claims, Carr does not provide a source for that scenario, but mentions a letter written by Pike and addressed to Italian revolutionary leader Giuseppe Mazzini, which outlines a plan for unleashing "Nihilists and Atheists", after World War Three has ended. The confusion was created when Michael Haupt launched his website threeworldwars.com, which mistakenly assumed that Carr also attributed the World War Three scenario to the Pike letter. In fact, the authenticity of this letter is disputed.[19] Carr states that he learned about the letter from the anti-Mason, Cardinal Caro y Rodriguez of Santiago, Chile, author of The Mystery of Freemasonry Unveiled (Hawthorne, CA, Christian Book Club of America, 1971). However, Carr's later book, Satan, Prince of This World (written in 1959), includes the following footnote: "The Keeper of manuscripts recently informed the author that this letter is NOT catalogued in the British Museum Library. It seems strange that a man of Cardinal Rodriguez's knowledge should have said that it WAS in 1925."[20] More recently, the British Museum confirmed in writing to researcher Michael Haupt[21] that such a document has never been in their possession. Pierre-André Taguieff states that Carr gave an ultimate and synthetic account[clarification needed] of this "legend" that links together the Illuminati, Mazzini and Pike in a satanic plot for world domination.[22]

The reference Terry Melanson gives a good treatment of the Pike letter, to show the origin of the account of unleashing the nihilists, and that a three world war scenario is not to be found in that material. Michael Haupt had taken the three world war theory from the introduction of Carr's Pawns in the Game(1958). This introduction outlines a plan that Carr attributes to Pike, but not to the letter from Pike to Mazzini. Only the last section of the three world war plan in Haupt's text is a quote attributed to the letter from Pike to Mazzini. This quote is virtually identical to the one in Rodrique's book and it can be traced to the book Le diable au XIXe siècle (1894) by Gabriel Jagond-Pager aka Leo Taxil, where it is claimed to be from a letter of Pike to Mazzini written in 1871. This quote was later considered to describe the Bolshevik revolution, but whether a hoax or not, it predates 1917. The book of Jagond-Pager is enlisted in the British Museum, which is what Rodrigues meant by his statement, and it contains the full letter be it hoax or not.

Sure, but the trouble with historical 'proof' is that we always get into the hoax-not hoax debate. However, if we just take the internal evidence of Laura's post, which is there on the page for all to see, we find a self-invalidating message saying that the game was over before she even started. This begs the question: why even bother coming into this life if my eloquence is going to serve no useful purpose. Whether she realizes it or not, such profound pessimism is deeply unproductive and counter-productive. The first principle for any non-suicidal being is optimism, namely the belief in one's power to intervene effectively and change things for the better.

This attitude is literally half the battle. To paraphrase old man Churchill: 'The optimist has changed the world before the pessimist has had time to get his pants on'.

If anything is real about life it is the "hoax-not hoax debate" as you call it.

Even amongst those people who are still buying into the two-party system,
or who follow a traditional religion...

And those who say that all is one only have a harder time making choices.
When it's all good, what then is bad enough to be discarded?

We here on ths forum may have learnt to step away from consumerism but instead are shoppers of another merchandise...ideas and ideals.
Now that we are faced with a one party system of world government over which we have little control we can remember that we never had much control over the far-out stuff. Not even the close-to-home stuff, like cats who damage our furniture, yet we would never consider taking out their claws.
If we can learn the art of cleaning out our physical or mental attic,
we can raise our happiness factor, as then there is room for novelty.
But the happiest people are the ones who live light.

The question is what is the next step on the hidden agenda? Eyes on America and the financial cliff, keep the people in fear, is the timing right to make a step towards financial collapse, or do they need to remove the guns from the people ready for Marshall law. However whilst eyes focus on the USA what will be slipped in under the radar elsewhere in the world China, Russia, Syria, Israel are all players.
It is an interesting game with many pawns to be played and sacrificed before checkmate is achieved watch the game board and live with love in your heart and bask in the light of truth and compassion.

The next step is actually the current one: total gun control in any country but especially in the US:

Quote Posted by Amzer Zo (here)
    From Carolyn Hamlett via http://www.henrymakow.com/:

Quote I speak from my experience of being born and raised in the globalist organization, taught this plan to take over America and bring America to ruin.

When I was a small child in the 1950's, I knew these types of shootings would be happening just prior to the beginning of the planned chaos.

I also know that the globalist organization has been programming multitudes of individuals at least since the early 1950's, to be triggered to perpetrate the planned chaos in America and in other locations throughout the world.

Many of these programmed people are what I call "sleepers" because they are totally unaware that they have been programmed.

The programming is dormant until the inner clock is triggered which engages the program. I believe that the movie, "Avatar" contains such triggers. I haven't seen the Batman movie, but I suspect it also contains triggers.

    GLOBALISTS AIM TO DISARM AMERICANS

The globalist aim to enact strict gun laws and to finally disarm Americans. This has been a target goal for many years. Until the globalist enact strict gun laws, Americans can expect to be seeing more shootings, not just in schools, but in other public places, like malls, parks, libraries, religious meeting places, possibly subways and even airports.

Such "false flag" events were planned many many years ago in order to instill fear in Americans so that they would be more willing to disarm themselves rather than be forced by the globalist to disarm. As a last resort, firearms will be taken by force.

    [...]

A final point I wish for you all to consider:

Research all the laws that have been passed since September 11, 2001 and ask yourself what is keeping our globalist-run government from enforcing all those laws. The answer should also be quite obvious.

Yes Ulli, but I would rather put it this Cartesian way: 'I am not a hoax, therefore...' what next?
Laura on the other hand is suggesting that the punchline to our collective joke is 'I am a hoax'. I like to be serious when others are joking and to joke when others are being serious. I find this particular collective joke very unfunny.

Shopping for anything is a wild-goose chase, it suggests something is lacking, whereas someone who has no needs has everything (including cats that behave themselves ).

I think the 'I am a hoax' game is like playing Pass the Parcel seriously, i.e. to win, and being put out when the layer you remove is not the last - or for that matter being upset at winning what is ultimately only a tiny prize.

If anything is real about life it is the "hoax-not hoax debate" as you call it.

Consciously dumping Laura and her nihilistic view was a liberating step for me, ....
gosh- that's over ten years ago now. What have I done with those ten years? I moved to the country,
started gardening, enjoyed good health, enjoyed the appearance of two wonderful grandsons, worked hard at developing new designs for my jewelry, traveled, visiting my sons family meant long separations from husband yet I managed to keep the marriage. Found community with Avalon. Studied and learnt more than ever before about the magical nature of the multiverse. So what has Laura accomplished during those years?
Thanks for triggering these questions, araucaria. Made me feel good to be writing these lines down.

I don't see it as Laura demonstrating or concluding it's all a hoax, whether her work or the "environment;" but, rather, that all her work didn't change that environment much and pretty much gave up in trying when realizing that the "cabal" got way ahead in the race as demonstrated by Kennedy's assassination: the "lizzies"-Rockefeller-Bush clan didn't have any real opponent in their way after that.

Despair is terminal pessimism aka nihilism. The value of sport, a discipline much undervalued on the alternative scene, is that it teaches you that fighting spirit can move mountains and snatch victory from the jaws of defeat. Bread and circuses as a distraction is another myth: circuses are just as vital as bread is.

If theosophy has taught me one thing, it is the explanation of levels.
From material at the lowest, to emotional, then the intellectual or mental level,
and above those three finally the spiritual.
The big picture, as I see it, is that the globalization process,
which will lead to a happy unification of mankind had to start a the physical level first.
Global corporations have sprung up, endorsed by the cabal, and this has created a huge divide.
Yet the truth is something greater, and has to do with people creating emotional ties which reach around the globe, and into other cultures. Which means in just one more generation millions will have parents from different countries and cultures and not feel a national identity, but an instead identify with an international humanity.
And right here on this forum I have seen plenty of evidence of telepathy, iow,
of a mental bond between people who have never met. The process of planetary unification cannot be stopped, and it is now up to us whether we allow it to be turned into a top-down slavery system, or whether it will be based on social justice.
A matter of nurturing the right vision.

The question is what is the next step on the hidden agenda? Eyes on America and the financial cliff, keep the people in fear, is the timing right to make a step towards financial collapse, or do they need to remove the guns from the people ready for Marshall law.
On the contrary, gun and ammunition sales have skyrocketed in the last four years, and the last week has gone parabolic. So, it appears they want to get all of us armed to the teeth, so that when the SHTF, we will kill each other over a loaf of bread and they wont have to fire a shot.

Quote Posted by Ian Gordon (here)
However whilst eyes focus on the USA what will be slipped in under the radar elsewhere in the world China, Russia, Syria, Israel are all players.
Yes, the USA is the new boogey man, and is viewed as such around the world, since the elite want to take it down a few notches from it's zenith, because they do not want any single country to be powerful. They only allowed the massive economic growth over the last 70 years because they needed an educated and technological society to engineer their black ops and their stellar craft. Now that is done, they can now reduce us to poverty.

Quote Posted by Ian Gordon (here)
It is an interesting game with many pawns to be played and sacrificed before checkmate is achieved watch the game board and live with love in your heart and bask in the light of truth and compassion.
Yes, it is an interesting chess game, and it is good to know who the players are and what moves are being made, while remaining somewhat detached from the drama. I don't think the elite want to totally destroy the US, because it houses their global mercenary bully force, the US military.

Quote It is the end of your world as normal, free human beings, and your reduction to pure grinding slave-hood, your children turned over to be sex toys or cannon fodder for psychopaths, and there's nothing you can do about it now.
This is pessimistic, the polar opposite of nihilistic. I don't subscribe to either of the extreme points of view. To say we are screwed and there is nothing we can do about it is based in a context of pure basic instincts and does not take into consideration the malleability of the matrix or the focused ability of changing outcomes. If she's saying she sees asleep sheep everywhere she goes, then she is somewhat correct, but still, how does one know what goes on inside that person which is not being expressed?

I just think there is more to it. I think there are more people worldwide who are waking up and are becoming aware, even though they are still silent in the collective.

No argument with that one. To laura's credit, however, she addressed the underlying issues almost right from start (she didn't believe in UFOs to start with) and that humanity has been under the grip of a human-reptilian/ET consortium for ages and she has been battling the unfounded, non-sense predictions of catastrophes as much as it's being done on this forum. That she doesn't see the 100th monkey phenomenon occurring is not for lack of trying but is met with that same consortium grip on the majority of people, i.e. the "environment" (see Truman Cash's "The programming of a Planet").

.. for the consortium, I would agree: TV for the older generations and video games for the younger ones... all hypnotic in nature. As for bread... check all the threads on gluten allergies, never mind GMO stuff.

Yes, and the water we drink and the air we breathe are toxic as well etc. etc.; we are a task force operating in an extremely hostile environment, but we are determined to get the job done; the possibility that we may not succeed cannot enter into it.

If this isn't proof we live in a matrix, where everything is controlled for a designed outcome, the masses may never break free from mind control. Never give away your power, no one is coming to save you, save yourself and be the change you want to see. Start with a long hard look in the mirror , and be honest with yourself.

(in response to the opening post)

    -fear
    -confronted with risk
    -uncertainty
    -not wanting to die
    -looking for a sure bet
    -hesitation
-ear to the ground (listening for signs, the rustling of noise and subtle motion in the herd)

    And in that scenario
-waiting with the rest of the herd to act, to minimize personal risk

    and thus:
-failing to understand the basic psychology and game at play, which is the counter to the above underlying characteristics, the above.... that are at the core of your behavior.

Yes, it really is that simple.

    And that:
Predators have instinct and do actually spend all their time playing against the above. To win.

    ~~~~~~~~~
    For all the sheen and seeming complexity of the so-called intellect, the above basic mammalian pattern is the underlying aspect of your reality.
    Thus, to frame origins of the view, the lay of the land, and the flow....which create the frameworks for the question itself to emerge.
