    Default The Dulce Project 2013

The Dulce Project has been set up to Document, Search and Retrieve Thomas Edwin Castello Dulce Base’s Evidence!

I am a UFO/paranormal researcher investigator and have been for the best part of 20 years. I am no "big player" by any means, so to speak, in the world of ufology, etc. My research has been mostly private and keeping the confidentiality of many of the ...witnesses and cases I have been involved in.
If you are friends with Cherry Hinkle on Facebook or have heard of her, you will know all about the Dulce Base, the genetic facility, the Dulce Papers and Thomas Edwin Castello.
You also know that Cherry was the ONLY person with Thomas when he buried the box he had with all the original evidence taken from Dulce by him!
This box remains in the same location, near the top of a mountain in Arizona – the sealed oxygen free box buried all those years ago awaits our retrieval!!
The box contents as I am sure most will know are....
27 original 8 x 10 photographs (With original negatives!!) of aliens, creatures, cages and vats etc
One silent videotape and the original microfilm which shows computer banks, the vats, various shots of the level known as nightmare hall, two shots of the greys, and a shot of the terminal displaying a sign saying "To Los Alamos" and also 30 seconds of the underground shuttle train arrive!
Also seen are 25 pages of chemical formulas, schematics of alien equipment and also diagrams (with notations!!) Also Schematics for the Flash Gun
Also found in the box are the original pages of a treaty with Governor Ronald Reagan’s signatures plus seven other political signatures plus four alien signatures.
Plus Toms working flash gun is inside the sealed box. (Which is capable of levitation of objects any size, stun, causing a temporary state of death, complete vaporization of any object without leaving any trace!)
After various discussions with Cherry she has agreed to work with me, and my working team, in the retrieval of this box!

We have agreed to film/document every aspect of this project from research and history on Dulce, Thomas and the subsequent recovery of the box and investigation of all its contents which will then be released in the future for all to see.

However this project needs help with funding. You can find out more about this project via Cherry Hinkle,s Facebook page or the new Facebook community page "The Dulce Project" this is currently just being set up and we hope to have a website up and running hopefully in the near future!
There is currently a link set up for people who would like to donate to help this project but I won't post here on the forums until one of the admins can give me the ok to do that !
However you can find the link at the Facebook community page!

    Regards
    Paul

I am not hopeful of the plan so far...

Announce to the PTB that you are about to search for some items known to be out there that they want kept secret with a person that knows where it is???

Yipes, I am sure you guys will now have some sort of surveillance on you 24/7 and a team on the ready to "take" the items the minute your shovel clinks the top of the box.

I do not mean to be negative but had to point out the elephant in the room.
    Good luck.

Seems that the more public the knowing of people around the world of the dig, the better sunlight to prevent the murders. That is what they will attempt and those lands are full of transmitters, and recievers that can pick up the hop of a rabbit or slide of a snake on the ground. Perhaps a public dig is the best method, and with hundreds of journalist, activists, and video live rolling, I don't think they would dare to try murder in broad daylight.

    -------

Hi there, Paul -- and welcome to the best forum on the internet.

Kerry Cassidy and I were told the location of the box several years ago by T________. You'll know who he is.

While it's a great adventure story, we decided pretty much immediately that the box would almost certainly no longer be there -- our view consolidated by extensive and very visible public discussion about it on Facebook and elsewhere more recently.

I was keen to look for it, as well. As you may know, I'm an experienced mountaineer with extensive wilderness experience. It seemed right up my ally. But we would have been up against a secret government with the kind of satellite technology that could detect a shallow buried box anywhere on the planet within minutes, and with highly-trained special forces and quiet helicopters that could drop them into a target within 45 mins of the nearest base. David probably had way greater odds against Goliath.

Of course it'd be great to mount an expedition to retrieve it, but the idea that the agencies, who will have diligently tracked your admission to the forum, your opening post, and this reply(!) would quietly sit on their hands while a bunch of enthusiasts discuss their plans in the public domain, is not credible. And if the Americans for some unknown reason never acted to retrieve it... the Russians, or even the Chinese, would surely have it by now.

Even if no-one at all has retrieved it yet -- which seems hard to believe -- as soon as you were to move in the physical universe, assuming you're being well-watched (which you will be), a professional team would instantly be dispatched to pluck it from under your nose. And those guys do not fail, in the desert at night with all the technology and back-up support at their disposal. They'd be right behind you (or right in front of you!) -- and you would never see them. They are highly capable.

I don't want to discourage you! Just being realistic.

At least -- from now on, take all discussion of the project off the public domain, never ever communicate electronically (encrypted e-mails only draw attention to oneself, and they can read them anyway), only meet colleagues in noisy public places and exchange critical information on folded hand-written notes, and never have any electronic devices on you, of any kind, unless they are powered right down and have no batteries near them.

Even then, they may be reading your thoughts. (I am serious.) To suppose that their level of technology and experience can be outwitted or outguessed on a treasure hunt with national security at stake may be (excuse me, and I really mean this with respect) -- a little optimistic. I do speak from some experience, and I know exactly what we are up against here.

With my best wishes -- Bill

It seems to be a catch 22 situation, I'm reminded of this quote:

    Quote A FAMOUS TAOIST SAYING:

Those who know don’t say, and those who say don’t know.”
I think to some degree constant public exposure would offer some degree of protection,
but if it's that important to TPTB (and they are getting bolder as people do nothing about it) I don't think it will be enough.

So sadly, "Those who know don't say" seems to be the best way(for now).

Still, releasing that little box of goodies simultaniously worldwide would be an amazing achievement!

I find it extremely hard to believe that anyone would be able to walk out of Dulce with all that top secret gear and info ,that kind of thing only happens in holywood movies tho,my personal take on this box is it doesnt even exist no offense.

Outside chance: contact Jesse Ventura and propose it as a standalone TV episode. They have the resources to hire a helicopter, 3G night vision goggles, and experienced support (Jesse was a SEAL, and will know others in the business). I'd be delighted to come along for the ride.

    Thanks for the feedback guys.
@ Bill, yes I know who T is and all the others that have been involved including yourself and what you know etc!
I also know what I am up against and in my opinion ANY means of communicating be it electronically or not will be monitored/ intercepted regardless. I have thought much in that.I have chosen to be public about it,although not everything that will be discussed and planned etc will be put out for all to view and see that will be done face to face with all team members involved! We won't be going in on it all gung-ho so to speak and I have absolutely not be surprised that I am being monitored as well as other individuals involved.
Also what lifebringer pointed out in his post above is another reason I am being public about the project.
Regardless if the box is there it not I feel this will be the final oppertunity to know for sure and I fully intend on taking the person who knows the exact location to that location by any means to know exactly if it is there or not .
All feedback, support and opinions are more than welcome.

If this box were released, it makes me wonder, what lengths would TPTB go to in order to cover it up?

How BIG would the distraction have to be? World War III? Total communication blackout?

They must have made contingency plans...

Many thanks, Paul: I'm at bill@projectavalon.net. I didn't get any message from you -- please re-send.

I'd be delighted to help if I can (I'm usually a diehard optimist) -- but I honestly do think it's highly unlikely the box is still there. There's been so much public domain discussion about it, going back a couple of years now. While the Facebook exchanges were rolling, a military team could have slipped in to get it in 24 hours flat. It would have been little more than a training exercise for them.

Meanwhile, if they didn't already know, they'd have quietly tipped their berets to the Facebook members for revealing where it was. (In fairness, I don't know if the location was ever posted on Facebook. But I certainly exchanged PMs here on Avalon with Cherry, who confirmed the location. While the mods cannot access any PMs which are not to or from them -- they really are private -- we have to assume that the agencies can read anything they want to at any time.)

The US is a an increasingly dangerous place for activists right now, so I'm not sure if I'd want to visit the US to embark on a counter-black ops adventure campaign in the desert! It's bad enough going to Miami on a shopping trip. But I do sincerely thank you for considering me. In theory, I really might be a useful member of your team. (Visions of a sort of Expendables 3 mission. We need Kerry Cassidy in a black leather catsuit meeting the team on her motorbike, plus Arnie and Sly as mercenary advisors, to complete the billing. )

    Hey Paul,

If this woman, who supposedly knows the location of the box, has told you about it, very probably other persons already know about it by now.

Only the fact that going public, saying that the box is buried near the top of a mountain in Arizona, already give the agencies a place to look and, with their tech, I bet they could find it without many difficulties.

Anyway, I think it´s very risky to ask people for donations, while there´s the risk of spending the donated money just to go there and find nothing.

If you indeed know the location, you could go there right now, with a five or six men team, equipped only with a couple of regular affordable digital cameras and maybe a cheap metal detector. You could rent this equipment instead of buying it.

So, in my opinion, if the box is really there, it will speak for itself. I doesn´t matter if you film it with an iphone camera; it will speak for itself, that´s for sure.

There´s really no need to spend money on expensive equipment if you can´t be sure that the box is really there, specially considering that your eventual investors will get really angry if they invest relatively large sums of money just for you to go there and find nothing.

Personally, if I knew the location of such important object, I would have gone there almost immediately. Why wait? Such situations require immediate action.

    Just my two cents, anyway.

    Raf.

PS: Such kind of retrieval operations should be performed FAST. You have to calculate the shortest rout, zero in the location asap, retrieve the item, extract as fast as you can and move to a safe location as fast as possible. There´s no space for TV crew with heavy and clumsy filming equipment.

I'm kind of hoping that "near the top of a mountain in Arizona" is a coded phrase meaning "Actually it's somewhere else and I'm not saying where until I've found it".

I do agree. I'd propose a three-man team, in top shape, who can move fast and silently and who have extensive wilderness survival and expert navigation experience. (Three, not two, in case anyone is hurt or encounters trouble: then one can stay with that person while the other can go for help or a vehicle.)

The place is very remote, several hours from the nearest road. ATVs or dirt bikes might be an asset, but are very noisy. Easier still is to use a helicopter. John Rao, based in AZ (877 836-0110 -- the public number of Open Minds Production -- 480 505-5715, or 480 302-2124), has the funds and the potential interest to assist (but he would probably want to own the contents of the box ).

    Bill,

Helicopters are certainly faster, but they´re even easier to track than ATVs.

I´d go on foot, or, if it´s possible, on bicycles or even horses. I´d set up three different teams; two teams for distraction, each one going towards opposite directions.

No GPS, no active cellphones, just a compass, a map and physical orientation.

    Raf.

Raf, don't let on that it's really in Brazil, deep in the Amazon jungle, guarded by unfriendly locals with poison-tipped arrows. We're hoping you may join the team as a negotiator.

So much has been said about Dulce but i have to agree with Bill you would be up against formidable odds and i wouldnt like to think how far they would go to STOP you that is assuming the box is still out there. Can someone please tell me what happened to Thomas Costello ? Is he still alive ?

If there's one box, there should be ten of them. That's the only way to bring this out into the open.

This is one of the most fascinating stories for me due to the fact that Dulce is in Archuleta county, which is my last name and is named after our family. I have a huge interest in this for its potential and wish the best of luck in the endeavour.

    ¤=[Post Update]=¤

My father also retired from Los Alamos......coincidence? I think not

oops. I forgot its in Rio Arriba county, but the Archuleta mesa and Archuleta county named after our family is always mentioned in the story.
