I just posted this prayer which is from the Bahai revelation, on another thread. Thought it might be appropriate here, too.

As a follow up to the above and I do feel this is relevant to us all in these times. We should be aware that such attacks are attracted to low vibration, it is a rule of life, like attracts like.

You may say "but I am a good person with only good in my heart" but we all become angry sometimes, we all become afraid sometimes, and some of us insist on helping people that don't want it, that is where I went wrong! All of these actions lower our vibrations!

My new understanding- When we help people from a selfish motive ie so we can feel good about our selves, we are repaid with disdain and can be taken advantage of .
The negative thoughts of our own when we receive no gratitude just an expectation by the recipient of more and more. So you can see this action lowers our vibration and also leaves us open to attack.
My rule now is- They must ask and it shall be given if I am able. Likewise I know it is right to ask for help when needed.

To feel angry at what Big Brother and The powers that be appear to be doing to us is so easy but we must be aware, if we go down to meet them with anger and hate for what they do- we vibrate at their level and they can get in to harm us.

There is a huge amount of negativity on this forum so we must be careful not to feed the monster with it's favourite things -fear anger and base behaviour, feed it a little love and understanding and it will wither. Peace for us all.

When I was a kid on a school trip we stayed at a bungalow style hotel that
didn't have many guests, at that time our class was the only ones there.
My friend was talking about ghosts (unconsciously picking up on the evil
spirit that was lurking around) I was feeling kinda freaked and the energy
didn't feel right. When night came i noticed something was going on energetically.
When we went to bed that ghost i was sensing attacked me, my whole body
was shaking....the fight lastet for hours (it seems), I assume the ghost
wanted my body but not sure what that was about.
After that incident the ghost/spirit never attacked me again the following

the same one that attacked me).

Years later in a dream a demon/parasite entity attacked me (probably of my
own creation) at first I was scared and tried to resist, then I said ''I love you''
and it was over.

If the world could only feel the love and support I feel , it would change tommorrow... update, my LOVE is home and doing better... the doctors couldn't explain it, they took eight tubes of blood over two days , test and more test... they came back with stress and a little congestive heart failure ... hmmm ... all I know is she feels much better and she is HOME... I cannot thank everyone enough, sending back MOUNTAINS of LOVE and PROTECTION for ALL , I knew this forum was and is the right place to be, to learn and share and grow ... I feel humbled, thankful, I slept last night maybe four hours, but this morning I awoke and felt like a newborn , high energy and a clear mind, I can say for sure , intent and positive energy has a place in grand scheme of things, now it's back to raiding the matrix one mind at a time, I will fight back with love and knowledge from the members here ... I understand a little more what to watch for, the ptb are tricky , they are desperate, like a racoon trapped in the corner... I'm convinced the ptb monitor what we talk about , especially here outside the matrix ...
