I find him amazing to listen to....not bad to look at either ....... he has so much more going on that I thought after seeing him in some movie.......very intelligent.....after the 10 minute mark on the interview at the top he talks of Saville, meditation and yoga.....not that the Give it Up part is not worth a listen

I LOVE Russell Brand! I have no idea why? God in drag for sure! Don't tell anyone but I actually bought and read BOTH of his biographies! Supposedly as gifts for my kids! I enjoyed the Pinchbeck video a lot! In fact my son got Pinchbeck's book 'Breaking Open The Head' at the library and I snagged it and read it and really liked it!
