Interesting, that is...as the whole thing from the skull and bones/CIA direction seems to be about making 'ship's law' the law of the land or pirate law the law of the land. First by having the fringes on all the flags (denoting independent ship's law) in government offices in the US and now it is even being worn by police forces and is on the side of their cars. A law unto themselves.

And that line...." First from the sea", (presumably to dominate the land) and then "First to the stars" (underground bases and bases on mars, space fleet, etc).

Methinks we have something disgusting and inhuman in our midst.
