$20 says it was done with the American surplus dollars (China's purchase) that China does not want, and is turning into assets, all over the world.

Just read the whole article. Unconscionable, how 40% of the country's GDP is already pledged against loans from China, guaranteed by the gold yet to be mined. Strip mining ruins everything.

This is not part of global consciousness. No one knows or cares, really.
